Constiitution Article One Name: This nrqanization shall be known as the Southeastern Association of Free Will Baptist l:hurches. Article Two Officers: The ufficers of this Association shall be a Moderator, a Vice Moderator, a Clerk/Treasurer, and an Assistant Clerk/Treasurer. The July session will convene un Saturday before the second Sunday (change made in 1995.) The annual session shall convene on Friday night before the third Sunday in October from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday before the third Sunday in October. The three quarterly sessions and the Saturday annual session shall be called to order at 9:00 AM, (registration begins at 8:30 AMl, on each day of the association. (Change made in July 2000.) Section One: Roberts' rules of order shall be used as a guide in all business transac tions and parliamentary usages. = Article Eight Pastors: All churches in this association are expected to require their Pastor to be a member of the cnngregation he serves. n the event a Pastor serves more than one church he is expected to become a member of one of the churches he serves.
