5 is Ever Watchful.. And as for man, his Lord tries him and is generous to him and favors him, he says, `My Lord has honored me.`. But He tries him and restricts his provision, then he says, `My Lord has humiliated me.`. But you do honor the orphan,. And you do feel the urge to feed the poor.. And you consume the heritance, devourg (it) altogether, 0. And you love wealth with exceedg love.. When the earth is leveled, pounded and crushed,. And comes and the Angels, rank upon rank,. And Hell is brought (to view) that Day. That Day man will remember, but will the remembrance (profit) him?. He will say, `O! I wish I had sent forth (some good) for my life (of the Hereafter).`. So that Day none will punish (as severely as) His punishment.. And none will bd (as severely as) His bdg.. (It will be said to the righteous soul), `O satisfied soul!. Return to, well pleased and pleasg (Him).. So enter among My (righteous) slaves, 0. Certaly, We have created man to be hardship.. Does he thk that no one has power over him?. He will say, `I have squandered wealth abundance,`. Does he thk that no one sees him?. Have We made for him two eyes?. And a tongue and two lips? 0. And sn him the two ways?. But he has attempted the steep path.. And what can make you know what the steep path is?. (It is) freeg a neck (i.e., slave),. Or feedg a day of severe hunger (i.e., fame). An orphan of near relationship,. Or a needy person misery,. Then he is of those who believe and enjo each other to patience, and enjo each other to compassion.. Those are the companions of the right hand.. So their Lord destroyed them for their ss and leveled them (with the ground).. And He does fear its consequences.
