(b) Return with $ money order to cover the 2016 WBTI Notebook, Class Textbooks (3), Examination Board Preparation Guide (Deaconess & Evangelist Missionaries only) & Meal. 2. RETURNING ATTENDEES (attended WBTI prior to 2015 with proof of training): The WBTI Refresher Course is available for those who are returning for Examination Board Preparation (a) Attach a copy of the prior WBTI Certificate of Completion. (b)*registration fee is waived for 2016 Institute, however, attendee must complete the REQUIRED WBTI Registration Form & Required Meal Order Form. (c) Return forms with $97.00 money order to cover the 2016 WBTI Notebook, Examination Board Preparation Guide (Deaconess & Evangelist Missionaries only) & Meal. PHOTOGRAPHS: Effective January 5, 2013 all Missionary Licensing candidates will have a current photograph taken for inclusion as a part of the WBTI registration process. Photographs will be taken at the time of check-in on the date of the class session.
