Dear Sir/Madam. The Rashlrapati Scout & Guide Testing Camps all ovef the Country are in flrll swing We know very well that all the children who have already attended the testing camps are very much anxious to know the results. We have taken a decision that the result of the testing Camp will be submitted to Naiionai Headquarters by the leader ol the testing camps within one week of the final day of the testing camp. The fesult will be scrutinized by the Deprlty Director of 8oy Programme and Grrl Programrne respectrveiy w lhrn 3-4 days and submitted for final approval of the Director through the concerned Joint Drrector Thus we lvili be able to send the resuit of the concerned State within 15 days of the flnal day of the tesiing camp In this regard, we would like to infonn you the following guidelines in regard to the Rasht.apati Testing Carrps of Sco,rts & Gurdes. L The State should convey the result to each individual as soon as they receive from the National Headquariers. 2. lf the State finds any mistakes/anomalies, they should immediately report it to the Director so that action will be taken for necessary coffections if any and State will be intormed accordingly 3. As it is already informed in our Guidelines ihat if any "NOT QUALIFIED" Scout/Guide desires to attend the Testing Camp once again, he/she is welcome. lhey should send their request directly to the National Headquarters which will be considered on merits and fonvarded to the concerned Assistant Director and the assistant Director will allot the camp for them. Sometimes the camp may not be in their Region, but the Assistant Director will see that most con./enient camp will be allotted to Scout / Guide. lt is better the Scout / Guide may enclose the zerox copy of their application along with the requesi letter. The applicant has to pay Rs 5001 (Rupees Five Hundred) as Camp fee along with the Development & special fee at the time of registratjon in the camp Thanking you, YOUTS I UMARA) Copy tor '1.
