1 The Principles that Rule in the Heavens 1 Kerrie French Every terrific story written or recorded began with conflict and ended in resolution. Within the context of the following paragraph is a most compelling adventure, mystery and love story all rolled into one. Not only does this story span the continents, but it spans the universe and the ages since time began. Could something so extreme be so invisible, so lost and forgotten? Perhaps secrets long hidden will be revealed. These striking and controversial elements have not been discovered in nearly 2000 years. Unlike an Indiana Jones adventure novel, this story is no figment of the imagination. In this case the truth is more amazing than fiction. The characters are real, the clues are tedious, but the rewards are great. Only, the outcome of your part in this story will be ultimately determined by you. The first test in this adventure is not to be fooled by the simple and straight speech of the author. Let the journey begin. The Sabbath question is to be the issue in the great final conflict. All the world will act a part. Men have honored Satan's principles above the principles that rule in the heavens. They have accepted the spurious Sabbath, which Satan has exalted as the sign of his authority. But God (Yahweh) has set His seal upon His royal requirement. Each Sabbath institution bears the name of its author, an ineffaceable mark that shows the authority of each. It is our work to lead the people to understand this. We are to show them that it is of vital consequence whether they bear the mark of God's kingdom or the mark of the kingdom of rebellion, for they acknowledge themselves subjects of the kingdom whose mark thy bear. God (Yahweh) has called us to uplift the standard of His downtrodden Sabbath. Ellen G. White 6T pg. 352 For convenience and simplicity, the above quote of Ellen White has been divided into eleven sections. Each of these sections will be examined point by point to bring to light their full prophetic application for the times in which we live. As a result Yahweh s true Sabbath and entire time keeping system will be revealed as it is born out in Scripture. While Ellen White was herself unaware that the Gregorian calendar that she kept was not one and the same as that of Scripture by the very fact that she wrote this stunning paragraph is a profound proof of her being fully inspired by Yahweh. The terms she uses the principles that rule in the heavens, define the specific calendation system of Creation, while at the same time this statement is in opposition to her personally held belief that Saturday is the seventh-day Sabbath on the Gregorian calendar.

2 2 Unlike true prophets, false prophets, historically have had an agenda which they try to support with their false and manufactured teachings. This however, cannot be said of Ellen White, who was a true prophet of Yahweh, especially in light of this quote above. For while she did not fully comprehend what she was prophesying, she could not have had any ulterior motive or hidden agenda. Not all prophecies were understood by the prophets who bore their testimony in their own day. The prophetic application of this one appears to be divinely reserved for these last days as its full meaning was not revealed to her. 1. Point #1: The Sabbath is to be the issue in the great final conflict. Many have long been aware that The Sabbath is to be the issue in the great final conflict. Notice it is specifically stated to be the final conflict, meaning the very last one, at the very end of time. Scripture foretells in Rev 16:16 that one of the very last things to take place prior to Yahshua s second coming, is the final rendezvous of Armageddon. Could these both be one and the same? Strong s Concordance: Armageddon # 717= Harmageddon (har-mag-ed-dohn'); of Hebrew origin [OT:2022 and OT:4023]; Armageddon (or Har-Meggiddon), har - #2022= mountain (literal or figurative)

3 3 Megiddow (meg-id-do') #4023 = rendezvous; Megiddon or Megiddo, a place in Palestine: Strong s demonstrates that Armageddon is a word of Hebrew origin, which is actually two words: har #2022, meaning mountain and megiddo #4023, meaning rendezvous. Webster s Dictionary Definition: rendezvous 1a: a place appointed for assembling or meeting 2: a meeting at an appointed place and time So the definition for Armageddon is mountain rendezvous or mountain appointment, which is a meeting or assembly at an appointed place and time. Since it is Yahweh who calls the assembly together and also appoints the place and time, then the mountain referred to must have something to do with Him. It is possible that this rendezvous will be a defining point, a moment of decision between two powers; Yahweh and His mountain of truth, and Satan with his mountain of lies and counterfeit teachings. Neither of these mountains, are formed of dirt, rocks and trees, but rather are mountains of representation of what each power stands for including laws ant time systems. The short distance between these two opposing systems will be each person s valley of decision, otherwise known as the valley of the shadow of death. Point #2: All the world will act a part. This second point states that all the world will act a part. All means all! Everyone alive at the time of the final conflict will participate in a process of making a choice. A question comes to mind where in Revelation are there other references that sound similar to this one stated by Ellen White? Rev 13:3, 8, and all the world wondered after the beast....8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (Satan), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: All will worship either the beast power or the Lord Yahweh, but the only way to avoid making the wrong choice of wondering after the beast, will be to follow the Lamb whithersoever He goeth. These will be our only two choices. By following the beast, ultimately our reward will be eternal death. But by following the Lamb, even if the following is in uncharted territory, we will be rewarded with our names being written in the Lamb s Book of Life this is eternal life. Point #3: Men have honored Satan s principles above the principles that rule in the heavens.

4 4 What is meant by -- "Men have honored Satan's principles above the principles that rule in the heavens"? This sentence is focused on principles -- Yahweh's vs. Satan's. This is not referring to the God that rules in the heavens, but the principles that He set to rule in the heavens, which were specifically placed there by Yahweh at Creation. Webster s Dictionary definition: principle - a comprehensive and fundamental law; the laws or facts of nature underlying the working of an artificial device. [Such as a calendar] The first Scripture regarding Yahweh's principles that rule in the heavens is in Genesis 1:16-18: And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. Gen 1:16-18 The Scriptures declare that Yahweh ordained the sun and the moon to rule in the heavens, to govern time, separating day from night. In addition to dividing day and night these were also ordained to declare signs, seasons, days and years: And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. Gen 1:14-15 The sun designates and rules over both days and solar years, but what are the signs and seasons that are spoken of here and what rules over them? Strong s Expanded Exhaustive Concordance: signs #226 = owth, or oth = sign or mark (of Yahweh) seasons #4150 = mowed, or moed = an appointment; a fixed time; a festival; an assembly; tech. the congregation; the time, the place or the meeting itself; of the three meanings, the appointed time is most basic. The meaning of moed is fixed within the context of Israel s religion. In this Strong s definition it appears that Yahweh ordained signs to be His significant sign or mark that would be visible to all on earth. This can only be achieved by His specific placement of the principles of the orchestration of both sun & moon that rule in the heavens. Therefore it is never possible to locate Yahweh s sign or mark

