RULES OF ORDER 1. At every sttng of the Assocaton, busness shall be opened and concluded by prayer by the Moderator or whomsoever he may request. 2. Mnsters, deacons and delegates of Old Mt. Zon Assn when present are nvted to seats, allowed to take part n debates on all subjects. and to vote.
