Hello Ministers of the Gospel! We would like to take this time to say thank you in advance for your support and encouragement as we get ready to praise and worship at our 4th Annual Worship and Arts Conference & Mini-Retreat on Thursday April 19 th through Sunday April 22 nd God has already moved beyond anything that we could have ever imagined by arranging such an incredible and luxurious venue. Registering early will reserve your place at the Diamond Head Beach Resort & Spa cover the cost of the awesome workshops, your meals and conference t-shirts. Your registration form, a tentative itinerary and information about the resort is attached. This year everything involving the conference is within a five minute walk. God is so awesome! By Friday March 23, 2012 we are required to submit a final list of all attendees to the resort. Once the list has been submitted, all reserved rooms that have not been paid for will no longer be available at the conference rate and therefore opened back to the public at the hotel s regular rate.