5 by any other method than by the orchestration of both the sun and the moon, which are the principles that rule in the heavens. 13 Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. 17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. Ex 31:13, 16, 17 Here in Scripture Yahweh specifies that His seventh-day Sabbath is a sign and a perpetual covenant. And since we have just learned that signs are specifically beaconed by the orchestration of both the sun and moon, then a logical conclusion can be drawn that seventh-day Sabbaths are appointed and reckoned only by the phases and positions of the moon as it receives light from the sun. These are the principles that rule in the heavens. 5

6 In addition, the word seasons does not mean what we use the term for in modern times referring to the four seasons of the year, but rather it is much more specific. It is wrapped in terms that declare it to be an assembly or coming together of Yahweh s faithful people for His yearly fixed times, feasts or festivals. These following terms are synonyms: Seasons = moeds = feasts = holy convocations = assemblies = appointed times = congregation = ZION Signs are seasons, but all seasons are not signs. Think of it this way weeks are part of months, but months are not part of weeks. Leviticus 23:1-3 says: 1. Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts: 2. Six days shall work be done, but the seventh-day is the Sabbath of rest, a holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein, it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings. 3. These (following) are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. 4. Leviticus 23:5-42 continues to list the individual feasts to be celebrated once per year. The seventh-day Sabbath is proclaimed to be a holy convocation, a feast day that follows six days of work. Remember, holy convocation is a synonym for both feast & season. Then immediately following this the Lord tells Moses, in addition here are my feasts, holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. Here a differentiation is made between the weekly feasts and the yearly feasts which are appointed for a specific time once per lunisolar year. Both are feasts. One feast occurs on the seventhday Sabbath following its respective six work days, four times per month. The other feasts are proclaimed for their appointed times once per year. It has long been assumed that the Holy seventh-day Sabbath is simply the seventh-day of a seven day cycle of unbroken chains of successive weeks. However, it has not been perceived that unbroken chains of successive weeks follow the manifestation of the sun only and not the orchestration of both the sun and moon. A continuous weekly cycle is one of the most engaging acts and signs of sun worship. Since the sun never changes in its appearance, it cannot beacon any specific day, as set forth by the Creator in Genesis when He appointed the sun and moon for signs or seasons. But here it has been demonstrated that signs & seasons are revealed by the principles (plural) of both sun & moon working together in unison in the heavens, and not by an arbitrary unbroken counterfeit system of seven day cycles as Rome would have us to believe. In Yahweh s system, time is measured by the cooperative effort of both the sun and moon. While the sun is necessary as the light source, think of it as the spot light on the moon, which has the starring role on earth s timekeeping stage. It is the moon that beacons specific signs & season as it receives its light from the sun. It was for this very purpose that Yahweh 6

7 appointed and orchestrated the sun and moon to work together as His principles that rule in the heavens. There are two distinct aspects of the moon known as lunar phases and lunar rotations which most of people have not fully understood. First, the phases of the moon change each night in a pattern that repeats every 29.5 days. It first begins with what Scriptures call a New Moon, the first visible horned crescent that is seen on the horizon in the Western sky at sunset. This is the beginning of the waxing phases which are the phases of increasing light from first visible crescent to the full moon. This is followed by the waning phases of decreasing light to a final dark and invisible phase known as conjunction. Thus following this dark conjunction phase, the first visible crescent New Moon beacons the refreshing of a brand new month, which will begin the next day. Each lunar month has either 29 or 30 days and contains four fixed seven day cycles. Second, all the while the moon is cycling through its phases it is also rotating around the earth. Each night it rotates approximately 45 minutes short of 24 hours, causing it to be in a new position in the night sky in each of its 29.5 day cycle. In addition, these rotations stay in perfect harmony with the phase cycles giving us not just one, but two identifiers for knowing where we are in the sequence of the days of the month. Together with the sun, these are Yahweh s ordained checks and balances of His principles that rule in the heavens. They act as a GPS unit to declare from the heavens our specific location in time. They define not only our months but designate specific fixed days of each fixed month. We can know exactly which day we are on, for not only the count of the days of the month, but also the count of the days of the week. Since this is not only possible, but ordained by Yahweh at creation, He has appropriated that by faith in Him, we can have confidence in His ordained calendation system. These are His principles that He placed to rule in the heavens, to give us His Holy ordained appointed Feast days as well as seventh-day Sabbaths? So, having identified that Yahweh s principles that rule in the heavens are specifically about calendation as observed in the cooperative arrangement of both sun & moon, what is the foundation of Satan s principles which men have honored above the principles of God? It is false calendation and counterfeit timekeeping as reckoned by Rome. It is much more involved than simply a false day of worship. To fully appreciate the deceptive nature of Satan s principles that have been honored above the principles of God, the two have been placed side by side for comparison. 7

8 Unit of Time Year Month Week Satan s Counterfeit: The Roman Gregorian Calendar & System based on Solar calendation only. The New Year begins January 1 and is based on a solar year (the sun only) of days. (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) There are 12 months in every solar year. Beginning in January, each month is between 28 to 31 days in length. Each new month begins following the previous month, randomly on any given day of the week. (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) Begins on Sunday with each day of the week named for a pagan god including Saturday the seventh day. This week repeats itself every 7 days in an unending chain of successive weeks. These weeks float through the month, beginning each month on a different date. (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) Yahweh s Time Principles that Rule in the Heavens is the orchestration of both sun and moon. Genesis 1:16-18 The New Year begins on a New Moon day of the month of Abib in the Spring as the Barley Harvest is beginning to ripen, not in winter. The year is based on lunar months which total days in length depending on whether it is a 12 month year or a 13 month year. Every 19 years the lunisolar years are brought into harmony with the solar year. Ex 12:1; Deut 16:1 The crescent New Moon witnessed in the night sky designates that a new month will begin the next day. Because a New Moon beacons the beginning of each and every month this shows that Yahweh s months are from one New Moon to another which means they are reckoned by His lunisolar calendar. Also each month is either 29 or 30 days in length. The trumpet always blew at the sighting of the New Moon and the Full Moon declaring the next day either the first day of the month or the seventh-day Sabbath. Is 66:23; Ps 81:3 There are four successive weeks complete within the parameters of a Scriptural lunisolar month. The first day of the first week is actually on the 2 nd day of the month. This is because the first day is New Moon day and it is not a work day or a seventh-day Sabbath. Notice that none of the days of the week are named after pagan gods, but are numbered from 1-7, and the seventh day is the Holy Sabbath. Without first locating the New Moon day, it is impossible to locate the Sabbath. Ez 46:1; Is 66:23; Ex 12,16 and 19 8

