We begin by asking: What Law? Answer: The law of God: the Ten Commandments Webster on the word Law : (1) Divine will the principles set out in the Bible (2) A rule of conduct or procedure recognized by a community as binding or enforceable by authority We proceed with the question: What Testimony? Answer: The testimonies of Jesus Christ Webster on the word Testimony (1) Expressing supporting evidence or proof, (2) A public declaration of religious experience

2 Continued Page 2 With both answered, let s take a closer look at the text so we ll be able to determine on our own as to whether or not someone is speaking the truth concerning the word of God. Again, we notice according to bible scripture if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. When it states the phrase, according to this word this is referring to all the laws and testimonies. Verification and the importance of keeping them all we find in James 2:10, quoting: For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Here we see one must keep and express all of the Ten Commandments and all seven Testimonies. Example: If one claims to be speaking in the name of Jesus and says to you that the commandments are important to keep, but its okay to break the third commandment (which states thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain ), it is because there is no light in them. This also applies to the testimonies; i.e., if one professes their love for God, yet preaches that God gave them word that we are not to associate with people who are not of the faith; it is because there is no light in them. (Please refer to Luke 6:32-36 and Matthew 5:19.) What we just covered is the spirit of truth. Now let us turn our attention to the following scriptures: St. John 14:17 Even the spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. St. John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the father, he shall testify of me: St. John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall of speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. From these texts of scriptures we see the work of the Holy Spirit on our behalf. In addition, hopefully, all can see that it is not God s plan that we be deceived, confused or in a state of wonderment when it comes to the subject of the true word of God. Again we key in on verse 17 of the 14 th chapter of St. John; the key in this particular text is, but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you. One piece of information we wish to point out is the difference between those who heard of Jesus, and those that know him. We look to the dictionary for clarity of both words: 1. Hear or heard to perceive by the ear, to be informed. Bible on hearing James 1:22-23, But be ye doers of the word and hot hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: Matthew 13:19, When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

3 Continued Page 3 2. Know to have understanding or experience of something, to believe to be true. Bible on knowing St. John 17:3, And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I John 2:3-5, And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. Therefore, we all know God: Through our belief, Our belief is shown by our deeds; thus, We speak according to the light within us. If it Don t Bible, We Don t Teach it; If it Don t Law and Testimony, We Don t Preach It Following in the footsteps of the Prophet James T. Webb, surnamed Zerubbabel, the above statement/title was made many, many times. The spirit will now break down this statement as to how this is done. If one was to have a dream, or he wanted to explain current events as they related to prophecy, he must take the incidents and match them up with the bible. Example #1: Person (A) had a dream that was arrayed in beautiful colors and was magnificent to behold. He saw the heavens open up and the multitude of people were as far as the eye could see, and beyond. As people were lining up to receive their rewards, many church leaders who had done great humanitarian deeds while on earth were called by name to step forward for their reward. One such person was Rev. So-and-So of the Baptist Church, another was Father So-and-So of the Catholic Church, and last, it was Rabbi What s-his-name of the Jewish Church. Before we make any comment about the dream, we must first check with the Laws and Testimonies, because the bible tells us this in I John 4:1, Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Additional clarification is revealed in Ecclesiasticus 34:7 stateing, For dreams have deceived many, and they have failed that put their trust in them. Finally, after a careful look at the law and testimonies (found in Exodus 20:7, Matthew 23:8-10, and Psalms 111:10), we find that the dream is a lie. It violates the third commandment.

