You are the only man in the world today who has the opportunity to reject the offer of being made the head of the greatest country on earth to whomthe nations of the world look for help Though you have resigned as Chief of Staff, you are still subject to your country's call through Mr Truman, its President and Comrnenderin Chief, to take second place with him as too vice president This will be in accord with divine order