9 9 Day Begins at midnight and is 24 hours in length. (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) Sabbath Sunday and Saturday are both spurious Sabbaths by reason that they do not have the designated attributes outlined in Scripture. By definition spurious specifically means that something is of an illegitimate or falsified origin. In this case it is because neither Saturday nor Sunday are the child or fruit of Yahweh s covenanted Law, the symbolic marriage of the sun and moon and stars which He ordained as principles to rule in the Heavens. The current Roman Gregorian calendar is reckoned based solely on the "sun" in direct defiance of the creator's appointed system. This pagan system of time keeping and worship was then named "Sol", meaning one or only, and is where we get the term solar today. Any unit of time that is a fruit of this time keeping system is therefore spurious, of false origin, making neither Saturday nor Sunday the true Sabbath of Scripture. Any time system that is not set forth by the orchestration of the sun, moon and stars is determined by Yahweh to be a counterfeit. This same principle applies to any other worship day reckoned on calendars of spurious origin. Webster s Dictionary definition: spurious illegitimate; forged; outwardly similar or corresponding to something without having its genuine qualities; of The Bible teaches that a Scriptural day begins at dawn and ends at sunset. It definitively does not begin at midnight or at sunset. Yahweh separated the day from the night. Therefore morning and evening are actually the two halves of daylight. The Scriptural day is only 12 hours long and not 24. The night is not reckoned by hours but rather by watches. There are 4 watches every night: The Evening Watch, the Midnight Watch, the Cockcrowing Watch and the Morning Watch. Scripture teaches that the night follows the day. The only thing the day and night have in common is the calendar date. While the story of the manna has been used successfully to demonstrate that Sunday could not be the seventh-day Sabbath; ironically it has been discovered that it can now be used to demonstrate that Saturday is not the Sabbath as well. Therefore the lessons of the heavenly manna teach that the true seventh-day Sabbath of scripture is neither Saturday nor Sunday. The Creator s calendar is grafted from a different vine than that of the modern Roman calendar: one is man made, and the other divine. For three months in a row Yahweh portrayed His ordained calendation by restoring to Israel what they had lost. These are three identical months in a row. It is not possible to have three identical months in a row on the Gregorian Calendar. This Exodus account was recorded by Moses who also recorded the Genesis account. The point is that Yahweh was restoring Israel back to the time system of creation, and both were recorded by Moses. If there had been any discrepancy Moses would have questioned Yahweh. The details that are missing in the Genesis account, are all present and accounted for, in the Exodus account.

10 10 Holy Days falsified or erroneously attributed origin; of a deceitful nature or quality. (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) All of these holidays are located on the solar calendar: Both Saturday or Sunday New Year s Day January 1 st Valentine s Day February Days of Lent Just prior to Easter Easter April 12 4 th of July Halloween October 31 Thanksgiving November 26 Christmas December 25 (No thus saith the Lord or it is written, yet the whole world wonders after after the beast.) The true seventh-day Sabbath is preceded by the 6 th day of the week and followed by the 1 st day of the week (unless a new month is beginning). But never are these days called by a pagan name, including the true Sabbath because they are calculated on a completely different system than the Gregorian calendar. Here it is discovered that men have believed and kept a false Sabbath, which turns out to be a symbol of Satan s authority. Most certainly this spurious Sabbath includes Sunday sacredness, but it also includes so much more. Webster s Dictionary definition: spurious illegitimate; forged; outwardly similar or corresponding to something without having its genuine qualities; of falsified or erroneously attributed origin; of a deceitful nature or quality.

11 11 illegitimate 1. not recognized as lawful offspring; 3. departing from the regular; 4a. not sanctioned by law: illegal; 4c. published, but not in accordance with the rules of the relevant international code. origin 1. ancestry, parentage; 2a. rise, beginning, or derivation from a source. Origin applies to the things or persons from which something is ultimately derived and often to the causes operating before the thing itself comes into being. Sunday is a false Sabbath by reason that it does not have the designated attributes outlined in Scripture. For example, it is the first day rather than the seventh day, and it also bears the pagan name of the Sun deity each and every week. But by definition, spurious specifically means that something is of an illegitimate or falsified origin. In this case, that something, is the entire counterfeit system of calendation of which Sunday is only a by-product or fruit, and not the origin of anything. Saturday is also a fruit of the same tree of origin. Consider the apple tree. It has five basic parts: Time keeping is very similar: 1. Hidden root system & life source. 1. Hidden source or beginning. 2. Trunk is the structure of the tree. 2. The year is the structure of time. 3. The large branches are for 3. The 12 months are the divisions bearing weight. of the year. 4. Smaller limbs hold the fruit. 4. Weeks are the divisions of months. 5. The apple is the fruit and product 5. Individual days are the by-product of the entire tree. or fruit of the entire time system. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Matt 7:16-18 It is impossible for Sunday to be a legitimate fruit of Yahweh s principles that rule in the Heavens. This can be affirmed as there is nothing about Gregorian calendation or successive weeks that harmonize with the cooperative movements and phases of the sun and moon. The symbolic lawful marriage of the sun and moon, which Yahweh ordained at creation, is His only appointed system of calendation, and it alone can bear legitimate fruit, which are His ordained units of time. Any unit of time that is

12 not set forth or beaconed by the orchestration of the sun and moon (lunisolar), is determined by Yahweh to be a counterfeit imposter. So how can one know for sure? Sunday as a unit of time originates and is reckoned on the Roman Gregorian counterfeit calendation system, which is man made, and Satanicly inspired. However, the entire Gregorian calendar is the real counterfeit, because it was designed to usurp authority over all Yahweh s calendation system, i.e. Years, New Moons, appointed Holy Feast days and Holy seventh-day Sabbaths. This Satan accomplished with Rome s assistance by outlawing observation and calculation of the sun and moon and replacing it with a system that avoids any resemblance to it. Satan simply replaced Yahweh s principles that rule in the Heavens with illegitimate and random units of time that follow only the sun s solar display for days and years. In like manner he also instituted counterfeit replacements for Yahweh s Holy days and seventh day Sabbaths with illegitimate holidays and Sabbaths of his design. Since both Sunday as well as Saturday are cut from the same counterfeit and spurious tree of origin, known as the Roman Gregorian calendar, then both days are spurious, and both days are literally signs or marks of Satan s authority. Right here it may appear blasphemous to include Saturday as a mark of Satan s authority, but stay with this, because a Sabbath therefore remains for the people of God (Yahweh). Remember Satan s pompous declaration: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Is 14:13-14 Throughout the entire Bible this boastful declaration of Satan trumps all others, as he proactively seeks exaltation as Yahweh or in place of Him. The point that is really interesting is the method he chooses to reach his ultimate goal of god status and worship. Rightly, many have discerned that Satan would receive worship through a counterfeit holy day. However, it appears that Satan s ultimate goal was to create an entire mountain of counterfeit time keeping, of calendation, with counterfeit holy days and seventh-day Sabbaths. For most of us this is a new concept that Satan s ultimate achievement of god status would be reached via usurping a counterfeit calendation mountain in place of Yahweh s principles that rule in the heavens. So in dissecting Satan s declaration in Isaiah, what proof can be uncovered that reveals this was indeed his goal and whether it has been achieved as of yet? The first step is to find the meaning of the phrase mount of the congregation, and then what is meant by the phrase the sides of the north. 12

