3 WEDNESDAY FELLOWSHIP DINNER The monthly Wednesday Fellowship Dinner will be held April 20 th at 6:00pm in the Family Life Center. It will be a covered-dish dinner. The Presbyterian Women will be responsible for set-up and clean-up. Bring your favorite dish and enjoy this time of fellowship. PRAYER CHAIN As prayer requests are made for the concerns and needs of our church family, the prayer chain participants are contacted to pray for them. This is not a select group, but open to anyone who feels called to pray through this ministry. Please call Nancy Witte if you would like to be a part of our church s Prayer Chain. PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN SPRING GATHERING The Presbyterian Women Spring Gathering will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Washington, NC on Saturday, April 19 th from 10:am noon. Registration will begin at 9:30am. Please contact Cheryl Taylor as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Box lunches will be available for $6. A lady from Barium Springs will attend the meeting and is asking for needed white cotton socks and underwear items for children ages 3-18 years. Donations of any of these items will be greatly appreciated. FARMVILLE HEALTHCARE PARTY On Saturday, April 16 th at 10:15 Circles 1 & 2 will host a party for residents at Farmville Healthcare celebrating April birthdays. SOFTBALL TEAM Due to various circumstances, a number of regular softball players will not be available to play in the coed church league this summer. In order to determine if there are enough interested players to form a team, please call Robert May ( ) so a decision can be made regarding a church team. Presbyterian Pipelin 3
