2 WELCOME Our Derby Arena Christmas Group Exercise Programme will be available from Monday 30 November, to help your fitness goals over this festive period. As the Christmas Panto comes to life at Derby Arena, we will be continuing to keep your fitness levels high by providing a full programme, with some sessions being held at Alvaston Park Community building. As you view this fantastic Christmas fitness programme, look for sessions in red which will be held at Alvaston Park. Space is limited at our Alvaston Park venue, so please book in advance. Directions from Derby Arena Turn left out of Derby Arena (onto Royal Way) At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Pride Parkway (A6) Continue to follow A6 At the roundabout, take the 1st exit (turn left) onto London Road (A6) Turn left (first left after Mitsubishi Motors) on to Meadow Lane - follow the white road signs for Alvaston Park and BMX track Carry on straight on the path, passed the Derby Caravan Centre The car parking will be available left hand side from the BMX track The community building can be found in centre of the park.