13 13 Strong s Concordance mount - #2022 = har mountain (literal or figurative) congregation - #4150 = mowed, or moed -- an appointment; a fixed time; a festival; an assembly; tech. the congregation; the time, the place or the meeting itself; of the three meanings, the appointed time is most basic. The meaning of moed is fixed within the context of Israel s religion. The mount of the congregation or moed literally means Yahweh s mountain of appointed fixed time of assembly. Also, as defined on page 4, it was discovered that seasons = feasts = moeds. It can also be referred as Yahweh s mountain of calendation of fixed time, and/or prophetic time. All the feasts (seasons or moeds) are reckoned by the New Moons of the lunisolar calendar. These feasts, seasons or moeds are Yahweh s holy days (holidays) and are divided into two categories. There are the yearly feasts (seasons or moeds), which are fixed on the Scriptural lunisolar calendar once each year. These would include: Passover; Feast of Unleavened Bread; Wave Sheaf; Pentecost; Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and finally Feast of Tabernacles. Then there are the seventh-day Sabbath feasts (seasons or moeds) which are also called signs. These occur at specified fixed intervals throughout the year. There are never less than 48 seventh-day Sabbaths each year and never more than 52. According to Lev 23:1-4 these signs are specifically the Holy seventh-day Sabbaths. Utilizing all these units of time on Yahweh s time keeping system, they work like a GPS unit to declare which calendar is in harmony with Scripture, the Creator s Lunisolar or the Roman Gregorian. Next, the phrase used by Satan, in the sides of the North at first glance appears to be rather vague; however, he was being most specific, which will be demonstrated shortly. It must not be forgotten that the battle between Yahweh and Satan is waged over the hearts and minds of all those living on earth. Therefore the illustration below demonstrates earth with the points of the compass, which all the people scattered upon the earth hold in common. Which two objects are visible in this image that relate to time, rotating from East to West around the earth? They are the sun and the moon. They can be recognized from all points on earth exactly as Yahweh positioned them to determine time, 6000 years ago, as the principles that rule in the heavens. While throughout any given year their location will vary slightly, it is an undisputed fact that our continued observation of them is that they remain visibly moving from east to west. Therefore to all appearances from earth they remain permanently on the sides of the north from every locality. So without Satan actually using the terms sun and moon or the principles that rule in the heavens, he is actually saying exactly the same thing by coining this new phrase in the sides of the north. It was no secret to Satan that Yahweh s laws and dominion included the

14 elements of timekeeping. He specifically declared that he would sit on the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north. Therefore from the Strong s definition above Satan was clearly declaring that: He would sit on the throne of Yahweh s mountain (har) of the appointed feast times (seasons & moeds), and rule over the whole earth via his counterfeit of all elements of timekeeping, and not simply the Sabbath which is only a single unit of time and only a by-product of the much larger counterfeit mountain of time. A logical conclusion to Satan s declaration is that since he was neither the creator of the sun and moon, nor the author of their orchestrated function, his only willful option was to author and legislate a counterfeit replacement. This he accomplished first with the authorship of the eight day successive week cycle of the Roman Julian calendar in 45 B.C. He adjusted it at the time of Constantine in A.D This was the year the eight-day successive week became a seven-day successive week. Following nearly 300 years since the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70, Hebrew time keeping had all but been destroyed as well. Now for the first time in years they had a seven-day cycle, while it was a counterfeit, at least it had some resemblance to the true. Constantine did not change the sanctity of the Saturday Sabbath by moving it to Sunday, because Saturday had never been the seventh-day of the Roman calendar until the length of the week was changed in A.D Rather, he usurped to legislate a seven-day successive week cycle, a counterfeit of Yahweh s New Moon month and weeks. In doing so he placed the solemnity on Sun day, the first day, the symbol of Rome s sole source of calendation. In contrast Yahweh s Holy seventh-day Sabbath was reckoned by the orchestration of both the sun and the phases of the moon, which had never, ever been on a Saturday previously. An additional proof of this is that prior to A.D. 324, Saturday had been the first day of the week in Rome and had never occupied the place of 7 th day of the Roman week until Constantine changed the week in A.D.324. It was not until this counterfeit time system was set up that the teaching that unbroken chains of successive weeks have continued since Creation, has been proclaimed. This is just another lie of the hissing snake, promoting his agenda to set himself up as God. Therefore the unbroken chains of weeks concept is only 1600 years old and not 6000 years old as previously thought. Many have made the assumption that the seventh-day Sabbath was switched from Saturday to Sunday, but it is only an assumption based on a missing piece of evidence. Constantine s role was in changing an eight-day calendar week to a seven-day calendar week, and placing the solemnity on the first day. Yahweh s Holy seventh-day Sabbath has remained undisturbed by Satan, man or beast; and continues to be proclaimed from the heavens, if only we will look up and be taught of Yahweh. O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? Why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture? Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt. Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary. Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs. Psalms 74:1-4 14

