Remaining times left are on May 3 rd from 2-9 pm. 2 ANOUNCEMENTS CONTINUED * Today is the last day for the collection of food and cleaning supplies for the 2017 Annual Food/Supply Roundup for Baptist Children s Homes. All supplies and food will be given to the Kennedy Home in Kinston. We sincerely appreciate everything you do in promoting missions. Thank you so much. * To date we have collected $ for the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. Our church goal is $1, Thank you for your generous contributions! * Please see Derrick or Melissa or sign up on the bulletin board if you are interested in teaching a class during VBS this summer. The dates will be June * The WMU will meet on Tuesday, April 11 th at 7 pm. Beth Thomas will be speaking about her trip to Guatemala. * Wednesday, April 12 h Mission Friends Volunteers: Babies Tamara Kerr, Preschool Leader - Sherry Holt, Preschool Assistant Nanda Jones; Children in Action Volunteers: Leaders Derrick Pate and Leigh Ann Moore. * The Deacons will meet on Wednesday, April 12 th at 8 pm * Our children will be having an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15 th at 10:30 am. If you would like to donate, please place individually wrapped candy in the container near the mailboxes. * The Easter Sunrise Service will be on Sunday, April 16 th at 7 am in Sam Godwin Park. Rev. Howard Scott will be the speaker. In case of rain, the service will be at PLMBC. * The choir will perform the Easter Cantata on Sunday, April 16 th at the morning worship service. Don t miss this special blessing. * There will be a Quarterly Business Meeting on Wednesday, April 19 th at 7 pm. * On April 20 th, the JBA will have their annual Spring Senior Adult Rally at Corinth Baptist in Zebulon. Cost is $6 per person. * If you have a son / daughter in college, please let Beth Thomas know as soon as possible. * The R & R status update sheets have been mailed out. We need for you to review and return if you have not already done so. Please return as soon as possible as this will assist us as we move forward with this project. 5 Graduates Sunday June 4 th 2016 We are seeking the names of members of our church family who are graduating from high school, tech school, college, or graduate school. We would like to recognize these folks in our newsletter and bulletin. We are especially interested in making sure we acknowledge all our high school graduates and will be recognizing them in the worship service on Sunday June 4th. Forms must be completed in order for your Bibles to be ordered and for you to be recognized in the service. No Exceptions!
