5 INTRODUCTION THE SPIRITUAL SIGNIFICANCE AND POWER OF THE NUMBER 12 E verything the Sovereign Lord God Almighty has created has a purpose. Even inanimate and lifeless things that we humans do not consider as worthy of attention, are valueless and worthless have meanings in the Eyes of the Creator. In the spirit realm, there is no vacuum. Everything, no matter little or infinitesimal and even unrecognizable to the human eyes have values. Figures and numbers are not just ordinary figures and numbers. In the Book of Life, they are very significant before the Lord of Creation. The figure and the number 12 is extremely significant and important before the Lord God Almighty, because as Daniel pointed out in the Word of Life: Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, For wisdom and power belong to Him; He changes times and seasons; (Daniel 2:20-21). The timetable of the human race is quite different from the Divine Timetable as the Lord God Almighty Himself told Sarah: And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him (Genesis 18:10 KJV). The time of life here refers to the human calendar as the Lord God Almighty determined at Creation on Yom Revi i which was the fourth day which corresponds to Wednesday in our day when God said, Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years (Genesis 1:14). From Genesis to Revelation, figures and numbers were not arbitrarily chosen by God Almighty but strategically used in the lives of humans for a purpose. The number 12 is very, very important in 1

The Holy Bible is the inerrant Word of God and as the Manual of Life, it contains hidden and coded messages which are revealed to the saints by the Holy Spirit. For those of us genuinely called by the King, there are things revealed for the benefit of the human race according to Deuteronomy 29:29: The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever We did not choose and certainly not referring to the 12 Months in this book of the Gregorian calendar of January to December popular in the world today. That calendar was introduced in October 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII which was named after him and adopted by majority of the world today. That was the reason you did not see January to December in the 12 months, because we were not directed by the Holy Spirit to use the Gregorian calendar of January to December. The names of the 12 months we are using today under the Gregorian calendar were names of idols and demons being worshipped in the then world which Pope Gregory XIII imported into the 12 months used in marking times and seasons around the world today. Those idols and demons are still being worshipped by many on earth today, either deliberately or ignorantly. For instance, the first month of the year known as January was named after the Roman demon-god Janus said to possess two faces leading to the gate of the Nether Gloom. The second month; February named after another Roman demon-god called Februa, a Wolf-like demon of purification celebrated during the Lupercalia Festival. The third month; March was named after Mars, the Roman demon-god of war. The Romans worshipped this demon-god by venerating his two sons; Romuls and Remus credited with power to give them bountiful harvest and agricultural yields. The Israelites later copied this idol worship and changed its name to the Queen of Heaven, god of agricultural prowess. The children gather wood, the fathers light the fire and the women knead the dough and make cakes to offer to the Queen of Heaven. They pour out drink offerings to other gods to arouse my anger (Jeremiah 2

This demon-god is still being worshipped around the world today, but under different names; such as New Yam Festival in Africa and Fertility Rites in India and other enclaves. They are still the same evil practices that put the Israelites in trouble and certainly the nations of the world will be judged by the Lord God Almighty. The fourth month of April was the month the Roman goddess; Aphrodite was celebrated derived from the word; Aprilis. Christians later appropriated this demon worship as the season of our Lord s resurrection; another lie from the pit of hell. The Greek demon goddess; Maia was celebrated in the month of May and thus named after her. She was associated with the power of female fertility and child-bearing, another lie by the demons and their human worshippers. The demon-god of the Romans known as Juno, the demon of marriage claimed the current sixth month of June after herself as the wife of Jupiter, the demon god of divinity according to his ignorant worshippers It is well-known that the month July was named after the Roman military general; Gaius Julius Caesar who was born on July 13, 100BC. The month of August was equally named after another Roman leader; Augustus Gaius Octavius to symbolize his defeat of Egypt as first Roman Emperor between 27BC and 14AD. Like July, the current ninth month in our calendar; September is dedicated as a remembrance to Julius Caesar whom the Romans considered a deity after his death. The month of October was dedicated to celebrating the full moon-another demonic celebration in the Roman World while November was dedicated to the Roman Emperor for staging a religious festival known as Ludi Plebeli or the Plebian Games. Finally, the 12 th month known as December which has been corrupted as the month our Lord Jesus Christ was born was actually a month noted for worshipping five demon-gods in the Roman World namely: Sol Indiges or sun god worshipped on December 11; the demon-goddess of the earth known as Tellus Mater or Terra Mater worshipped on December 13, the Roman demon-god of grains and agricultural harvest known as Consuales Ludi or 3