15 15 They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground. They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land. We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long. Psalms 74:7-9 Is it possible the Psalmist is describing our experience? Here appears that He is metaphorically standing in our place here at the end of time, pleading for Yahshua to remember His congregation that He purchased of old. This should be our prayer as well. It would have been at the cross that He purchased His congregation. Mount Zion is considered the dwelling place of Yahweh because it is always in reference to those who have entered into the covenant by faith, keeping his laws and appointed time system. The Mount of the Congregation and Mount Zion are one and the same. The perpetual desolations is referring to time that has been corrupted. The enemies set up their ensigns for signs, is referring to Yahweh s enemies (Satan and his followers) setting up Satan s counterfeit mountain of calendation with its false Sabbath in the very place of Yahweh s Mount Zion, His Holy Sabbath, and Feasts. Finally, according to Psalms 74, it gets so bad that we cannot see our signs the Holy Sabbath anymore, with no prophet to bring us back to the truth, there is no one among us that knows how to measure time. Point #5: But God (Yahweh) has set His seal upon His royal requirement. The true Sabbath is what is meant here by His royal requirement, of which He has placed a seal upon it that it may be recognized as the true Sabbath. Since the subject matter of this quote defines the principles that Yahweh set to rule time vs. Satan s counterfeit calendation, then it cannot be assumed that His seal upon His royal requirement, means the Sabbath as the seal that is placed on the Ten Commandments as we have all been taught to believe. Rather, it is referring to the seal He placed on His true seventh-day Sabbath and true time keeping system itself that it may be recognized as the genuine true standard to the discriminating seeker of truth. So keeping in harmony with the calendation theme, it simply means Yahweh s signet-ring in the heavens that bears His sign, mark and seal of time. The fact that it is placed high in the heavens beyond the reach of mankind means it cannot be tampered with or truly changed by man or beast. While it was prophesied that Satan and the beast power would seek to change calendation and laws (10 Commandments, Statutes and Judgments); it has only been accomplished in what is known as virtual reality, a perceived reality. This is because it would be impossible for mankind or Satanic forces to change or remove Yahweh s principles that rule in the heavens. Since this was not an option, Satan and his cronies in Rome settled for a counterfeit time system known the world over as the Roman Gregorian calendar. This is all about perception if the people believe the Gregorian calendar is the

16 undisputed calendar then it is their virtual reality. However, simply because countless individuals have been deceived doesn t make the counterfeit into the true. Strong s Concordance seal - #2368 = chowtham - a signature-ring: KJV seal, signet Webster s Dictionary Definition seal sign 1a: something that confirms, ratifies, or makes secure; guarantee, assurance. 2a: so set or affix an authenticating seal. 2b: the evidence of standard exactness. 3a: a seal that is a symbol or mark of office. 3a: to fasten with or as if with a seal to prevent tampering. 4: to determine irrevocably or indisputably. In contrast to Rome s man made calendar that hangs on our walls, Yahweh placed His signet ring as a seal high in the heavens, above the tampering of man, as an irrevocable and undisputed standard, these are His principles that rule in the heavens. Of necessity it must be recognizable from all localities of earth, so perhaps it looks something like this (earth would be in the center): Is this not reminiscent of a ring with a band and one large stone? 16 Point #6: Each Sabbath institution bears the name of its author. No where in Scripture s Hebrew Old Testament or the Greek New Testament are the Roman days of the week named, i.e. Sunday Saturday. Add to this daily list, the names of the months, yearly holidays, and the Gregorian calendar system of time reckoning that is kept world wide by a calendar on the wall, of which there is no Scriptural reference. Therefore this system cannot bear the name of Yahweh, for He was neither its author nor it s originator. Webster s Dictionary definitions author - 1a. one that originates or creates: Source. Sunday - the first day of the week. the Christian analogue or substitute for the Jewish Sabbath analogue 1. something that is similar to something else. 3. structurally similar to another, but differs slightly in composition.

17 17 Saturday - the seventh day of the week (Don t be confused by this it is referring to the Roman calendar week.) Saturn the Roman god of agriculture calendar 1. a system for fixing the beginning, length, and divisions of the civil year and arranging days and longer division of time (as weeks and months) in a definite order. 2. a tabular register of days according to a system usually covering one year. calends or kalends - the first day of the ancient Roman month from which the days were counted backwards to the ides. ides the 15 th day of March, May, July or October, or the 13 th day of any other month in the ancient Roman calendar. From the dictionary alone some clues can be found as to the source and originator of this calendation system. As seen above, author refers to the originator or source, it carries the weight of authority, of which is either Yahweh or one who strives to take His place. This counterfeit author is known by the title of Christian, and has replaced the Jewish (Hebrew) Sabbath with a counterfeit Sabbath. While all the names of the days are named after planets, each of these planets is defined as a specific Roman god, such as: Saturn is the Roman god of agriculture. The complete definition for Saturday is brought more effectively to light via the definitions for the terms Saturn, calendar, calends and ides. By defining these other words we discover that Saturday is clearly a product or fruit of pagan Roman. As was discovered earlier in this study, Sunday is a false Sabbath for two basic reasons, first that it is the first rather than the seventh day, and second because of its pagan name. However, the fact that it is also identified as first day does nothing to remove the pagan origin of its name Sun-day from its weekly status. If this is true for the 1 st day of the week then it must also true for every other day of the week including the 7 th day, Saturday. Simply because people call a pagan Satur-day Sabbath does not in any way erase its pagan origin. As we discovered earlier in Point #4, it is the origin, the source or the author that determines the legitimacy of a smaller unit of time. The entire Gregorian system is a counterfeit of Satanic proportions, which is aided and legislated by Roman powers under the name of Christianity. So, while Sun-day bears the name of its author Satan & Rome, Satur-day does as well, because they are all reckoned by the same Roman counterfeit system. It is the system of origin that establishes its value, whether true or counterfeit, whether pagan names are applied or numbers only. Perhaps either you, or someone you know, have persuaded themselves that the seven day chain of weeks, with the seventh-day as the Sabbath, has come down unaltered and unbroken since the time of Creation, and therefore has nothing whatever to do with Rome. Perhaps you have believed that it is simply coincidental that the seventh-day Sabbath falls on Saturday each and every week. This is reasonable since the only calendar most of us have ever been aware of is the Roman Gregorian calendar.

