Mnsters and Deacons shall present themselves wth proper evdence of ther rghts to seats theren, and those enrolled by the clerk shall compose the conference. n case of questonable representaton the case under queston shall be referred to the Credental Commttee. ARTCLE 3 Each mnster and deacon belongng to ths conference must be a member of some church n Calforna and should report to each sesson n person or by letter and falng to do so for one year s subject to dscplne. ARTCLE 4 Each conference shall be opened by readng a porton of Gods word and prayer, and each. sesson shall be closed wth prayer. ARTCLE 5 By a two-thrds vote of the members present a rulng of the Presdent may be overruled. ARTCLE 6 Ths conference shall st wth open doors, except when t shall go nto a commttee as a whole.

ARTCLE 10 Anyone desrng to speak shall rse and ad dress the Presdent by the appellaton, "Brother Presdent," but shall not speak further untl recognzed. ARTCLE 11 No member of ths conference shall be allowed to speak more than fve mnutes, nor twce on the same subject wthout permsson from the Presdent. ARTCLE 12 These By-Laws may be altered or amended at. any regular or adjourned sesson of ths confer ence by a two-thrds vote of the members present.