4 Continued Page 4 Example #2: Person (B) had a dream wherein he saw the Little Church, the Household of Israel, Tabernacle of David- Shalom Family Altar, all singing together in perfect harmony and on one accord. This included its leaders, down to the smallest child. Well, let s check the bible noting Romans 11:26-27, Revelation 14:3, Jeremiah 3:15, and Revelation 12:11. After reviewing these texts of scriptures, we find that the bible agrees with the dream; therefore, the dream is good. Nevertheless, currently this is not the condition of the Little Church; however, once the deliverer removes all ungodliness, the dream will be an actuality. Heralding News The news has been dominated by reports of disasters: be it the troubled economy, earthquakes, or strange weather conditions. Many are wondering about what is going on. As witnesses, we will address these issues head-on, as well as, some of the comments made by so called religious leaders. However, before we address these issues, we have a parable that is relevant to the comments made by religious leaders. Parable: A broken clock is corrected twice a day. It picks up 6:15 in the am, and 6:15 in the pm; the reason is that these are the times that it stopped operating. This clock has no ability to let us know how close we are to the midnight hour. The same holds true for all those that claim to speak the truth concerning these times they do not know God! We refer again to I John 2:3-5: And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. In addition, God states that he does not know them as seen in Matthew 7:21-23 quoting, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. So you see, we would have the same amount of success listening to them as we would trying to make it on time with the help of a broken clock. Now back to the news reports. These economic troubles have been prophesied to come by many prophets, including James T. Webb. He told us that times would be fierce and hard; throw away nothing of good, and share both night and day. Please read Daniel 12:1 and James 5:1-8 for more information on these economic times. 5 Continued Page 5 Our attention is now turned to the many earthquakes that have occurred over the last few months. For understanding we turn to the following scriptures: Matthew 24:7-8: For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Luke 21:11: And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. Luke 21:22: For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. Luke21:27-28: And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. These are signs that reveal that Jesus is ready to return to the earth! Excerpts from the Heralding Newsletter #2 Page 3, Paragraph 1, Line 2: Now the Wisdom of God would have us to focus on the Lord s visitations. Luke 19 v44, bottom half: Because thou knowest not the time of thy visitation. This reference is of the time-period that our God s decision of executive judgment will be made known to all. His marked visitations exhibit furious reaction from the elements of nature. Isaiah 29, verse 6 states, Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of Host with thunder and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and with tempest, and the flame of devouring fire. As we take an even closer look, we see these events as angels taking their positions, lining up for the coming of Christ, as soldiers and agents would; when the king or president enters a place. Page 3, Sub-topic: The Divine Procession, Paragraph 3: Dear reader, the almighty Wisdom of God will now show us the procession of the Lord, our God. For perfect understanding of how this is done, She (Mother Wisdom) directs our minds to focus on the words of the Lord himself and to the physical movement of angelic forces. Matthew 24 v7 quotes, And earthquakes in divers places. Now please notice Matthew 28 v2, And behold there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. We hope you can see clearly that the Lord s statement of earthquakes in divers places means many different or various places. In addition, we state here that because the angels are ministers of flaming, spiritual fire and fly at an incalculable speed unknown to our physical and limited universe (Psalms104 v 4), therefore, upon their entering our physical world and taking their assigned positions on each continent, they cause reactions from the earth in the form of earthquakes and other natural phenomenon as in seen Isaiah 29 v6 and Matthew 28 v2. This was promised by God himself to occur at the hour of his visitation, as was seen by the Prophet Esdras (Apocrypha) in II Esdras 9 v1-5.