18 We have all been taught in History class that the only changes in the calendar took place in This was when Thursday October 4, was followed by Friday, October 15. This change only affected the dates while the cycle of the days of the week remained the same without losing any days. This is entirely true if one considers the parameters of what is meant by calendar. In the dictionary definitions above it was discovered that the terminology for calendar originated in Rome with the term calends or kalends. Therefore the term calendar is solely a Roman time keeping term and is never used in Scripture. So in part the statement is true. Rome s honesty ends here, because Rome s first calendar, known as the Julian calendar, which was authored in 45 B.C., as a chain of successive eight day weeks, received an entire overhaul by Constantine in A.D This eight day week became a seven day week in what is known today as the unbroken chain of seven day cycles since creation. This concept of an unbroken chain of seven day cycles since creation did not exist prior to A.D.324. It had a definite beginning point and origin, the source of which is Rome. 18 There are two words that readily appear in the word Sabbath. The first is abba which means Father, and the second one is bath, with means house. Therefore the word Sabbath means House of the Father. Notice that House of the Father also refers to the origin of His true seventh-day Sabbath. SABBATH (Heb. shabbat, "repose," i.e., "cessation" from exertion; Grk. sabbaton). The name Sabbath is applied to various great festivals but principally and usually to the seventh day of the week, the strict observance of which is enforced not merely in the general Mosaic code but also in the Ten Commandments. Unger s Bible Dictionary (emphasis supplied) Yahweh s time keeping is clarified in Scripture in multiple ways that cannot be harmonized with the Roman Gregorian calendar s unbroken chain of seven day cycles. Interestingly, in both the Old and New Testament every date that can be attributed to be a seventh-day Sabbath is always the 8 th, 15 th, 22 nd or 29 th. The seventh-day Sabbaths simply did not occur on any other date of the month. If the unbroken chain of seven day cycles was the system utilized in Scripture then the seventh-day Sabbath would have landed on any date of the month just as it does today. Most of us have never questioned the application of our Roman calendar to the Scriptural narrative. However, once this concept of a counterfeit calendar has been brought to our attention, the Scriptures have taken on incredible new dimensions. Upon deeper study, it has been discovered that Yahweh s time keeping is an entirely different system of unique and divine proportions. Yahweh is the author and creator of His Holy seventh-day Sabbath. He authored it by placing and appointing two principles that rule in the heavens. When we look at the moon s phases and rotations we see the time signature of

19 the Creator. Yahweh s Holy seventh-day Sabbath is only found on His time system by divine design as the principles that rule in the heavens, which proclaim the Creator as their author and authority. The dual action of the sun and the moon are the seal of Yahweh s true and Holy seventh-day Sabbath as well as the seal of the entire time system. If we are using any other system to reckon when the seventh-day Sabbath falls, other than the one Yahweh appointed to rule in the heavens, then we have been deceived and are keeping a counterfeit Sabbath, whether it falls on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. The reason is because each of these days is a fruit from the same counterfeit tree. 19 Point #7: An ineffaceable mark that shows the authority of each. Consider an analogy of a male and female principle. The sun is the light bearer just as the male provides the seed or life force. The female in this case is the moon that receives the light or life force, and then reflects the light (bears the offspring) in the suns image. It would be impossible to say only the sun or male gave life to his offspring, when clearly the female or moon carried a vital role. But then neither could it be said that the female is the single life giver. It is only through the orchestration of both the male and female that the fruit is produced in the moons phases. Therefore, it is only through the orchestration of both the sun and moon that the smaller units of time are born or revealed in the moons phases. These are the New Moons (months), weeks and specific days. These are all units of time that are the direct offspring of the marriage of the sun, moon. Remember without a marriage there is no legitimate fruit. Males have never produced offspring on their own (smaller divisions of time). A time keeping system based solely on the sun cannot bear fruit because there is no partner. The sun simply rises and sets day after day with no apparent or visible changes identifying anything other than a daily count to 365 each year. It is impossible for the sun to reckon months or weeks. Neither can it identify a specific day. But the moon can and does each and every month in a two part system of checks and balances of its rotation around the earth and its specific phases. Point #7 is very similar to Point #5 and Point #6, but takes the concepts to another level for specification purposes. Once again a quick look at the dictionary will yield great rewards. Here we are particularly referring to some kind of mark or sign that show the authorship as well as the influence of power. Webster s Dictionary definitions ineffaceable - not effaceable efface - 1. To eliminate or make indistinct by or as if by wearing away a surface. Cause to vanish. 2. To make inconspicuous. mark - boundary, march, sign 1. A boundary land. 2a. A conspicuous object serving as a guide for travelers. 2b. Something designed to

20 20 record position. 2f. a standard of performance, quality or condition. 3a. Sign; Indication. 3b. A symbol used for identification or indication of ownership. 3c. a cross made in the place of a signature. 1a. To plot the course of. 2a. To designate as if by a mark. 3a. To register or record. authority 1a: a citation (as from a book or file) used in defense or support. 1b: the source from which the citation is drawn. 2a: a conclusive statement or set of statements (as an official decision of a court). 2b: TESTIMONY. 2c. an individual cited or appealed to as an expert. 3a: freedom granted by one in authority. 3b: convincing force, influence or power. Here we discover that this mark of authority for both the counterfeit and the true Sabbath will be distinct & conspicuous and cannot or will not be made to vanish by human efforts. Ineffaceable Mark of the Counterfeit Sabbath Ineffaceable Mark of the Creator s True Seventh-day Sabbath Exhibit A The sun is the sole mark, but Satan and Babylonian ingenuity was the author. The sun god Sol is the only timepiece used for reckoning this counterfeit time system in direct defiance to Yahweh s orchestration of all the principles of sun, moon & stars. Rome has long since perpetuated what Babylon began. By utilizing only the sun; the years, months, weeks and days cannot harmonize with Scripture. All units of time will be illegitimate. If the sun were not obvious enough, there is yet another mark. It is the Roman Gregorian wall calendar, which strictly follows only the sun. If you follow the time reckoning printed on a calendar which is placed on your wall or desk, then you are currently in league with the spurious and counterfeit time system. Any time unit reckoned on this system of time keeping is spurious & illegitimate, whether it be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Sabbath. Exhibit B The inseparable action of the sun, moon and stars working together is the mark or seal of the true Sabbath, with the undisputable fact that the Creator Yahweh is the author and originator. He appointed them to be the principles (plural) to rule in the heavens. Together they keep perfect time as stated in Genesis 1:14-17, therefore this is discovered to be the only true calendation system that is in divine harmony with Scripture. All its units of time will be legitimate fruit. If these principles were not obvious enough, there is yet an additional mark. It is the Cross of Yahshua. X marks the spot of the fullness of time, precisely on Passover, the 14 th of Nisan in A.D. 31. This time designation links Yahshua, the Nazarene, the man from Galilee, with the Creator of the Universe. 21 Point #8: It is our work to lead the people to understand this. Here we have none other than the great gospel commission for those who have received both new light & a new life in Yahshua. These cannot be silent, but are compelled to go into all the world... This is the purpose for which all have been born, first to learn truth and then to deliver the knowledge of the truth as it is in Yahshua to the people. Different periods in the history of the church have each been marked by the development of some special truth, adapted to the necessities of God s people at that time. Every new truth has made its way against hatred and opposition... The Lord gives a special truth for the people in an emergency. Who dare refuse to publish it? He commands His servants to present the last invitation of mercy to the world. They cannot remain silent, except at the peril of their souls. Christ s ambassadors have nothing to do with the consequences. They must perform their duty and leave the results with God. Great Controversy, p seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Dan 12:4 Very soon there will be a complete fulfillment of the prophecy of Hosea 4:6 stating: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hos. 4:6 This verse is defining two groups of people the teachers and the hearers. It won t be for lack of knowledge that Yahweh s would-be teachers and preachers will loose their salvation, but it will be because they willfully reject truth and choose to believe a lie. But the story is reversed for the people who have not had the opportunity to know truth. They will be lost for lack of knowledge to make a choice for truth. 21 Point #9: We are to show them that it is of vital consequence whether they bear the mark of God's kingdom or the mark of the kingdom of rebellion. The teachers of Yahweh have a responsibility, and are held accountable to the gospel commission. It must be clearly demonstrated that all will have only one final choice to make between two opposing options. It is their duty to present this truth before the people. The Lord Yahweh, has not until now, begun to draw the line in the sand. This choice will be between two powers not originating from this world. One power holds the title of

