2 INTRODUCTION - Lifting Up A Generational Standard Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people. Behold, the Lord hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken. Isaiah 62:10-12 There s a demand for standard-bearers in every generation! In the above verses we see that the people of God have a responsibility in lifting up a standard for the world. It did not say for them to set up a standard but to lift up a standard. I once heard a story of a military standard-bearer who, in the time of battle when his company was charging up a hill against a fortified enemy position, was going ahead of his company carrying the flag. Enemy fire was very effective as the enemy was strongly entrenched and the company was being shot up badly. The officer in charge deemed the battle lost and that he should pull back his men, so he called to the standard-bearer ordering him to bring back the flag. The standard-bearer called back over his shoulder as he continued to charge on into the enemy position, I won t bring back the flag; you bring up your men! According to the story, the beaten and battered army rallied to the standard and the result was victory. There is a cry from some in our day that the standard is being held too high and we are too strict about this and that, etc., and some are seeking for a modification of some of the old teachings which our fathers stood by, lived and taught, and to which God attested His sanction by miracles, signs and wonders and abundances of divine grace, producing great joy and victorious living among His people. But when the cry goes out to bring down or lower the standard, let the spontaneous response of every one of us be that We won t do it; you bring up your lives. And if all will bring up their lives to the definitely established standard and principles of truth rally to the standard the result will be victory. We will see miracles and sign and wonders in the church as never before seen. Beloved, let this be the spirit of every one of us. There s a demand for standard bearers in every generation, every family and every community. The standard-bearer can change the battle from defeat to victory. The standard-bearer carries hope to any hopeless circumstance. The standard-bearer is the light shining in obscurity. Are you a standard-bearer? Can you bring hope and salvation where there s none? When others are crying, there s a casting down..., where are the standard-bearers in the church today who will cry out, there s a lifting up? 3 WHO IS A STANDARD-BEARER? Dictionary definition: A standard-bearer is a person (soldier or civilian) who bears an emblem called an ensign or standard, i.e. either a type of flag or an inflexible but mobile image, which is used (and often honoured) as a formal, visual symbol of a state, prince, military unit, etc. Verse 11 of our text speaks of Christ who is our salvation, and He is declared to be the ensign (the banner) or standard given to the people in Isaiah 11:12: And he shall set up a standard (ensign) unto the nations Thus, we see, Christ has already set the standard. We are not to set another standard, but to lift up the standard for the world to see. We re the standard-bearers of what Christ has done. If we fail to lift up the standard that Christ has set, not only have we failed in life, but we have failed our family, and our generation. Remember the scriptures said elsewhere, And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me (John 12:32). He is calling us to lift up the standard, and if we obey this order, we will see exploits the sick will be healed, the blind will see, the cripples will walk, the dead will be raised and demons will flee at our very presence. A standard-bearer is one that changes the cause of their family history the one who lifts up the family to a new level, removes the generational curses, and apply generational blessings to the destiny of the family. The standard-bearer changes the destiny of the family and cuts a new covenant with God on behalf of the entire bloodline. Every family has a standard-bearer some are still in slumber, but may Heaven stir them up and wake them up for this battle to deliver the souls of their bloodline. Standard-bearers are those who will step in the gap when the church is in an alarming decline and depravity. When the church can no longer pray, the standard-bearers will enter the ditches, the trenches and the gap of intercession for a revival in the church. When the church loses her way and focus, the standard-bearers will lift up that flag to return back to the first love. Standard-bearers rise up to the challenge when the world dares to ask the church, where is your God? The standard-bearers will fly high the flag of salvation, that there s a balm in the Church. The standard-bearer is God s solution to the failures of the church. You must rise up! Lift up a standard in your family. Be the savior the family needs. The cry is also for those who will rise up in the church and lift up a standard of conduct and championing the divine cause. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I break all generational curses of pride, rebellion, lust, poverty, witchcraft, idolatry, death, destruction, failure, sickness, infirmity, fear, schizophrenia, and rejection in the name of Jesus. 2. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all generational and hereditary spirits operating in my life through curses to be bound and cast out in the name of Jesus. 3. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of lust, perversion, adultery, fornication, uncleanness, and immorality to come out of my sexual character in the name of Jesus. 4. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of hurt, rejection, fear, anger, wrath, sadness, depression, discouragement, grief, bitterness, and unforgiveness to come out of my emotions in the name of Jesus. 5. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of confusion, forgetfulness, mind control, mental illness, double-mindedness, fantasy, pain, pride, and memory recall to come out of my mind in the name of Jesus. 6. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I break all curses of schizophrenia and command all spirits of double-mindedness, rejection, rebellion, and root of bitterness to come out in the name of Jesus. 7. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of guilt, shame, and condemnation to come out of my conscience in the name of Jesus. 8. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of pride, stubbornness, disobedience, rebellion, self-will, selfishness, and arrogance to come out of my will in the name of Jesus. 9. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of addiction to come out of my appetite in the name of Jesus. 10. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits of witchcraft, sorcery, divination, and occult to come out in the name of Jesus. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my back and spine to come out in the name of Jesus. 14. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my stomach, navel, and abdomen to come out in the name of Jesus. 15. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my heart, spleen, kidneys, liver, and pancreas to come out in the name of Jesus. 16. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my sexual organs to come out in the name of Jesus. 17. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my hands, arms, legs, and feet to come out in the name of Jesus. 18. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all demons operating in my skeletal system, including my bones, joints, knees, and elbows, to come out in the name of Jesus. 19. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my glands and endocrine system to come out in the name of Jesus. 20. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my blood and circulatory systems to come out in the name of Jesus. 21. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits operating in my muscles and muscular system to come out in the name of Jesus. 22. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all religious spirits of doubt, unbelief, error, heresy, and tradition that came in through religion to come out in the name of Jesus. 23. Under the covering of the Superior blood of the Living Christ, I command all spirits from my past that are hindering my present and future to come out in the name of Jesus. PRAY FOR HONEYWELL WORSHIP CENTER I declare that upon Honeywell Baptist Church, there shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness. And the people of Honeywell Baptist shall possess their possession. Father, let the temple of HBC become a fire and the people a flame in Jesus name. I call for the revival fire of the Holy Spirit to fall on this church in Jesus name. I declare and decree the spirit of Love and Unity to permeate the atmosphere of HBC in Jesus name. I command the North to give up souls, and the South not to withhold from us. Release those in spirit bondage, break every iron blanket over their life, and release the sons and daughters in Jesus name. I declare that HBC shall be set upon the mountain top this year, and all people and nations shall run into it for refuge and salvation in Jesus name. I confess in agreement with HBC, that this house shall be called a House of Prayer for all nationalities. May God fulfill this in 2017 in Jesus name. Lord, Spirit Divine, lift up a standard against the schemes, and devices of Satan in NY State. Holy Ghost, visit NY State with your conviction power and arrest the souls in NY unto salvation. Lord, hear the cry of demonic slavery and satanic wickedness in NY, and hasten your Word to deliver this State in Jesus name. I stand in the gap for the Universal Church of Jesus, I pray for marriages to be healed, restored, and strengthened in Jesus name. Father, in the name of your Living Son, redeem the integrity of the Universal churches, strengthen your shepherds and set the flocks praying, in Jesus name. Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus, stir the churches up in prayer, unite us, give us one heart, and bind us in agreement. O Father, forgive our iniquities, forgive the sins of the shepherds, forgive the flocks, let the blood of the Living Christ speak mercy against any pending judgment. Still your arm O Lord, rescue your church, where forth should they say among the heathen, Where is their God? Send revival fire! PRAY FOR THE NATION I pray against the spirit of greed within our government throughout the land, and I declare that righteousness shall arise. (Proverbs 15:27) I pray that the spirit of lust and perversion is bound, and I loose righteousness within households, communities, and organizations. (Matthew 18:18) I decree & declare satan you are not bringing down the economy of the United States of America, we plead the Blood of Jesus against you now. Today I pray for all the details that are a part of the transformation of this nation Lord awaken the Church to stand and speak. Heavenly Father let Your vision arise in this nation, and I decree that the Blood of Jesus is covering all of those in positions of authority. Move them into the right way and plan. Angels and ministering spirits go and work on our behalf. Father thank You for a touch upon our Nation. I pray for healing and that You have sent forth warring angels to come against the division that has come against America. We await in expectation for the resurrection of the Spirit to happen in every city, county, and state in this Nation. Wind of the Spirit blow away the lies about this Nation. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I unreservedly forgive and repent of my forefathers, for all the things they have did that have affected me and my life. 2. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I specifically renounce the consequences of their iniquities and their sins, and in Jesus name 3. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. 4. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I believe He died on a cross for me, becoming a curse for me, for it is written cursed is anyone who hangs on a tree. It is through the power of Jesus death and resurrection that I am free from the curse and able to receive the blessing of Abraham. 5. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I renounce the devil and his works in my bloodline. 6. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of the Living Christ, I renounce all activity of demonic strongmen, and all other spirits underneath them, that have cursed my family in any way. 7. 21 DAY 18: THE STANDARD IS TOO LOW IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE The standard is too low Your prayer life is at an all-time low. Your spirit is bankrupt. Your relationship with God is on a roller-coaster. The story of your faith: You are down today you re up tomorrow. God cannot trust you to be faithful for a month. Your spirit is lukewarm you pray when you feel like it you don t pray when you do not feel like it. You only pray, speak to God when you re in trouble You don t pray before trouble comes. God is only needed in times of your needs. You have no relationship with Him outside of your needs. God is calling you to lift up a standard in your prayer life and spiritual lifestyle. He is asking to be placed higher in your life. He doesn t want to be a substitute. He is not a replacement for when someone you love or when a friend you care about walks out of your life. He is not a replacement for when you lose your job and when you have nothing to eat or no one who cares. He doesn t want to be your second best any longer. He wants more time with you. He is asking you to lift up your standard with Him. You will hear them asking sincerely from the corners of their heart. God has not wrought any notable sign or miracle in their life. Are we to blame them for their unbelieve? Nay, for the standard is too low in our churches. An angel of the LORD appeared to minister to Gideon whilst he was in a state of depression. After the angel had delivered that great motivational sermon, you re a mighty man of valor; Gideon immediately protested, if God is with us, why is all this happening to us? The angel replied, go to your father s house, there s an idol altar, remove it and return to God. (Gideon 6 and 7). Beloved, the standard is too low. How many altars of idolatry do we have in our homes? Your TV has replaced God; your friend has replaced God; your children have replaced God; your job and money has replaced God. The standard is too low for God to act amongst us. Oh beloved, please lift up a standard. Your family is waiting for a deliverer. Will you sit still and do nothing? Many in your family, including children, brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, uncles and aunties, spouse are perishing and you are still not moved? In every generation, God chooses one person in the family to change the destiny of that house and that bloodline for several generations to come. What your family needs is a hero or heroine in the order of God. Your family is waiting for you to step up, lift up a standard and remove this curse. Help will not come from anywhere else for your house and bloodline. You must decide to rise up now! You must act now! The longer you wait, more souls will perish. The curse will persist in your household. People are failing in your household they re perishing physically and spiritually. There is a cloud of darkness over your family there s discord, in-fighting and a veil of wickedness in operation against your household. Shall you be still? Then Jesus said to Zacchaeus, "You and your family have been saved today. You've shown that you, too, are one of Abraham's descendants. Luke 19:9 This is a beautiful story of a rich man called Zacchaeus. He heard of Jesus, and decided that he ll have an audience with Him. Zacchaeus was a sinner and distained by the spiritual elite. 22 leaving everything behind, and neglecting his status as a rich man and respectable dignitary in the community, he broke all protocols to see Jesus. He great multitude of people have surrounded Jesus, Zacchaeus was short of stature and he couldn t reach to Jesus or see Him. But he did two things to change the standard: First, he run ahead of the crowd hoping to meet Jesus in advance. Secondly, he climbed a tree, specifically a famous tree called the sycamore tree (which was unpleasant to climb). But because he wanted to catch the attention of Jesus, he did what others won t do he lifted a standard. When Jesus got to that location, notice what He did: First, Jesus lifted up His head because Zacchaeus has set the standard so high above the others, that God had no choice but to meet him at that level. Secondly, Jesus said to Zacchaeus, that because of what he has done, salvation has entered his household and family. See, it wasn t the entire family that chased after Jesus, it was only one person. The entire family didn t demand for a change, it was only one person. But his request was so forceful that according to the scriptures, his entire family was saved that day. Beloved, what will you do to have your entire family saved? What will you do to see family members come to Jesus in droves? Oh there s healing for the family. There s deliverance for each person in that house. There s salvation available today for your household, but will you run ahead to lift up that standard today? In Acts 10 and 11 we are told of Cornelius, a devout man who prayed daily and gave alms regularly. One day, God appeared and said unto him that his prayers and alms giving speaks as a memorial for the entire household. In the vision, God has Cornelius to send for Peter (a man he had never met before), and revealed the location of Peter to him. When they sought after Peter according to what the angel had told Cornelius in the dream, the entire house of Cornelius was saved that day. It was a Cornelius that prayed, but God delivered the entire household and family. Will you also lift up a standard of prayer for your family today? You can change the destiny of your entire family. You can affect the storyline of the bloodline. There may be drunkards, whoredom, circles of divorces, and broken covenants in your family drug addicts and impoverishment in your blood-house. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I come to You on behalf of myself and all those in my ancestral line that came before me. I ask for Your forgiveness for our sins, and I acknowledge that many of us never asked for Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior. Many of us committed sins and trespasses in rebellion to Your ways. 2. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, I come to you as a citizen of the United States, and I ask You to forgive the sins of our forefathers. I ask You to forgive the sins of those that pioneered and settled this land, and the pagan practices, cultures and traditions brought in from foreign lands. Forgive, I pray, our presidential and political leaders that broke treaties and treacherously removed the boundary lines of Native Americans and others to claim them as their own. 3. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, forgive all those in my family line as well as those who founded our nation and settled the land for making slaves of other races and nationalities; for causing others to feel overcome with jealousy, fear, anger and desire vengeance against those who treated them wrongfully. 4. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, forgive us for the grief we caused, the injustices and the bloodshed. Forgive us for broken covenants, vows and agreements and for the curses that came as a result of those actions. Although I may not have personally taken part in these sins, I understand that there is a need to recognize the sins of those that came before us and I ask for the blood of Jesus to atone for these things so that we may be cleansed of all these unrighteous acts. Please allow all those that have been affected by this generational root of bitterness, grief and poverty now find the grace to forgive, even generations of mistreatment and injustices. 5. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, You said that if I would humble myself, pray and seek Your face...if I would turn and repent from my wicked ways, You said You would forgive my sins. Whether other family members or myself have partaken of these sins knowingly or unknowingly, I ask Your forgiveness. 6. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce, all spirits of fear, the fear of man that brings a snare, self- pity, insecurity, and inferiority. I repent for holding on to bitterness that comes from being hurt, mistreated or injustice that has occurred towards myself or others in my family. 8. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce the spirit of Cain, which is a murderous spirit. I come out of agreement with these spirits and repent for my judgments against others. 9. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I command bitterness, jealousy, strife, anger, hatred, profanity, gossip, lying, slander and rage to leave me now in the name and authority of Jesus Christ. I willingly forgive all those that have hurt and offended me, from my heart. Let all curses of rejection, wandering and instability be broken now in Jesus name. 10. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, Forgive me and those in my family for any sins of hard heartedness, being critical or condemning, or showing lack of compassion towards others in their time of need. Forgive me and those in my family for turning a blind eye towards those in need and withholding good when it was in our power to help. Father, please let the hardness of my heart be changed. Let Your compassion fill my heart. Let the curse of greed that produces poverty be broken now in Jesus name. 11. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce the sin of abortion which is premeditated murder. Father, forgive me and anyone in my family for shedding innocent blood. I renounce all spirits of heaviness that bring depression, mental illness, obsessive compulsive disorders, schizophrenia, suicide, bi-polar disease and grief. I renounce the spirits of insanity, unbelief, double-mindedness, the cares of this world and all things that would give me give me divided loyalties in my heart and mind towards God. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce and forsake unforgiveness, including unforgiveness towards myself, retaliation, and vengeance. Forgive me, Lord, for any time that me or my family members have sown seeds of discord or caused pain to others. 15. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I repent for sins of judging or rejecting others, withholding love, acceptance or forgiveness. Forgive me for failing to show love, mercy, grace or compassion. Let the judgments I have spoken about others bear no more fruit in my life or theirs. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce and forsake spirits of rejection and abandonment, all lying spirits and command them to leave me at once. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, Father, Forgive me for not being able to separate the sin of those that have hurt me from them as human beings that have also been hurt and used by the enemy to hurt others. Forgive me for rebellion to authority and the times when I have not honored nor shown respect to those in authority, parents, spouses or others. Forgive me for not humbling myself or apologizing when I should have done so. I come out of agreement with the lies and the spirit of rebellion, insubordination and pride, and I command them to leave me now. Let every curse associated with these spirits be broken now in Jesus name. 23. Under the covering of the Superior Blood of Jesus, I renounce and repent for all broken covenants, unfulfilled vows and promises, betrayal and divorce.