6 Continued Page 6 Please note verses three and four of II Esdras 9:1-5; we note in (v3) Therefore, when there shall be seen earthquakes and uproars of the people in this world (v4) then shalt thou understand. Know that this is the same foretold to Daniel stating that it would come at the end of the world. Indeed, Daniel 12:8-9 states, And I heard but I understood not: Then said I, oh my Lord what shall be the end of these things? And he said go thy way Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed unto the time of the end. Thus, we do hold that the words and understanding denied the Prophet Daniel, was opened unto James T. Webb, surnamed of God Zerubbabel by the Wisdom of God. In addition, these words and understanding, passed on to this hands, as seen in Zech 4:6-14. The understanding being delivered unto us now points to the movement of angelic forces in the procession of the King of Kings, Jesus Christ our God, and Lord, and Master as he prepares to enter this earth for the first of two visitations. These are just a few examples of how we use the bible as verification of the true word of God, promoting the phrase, If it don t bible, we don t preach it; if it don t law and testimony, we don t teach it. At this present time, we are looking for an earthquake to hit the state of Oregon. The Prophet Webb received this word after checking with the bible; he knew the words were true, so now we are just waiting for the fulfillment. It is imperative that all understand how the spirit works so that we are not deceived or mislead, by smooth-talkers. If at any time we have a dream, vision, or life experience where we feel that God is calling us to carry out his word, we must speak according to the law and testimonies. If we are the one who people call upon for help with understanding dreams, we must be walking within the laws and testimonies. If this is not adhered to, you are not only fooling those who come to you, you are fooling yourself! Gay Rights: the Activity of the Beast of Revelation 13:11 News Report: Mexico City has become the first city in Latin America to legalize gay or same sex marriages. We are watching this gay rights movement because it is the spirit force being pushed upon mankind by the beast of Revelation 13:11. Excerpts from Wisdom s Letter #14 Page 2, paragraph 1 and 3: The Wisdom of God has given me permission and commission to write unto her saints concerning the horrible hour in which we all face at this time, for the seven-headed dragon has been put to sleep for the moment (Rev 12 v3). This dragon has been moved out of the way for the appearance of the two-horned beast of Rev 13 v11. This event was prophesied to come by James T. Webb, prophet of the Most High God, surnamed Zerubbabel, during the early 1970 s. Thus, I stand before God this day and proclaim before God and by God unto his saints, that the two-horned beast (prophesied by Zerubbabel) is now the leading force of evil on earth! It brings with it the forces of hell and heaviness. It is here to take over the world s religious system and the governments of all earth. It will quickly cause the promotion of all that God hates including sodomite sin.

7 Continued Page 7 Page 2, paragraph 1 and 3 (continues): First, let me say that Zerubbabel fully explained to us that the two-horned beast of Rev 13 v11 was the United States of America in prophecy. The body of the beast represents the U.S. Government. It emerged from the ground due to its formation from several nationalities of invading immigrants from other nations across the world. The two horns on the beast s head represent the two dominant religious powers, which rule, and dictate to the consciences of the invading immigrants; namely the Catholic Church and the Protestant Churches. Now as this force from hell under the symbol of the two-horned beast emerges, it will become connected to the U.S. Government and the two church bodies, and shall bend them to the will of the Knowledge of Evil. Brother Webb saw them (the two-horned beast of Rev 13 v11 and the Knowledge of Evil seen in Rev 17v1-3) in an act of fornication. From this act of fornication came forth the Anti Christ, also known as the Man of Sin (2 Thess 2 v9-12). As this hell bound force of power emerges from beneath, it brings with it a force of heaviness, which sears the consciences of all that are not of God; St. Timothy referred to these as seducing spirits. The two-horned beast is here to destroy human civilization by turning them against righteousness and God. It brings with it seducing spirits, such as the sodomite spirit, whose contemporary name is Gay Rights (1 Tim 4 v1-2; 2 Tim 3 v1-7; Gen 18 v20-33; Gen 19 v1-13; Lev 18 v22)! Page 3, paragraph 1 Dear friend, I hope it is clear that the two-horned beast is the force behind the gay rights movement you see on the news channels and read about in your daily papers every day. This movement will win out, as the U.S. Government will change its laws to protect this spirit force and promote its growth from state to state. The two religious horns, called the Catholic and Protestant Churches, will quickly give in to this evil force, blinded by the loss of monies through their tithing systems. The Government s political figures will do the same due to the loss of votes to office, if they refuse. In this same hour, the Vatican is being rocked by a gay, prostitution scandal. This spirit has the appearance of a lamb (i.e., claiming it only wants to protect human rights for all); however, it will soon speak as a dragon, causing the saints to suffer through boycotts and harsh persecution. The story of Abraham and Lot, found in the 18 th and 19 th chapters of Genesis, tells us how God truly feels about sodomite sin.