22 Creator of the Universe, while the other power is His nemesis, Satan, who remains well hidden behind many masks. Each contender for the loyalties of mankind will only be recognized by the mark they bear. The mark stands as the representative of each respective author and originator. All people of earth will ultimately make a choice and display their loyalty through worship. Our choice of mark will place us in one of two categories. We will either choose the mark representing the Creator Yahweh s kingdom of truth and righteousness and eternal life, or the mark of Satan s kingdom of rebellion and deceit and eternal death. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Rev 14:9-13 In this above text in Revelation is demonstrated the two groups, one receives the Mark of the Beast along with the ultimate results of their choice. The second group is represented as having the patience (peace or rest) of the saints. They keep all the commandments of Yahweh, and have the faith that Jesus (Yahshua) exhibited during His time of trial. These receive the mark or seal of Yahweh. The shocking truth is that in light of all the facts presented, the clear majority will still choose Satan s kingdom of rebellion. Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matt 7:13-14 The blatant lie that the Law (Torah) of Yahweh has been abolished will continue to be perpetuated as the gospel truth. The Torah is the first five books of Scripture and it contains the Ten Commandments, the Statutes & Judgments, and the entire Mountain of Moed. As you recall from page 12, the mountain of moed is Yahweh s mountain of appointed fixed time and assemblies. In laymen s terms it is Yahweh s system of calendation and Holy days. Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil Because they have rejected truth, many will be deceived. The two options presented will not clearly state the actual name of Yahweh or Satan who are the authors and originators of the option they each bear. Instead our choices will be between two by-products or fruit. Each fruit will be representative of its tree of origin, the source of which it 22

23 23 Tree of Life was derived. One fruit will be the legitimate and lawful by-product of Yahweh the Creator s system of calendation, known as the principles that rule in the heavens. The other will be the spurious and illegitimate by-product of Satan s calendation system as was discussed earlier on page 9, 10 and 11. His entire system is based entirely on the sun. This is the system we are all most familiar with and have bought into. Nearly every home world wide has at least one solar calendar hanging on its walls. Anyone who has ever read the Creation story has been dumbfounded that Eve could fall for the serpents lie, and so readily be deceived into eating the forbidden fruit. However, every person living at the very end of time will have the opportunity to reverse the grave decision she made 6000 years ago. Each person will have an up-close and personal experience with two symbolic trees of calendation, the fruit of which are either the true or the counterfeit units of time, otherwise known as Sabbaths. Who would have guessed that Yahweh, in His diving providence of human restoration, would bring us each full circle back to the tree? Your choice of tree will determine your destiny. Point #10: For they acknowledge themselves subjects of the kingdom whose mark thy bear. A quick look into the dictionary will reveal additional light to the key words in this otherwise straight forward sentence. Webster s Dictionary definitions acknowledge - 1: to recognize the rights, authority, or status of 2: to disclose knowledge of or agreement with 4: to recognize as genuine or valid subject - 1: one that is placed under authority or control b1: one subject to a monarch and governed by the monarch s law (2): one who lives in the territory of, enjoys the protection of, and owes allegiance to a sovereign power or state 3: owing obedience or allegiance to the power or dominion of another kingdom - 1: KINGSHIP 2: a politically organized community or major territorial unit having a monarchical form of government headed by a king or queen 3a: the eternal kingship of God 3b. the realm in which God s will is fulfilled

24 24 king - 1a: a male monarch of a major territorial unit; esp. one whose position is hereditary and who rules for life 2: GOD, CHRIST 3: one who hold a preeminent position; esp.: a chief among competitors dom - 3: dominion domain - 1a: a complete and absolute ownership of 2: a territory over which dominion is exercised 3:a region distinctively marked by some physical feature monarchy - 1: undivided rule or absolute sovereignty by a single person 3: a government having a hereditary chief of state with life tenure and powers varying from nominal to absolute. Adding the deeper concepts from the above definitions, the Tenth Point could say something like this: For they acknowledge the authority of their sovereign King and recognize Him as genuine, giving allegiance as subjects of His territory. As subjects of His dominion they live under His protection, power and absolute law; thus owing Him their complete obedience. Whether their allegiance is to the eternal King of Kings or to His competitor all His will is fulfilled. A mark, discernable to all, is displayed as a banner clearly stating whose kingdom has been chosen by each individual. The choice of Holy day will be the mark and the ultimate fruit of either the Tree of Life or the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. It is the individual who chooses their own King. It is the individual that chooses who they wish to be subject to. It is the individual who willfully bears the mark of the Kingdom they have chosen. But, if it hadn t been for Yahshua s death on the cross no one would have even had a choice. Point #11: God has called us to uplift the standard of His downtrodden Sabbath. We are called by Yahweh to lift up the standard of His Holy seventh-day Sabbath. To lift up the standard, we must know exactly what that standard is. Once again the dictionary will shed some light on the parameters of this amazing word. You may be shocked to discover that the Sabbath itself is not the complete standard she is speaking of. The term standard encompasses a deeper meaning that is defined by its representation of origin. For example the pole is the standard for a banner. It appears that the Sabbath is the banner. Therefore by bringing the full standard to light we bring the entire time system back into focus.

