Hebrews 4:1 Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short of it. Therefore?! For that reason As a result Then Consequently Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short that it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. But your iniquires have made a separaron between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. 1

Rest Hebrews 4:6 Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience Rest definiron? Relax, Pause, Unwind, Quiet, Peace, RecreaRon, etc. Rest vs. AcRvity? are they opposites? Rest the lea overs? Nothing else to do? 3 Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, And My covenant of peace will not be shaken, Says the LORD who has compassion on you. Isaiah 55:11-12a So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the mauer for which I sent it. For you will go out with joy and be led forth with peace; ( ) John 14:26-27 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. It stopped the Israelites from entering the Promised Land! There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18 3

4 Psalm 23:4-5 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. Unity Hebrews 4:2 For indeed we have had good news preached to us, just as they also; but the word they heard did not profit them, because it was not united by faith in those who heard. Unity Agreement, Harmony, Oneness, Togetherness With scripture, Rhema word (Holy Spirit), Jesus (John 1:1-3) Today Hebrews 4: He again fixes a certain day, "Today," saying through David aaer so long a Rme just as has been said before, "TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE, DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS." 8 For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day aaer that. 9 So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10 For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. 11 Therefore let us be diligent to enter that rest, so that no one will fall, through following the same example of disobedience. 4

5 His Word Hebrews 4: For the word of God is living and acqve and sharper than any two- edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intenrons of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. His word is truth vs. adverts, promises, vows Reliable HIS promises are Yes and Amen! 2 Corinthian 1:20 For no mauer how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. Bibleinfo.com says there are 3573 promises in the bible TRUTH God is trustworthy His word is true Not influenced by popular opinions Not polircally correct Universal but very personal Discernment required (Hebr. 4:12) Colossian 2:8 Don't let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high- sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. 5

6 Conclusion Believe and have Faith in Jesus, God s word, the Holy Spirit and remain accountable as a living member of the Body of Christ! Act on your Faith and be obedient to God s calling Enter into the Rest don t allow anything to get in the way (doubt, fear, opinions, experience, expectarons, etc) Therefore! Rest! Unity! Today!
