Mr. Baier is a State Of Florida registered engineer and LEED Accredited Professional with thirty years of professional experience. He is currently the Villages District Manager, for the largest single developer special district government within the United States. Previously he has served as an Assistant County Administrator, Public Works administrator and City Engineer. He specializes within.the areas of transportation/land use, construction management and specialized system implementations. He enlightened us on the progress of some of the upcoming projects within The Villages, as well as explained the over all scope of what his job covers from community safety to the educational programs for new and established residents so they are able to understand the workings of the Villages government.