25 In the process of dissecting the term standard it will be discovered that in addition to Yahweh bringing us full circle back to the tree, He has also brought us to the very foot of Mount Zion, His Holy Mountain of time. Webster s Dictionary definitions standard 1 - banner or standard of origin; 1: a conspicuous object (as a banner) formerly carried at the top of a pole and used to mark a rallying point esp. in battle or to serve as an emblem 2a: a long narrow tapering flag that is personal to an individual or corporation and bears heraldic devices 2b: the personal flag of the head of a state of a member of a royal family 3: something established by authority, custom, or general consent as a model or example: Criterion 4: something set up and established by authority as a rule for measure of quantity, weight, extent, value, or quality 7a: a shrub with an erect main stem so that it forms or resembles a tree 7b: a fruit tree grafted on a stock that does not induce dwarfing SYN: STANDARD, CRITERION, GAUGE, YARDSTICK, TOUCHSTONE are all ways of determining what a thing should be. STANDARD applies to any definite rule, principle, or measure established by authority. CRITERION may apply to anything used as a test of quality whether formulated as a rule or principle or not. GAUGE applies to a means of testing a particular dimension (thickness, depth, and diameter) or figuratively a particular quality or aspect. YARDSTICK is an informal substitute for CRITERION that measures quantity more often than quality. TOUCHSTONE suggests a simple test of the authenticity or value of something intangible. standard 2-2a: regularly and widely used, available, or supplied 2b: well-established and very familiar 3: having recognized and permanent value Under the umbrella of the word standard are some very graphic concepts, all of them pertaining to correct measurements. These terms provide tools to unlock some hidden meanings of Scripture. 26 26 Standard applies to any definite rule, principle, or measure established by authority. At Creation Yahweh established by His authority the definite principles that rule in the heavens. It is their orchestrated movements of the sun, moon and stars that give us Scriptural time. Criterion may apply to anything used as a test of quality whether formulated as a rule or principle or not. The New Moon is the criteria for locating New Months, Appointed Holy Feast days and the true seventh-day Sabbath. It is to be the mark or sign between us and Him. This mark or sign will ultimately be the final test for all people. Gauge applies to a means of testing a particular dimension, a particular quality or aspect. This is the tool that identifies the origin of the particular system used in this case for qualify the particular time keeping system. Yahweh appointed the sun, moon and stars to rule in the heavens. Gen 1:16 Therefore His system Holy days will only be found utilizing all three. Yardstick measures quantity. Since this subject is all about Yahweh s Sabbath, the yardstick in this study would be cut to the length of Yahweh s specifications. Perhaps it is a reed like unto a rod as in the verse below. It could measure the units of time as in the Creator s Lunisolar years, months, weeks and days with the precision of a Swiss clock. And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. Rev 11:1 Finding the physical size of the temple, the alter, and the people is not the point here, but rather it is symbolic terms for measuring the quality according to the standard of Holiness.. This measuring rod/reed given by the angel is the standard by which all things that are pure, true and Holy are measured. This reed appears to be the written word of Scripture, perhaps the Torah, as it was originally written on papyrus (reed) paper. The oracles contained within are Yahweh s Law, Statutes, Judgments, and His Mountain of Mo edim, which includes Appointed Holy Feast Days and Holy Sabbaths. "I then saw the Word of God, pure and unadulterated, and that we must answer for the way we received the truth proclaimed from that Word. I saw that it had been a hammer to break the flinty heart in pieces, and a fire to consume the dross and tin, that the heart might be pure and holy.... I saw that the Bible was the standard book, which will judge us at the last day." Ellen White, Ms 4, 1850; 16MR 34 Touchstone suggests a simple test of the authenticity or value of something intangible. It appears that this Touchstone is a revealer of the truth. Just as surely as the Ten Commandments on tables of stone display Yahweh s standard of Law. All things false are revealed by the standard they bear, including the true seventh-day Sabbath.... and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. Rev 11:2 Strong s Concordance 27 holy - #40 = ceremonially consecrated city - #4172 = 1: It is primarily a town enclosed by a wall. 2: It is used of the heavenly Jerusalem, the abode and community of the redeemed. And Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Luke 21:24-25 Lifting up the standard that has been downtrodden is another way of saying restore the standard that has been trodden down of the Gentiles. In the time of the end every divine institution is to be restored. Prophets and Kings 678 And they that shall be of thee, shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in. Isaiah 58:12 In times past the Sabbath institution has been deemed to be the primary breach in the law of Yahweh that needed to be restored. But now, in light of the true meaning of the Mount of the Congregation, is it not discernable that Yahweh s entire Mountain of Mo edim has virtually been replaced on earth by Satan s counterfeit Mountain of calendation? Indeed, He has set up his Mountain of the Congregation as he declared he would so long ago. Satan s pompous declaration along with his counterfeit Mount of the Congregation is revisited here for comparison: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Isaiah 14:13-14

28 28 Behold the time reckoning of the sun, and the devilish demise of planet earth! Satan s boldest declaration was that he would be as Yahweh, and sit in the place of Yahweh on the Mount of the Congregation, specifically in the sides of the North. Was he successful? Yes and No. According to the world s current perception of time, Satan has appeared to be successful, at least for the time being. To be truly successful, Satan would have had to control both the sun and moon, because these working together are the principles that rule in the heavens. Ever traveling east to west they forever remain on the sides of the North. Since he neither created them nor had control of their orbits he had to resort to another scheme. For his deception and illusion of time keeping he chose the day rotation of the sun only. Then with the assistance of man, he divided the sun s yearly cycle into 12 months of varying lengths and unbroken chains of successive weeks. Thus the foundation for Satan s counterfeit time system is one solar year, the day rotation of the sun only. The cap stone of his spurious system is Sunday or any other day that is defined within it s week that is also named after a pagan god.

29 In contrast to Satan s outrageous scheme of self promotion using the sun for time, Yahweh s Mountain Zion utilizes the dual action of both the sun and the moon. This is the orchestrated movement, similar to the movement of a clock, which makes up the principles that rule in the heavens. Remember the word principle means - the laws or facts of nature underlying the working of an artificial device. [Such as a calendar] And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. God made two great lights--the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. Gen 1:14-18 NIV They that trust in the LORD shall be as (of) mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth forever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even forever. Ps. 125:1-2 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of His holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. Ps. 48:1, 2 Notice in this above quote the description of the mountain of His holiness. It was just discovered on page 26 that holy means ceremonially consecrated.
