1 Statements for the Believer I am a child of God Romans 8:16 (NLT) For His Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God s children John 1:12 (NLT) But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God. 1 John 3:1a (NLT) See how very much our Father loves us, for He calls us His children, and that is what we are! I am chosen by God 1 Peter 2:9 (KJV) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness in to His wonderful light Deuteronomy 7:6 (NLT) For you are a holy people, who belong to the Lord your God. Of all the people on earth, the Lord your God has chosen you to be His own special treasure. I am loved by God Ephesians 1:4 (NLT) Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. I am wonderful Psalm 139:14 (KJV) I will praise You; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are Your works; and that my soul knows right well. When God made me, He did very good! Genesis 1:31 (NLT) Then God looked over all He had made, and He saw that it was very good! 3 I m blessed everywhere I go Everything I do is blessed Deuteronomy 28:2-6 (NLT) You will experience all these blessings if you obey the Lord your God: Your towns and your fields will be blessed. Your children and your crops will be blessed. The offspring of your herds and flocks will be blessed. Your fruit baskets and breadboards will be blessed. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be blessed. Psalm 23:6 (KJV) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. I will prosper in all that I do Psalms 1:1-3 (NLT) Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do. I am richly supplied Philippians 4:19 (KJV) But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. I am inheriting the greatest wealth in human history Romans 8:16-17 (NLT) For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God s children. And since we are His children, we are His heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God s glory. But if we are to share His glory, we must also share His suffering. 4 I am an overcomer Revelation 12:11 (KJV) And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 1 John 4:4 (KJV) You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. I am more than a conqueror Romans 8:37 (KJV) No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. I am strong in the Lord Ephesians 6:10 (KJV) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. I can do all things Philippians 4:13 (KJV) I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. I am full of love, joy & peace Galatians 5:22-23 (NLT) But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! I have great authority Psalm 8:4-6 (NLT) What are mere mortals that You should think about them, human beings that You should care for them? Yet You made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honor. You gave them charge of everything You made, putting all things under their authority. Luke 10:19-20 (KJV) Behold, I give unto you power [authority] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. God doesn t remember my sins Psalms 103:12 (NLT) He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. Hebrews 8:12 (NLT) And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins. I am free John 8:36 (KJV) If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed. 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NLT) For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. I have been delivered Psalms 107:2 (KJV) Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Colossians 1:13 (KJV) Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. I am not the same anymore 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

5 I am the righteousness of God 2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV) For He has made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. I am right with God Romans 5:1 (NLT) Therefore, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. I am complete in Jesus Colossians 2:10 (NLT) You also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority. I am bold when I come to God Hebrews 4:16 (KJV) Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. I am clean, I am holy I am right with God 1 Corinthians 6:11 (NLT) Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. I am becoming like Jesus Romans 8:29 (NLT) For God knew His people in advance, and He chose them to become like His Son, so that His Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. Romans 8:29 (God s Word Translation) This is true because He already knew His people and had already appointed them to have the same form as the image of His Son. Therefore, His Son is the firstborn among many children. I am free from condemnation I am free from the power of sin Romans 8:1-2 (NLT) So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to Him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. Nothing can separate me from the love of God Romans 8:38-39 (NLT) And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow; not even the powers of hell can separate us from God s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below; indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. I am led by the Spirit of God Romans 8:14 (KJV) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. God is guiding me Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Psalm 23:2-3 (KJV) He makes me to lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Psalm 37:23 (NLT) The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. I have the mind of Christ 1 Corinthians 2:16 (KJV) For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

6 I am wise Psalm 119: (NLT) Your commands make me wiser than my enemies, for they are my constant guide. Yes, I have more insight than my teachers, for I am always thinking of Your laws. I am even wiser than my elders, for I have kept Your commandments. Proverbs 2:6 (NLT) For the Lord grants wisdom! From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. James 1:5 (NLT) If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. God is sharing His secrets with me Psalm 25:14 (KJV) The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and He will show them his covenant. Deuteronomy 29:29 (KJV) The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. 1 Corinthians 1:9-10 (KJV) But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. Daniel 2:20-22 (KJV) Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons: He removes kings, and sets up kings: He gives wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: He reveals the deep and secret things: He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him. I am healed Isaiah 53:4-5 (NLT) Yet it was our weaknesses He carried; it was our sorrows that weighed Him down. And we thought His troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for His own sins! But He was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. I will not die, but live Psalm 118:17 (KJV) I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. My youth is being renewed like the eagle s Psalm 103:4-5 (NLT) He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle s! Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. The Spirit of God that raised Jesus from the dead, lives in me Romans 8:11 (NLT) The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, He will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.

7 I have all spiritual blessings Ephesians 1:3 (KJV) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: I walk by faith 2 Corinthians 4:18 (KJV) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV) For we walk by faith, not by sight. I have the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven Matthew 16:19 (KJV) And I will give unto you the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. I am being transformed Romans 12:2 (KJV) And be not conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I am the light of the world Matthew 5:14 (KJV) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. I am blessed and not cursed Galatians 3:13-14 (KJV) Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
