1 Camp Chaverim Week 3 Due to the fact that unfortunately there is no camp on Friday this week, we had to squeeze five days of fun into four days. By now you should know that with all the excitement we have, that was no easy task but we managed to do it. Let s take a look at this week s sports highlights. In football, Noah Cooper and Jojo Cohen ran kickoff returns back for touchdowns along with Noah s game changing pick 6. Aden Frohlich Special Activities.. The anticipation and excitement leading up to Tuesday s trip was palpable. When the day finally arrived, the campers got on the bus and eagerly looked out the window waiting to arrive at our destination. We had so much fun on the bus hanging out with our friends and counselors, singing and just having a great time. Sure enough, we arrived at the Museum of Discovery and Science. We started our trip with a picnic lunch outside of the museum. At caught 6 touchdowns while Azi Galbut threw a whopping 10 touchdown passes for his team. In soccer, Dov Herschberg and Elyada Shabtai had monster games as they both scored hat tricks for their teams. Yonah Bluth and Shmaryahu Jacobs led their teams with hat tricks as well. Moshe Moskowitz was a powerhouse for his team in basketball. While Moshe Glazer played a pivotal role in helping his team win in double overtime. With a week like we just had, I can t imagine what Camp Chaverim has in store for us next week! All in all we had quite a day and the smiles on everyone s faces just about said it all!! So why is בלעם portrayed as such an evil figure in Jewish history? Where did he go wrong?
