This day was to be treated as a 7 th day Sabbath, no matter where it fell in the week. When a New Moon or festival day fell on a 7 th day Sabbath it was called a High Holy Day. There is no known record of a 13 th month in Scripture unless Revelations 8:6 11:14 in which the seven trumpets are blown is an indication of a 13-month year. It would take a 13-month year to blow seven monthly trumpets, starting with Day of Trumpets. See 7 th Month.
