1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HAJ ND GROUP Dep. 14th August Arr. 19th September The Group departs from Bangalore on 14th August 2018 and reaches at Jeddah Airport, after completing the airport formalities the group moves to Hotel, which little far away from Haram-E-Shariff (Makkah) and stay there for 4-5 days in Service Apartments (KAAKIA / AZIZIYA etc) 5 to 6 Kms from Haram Shariff. Then, the Group moves to Mina for Haj rituals (Dhul-Hajj 8,9,10,11 & 12) Mina, Arafath, Muzdalifah and back to Mina). 19th August 2018 to 23rd August After the Haj, the Group returns to same Hotel and stay there for 1 to 3 days. Then, the group shifts the hotel which is near to Haram Shariff (Makkah) and s t a y t h e re f o r 1 5 d a y s f ro m 2 6 t h A u g u s t t o 0 9 t h September 2018 ( 100 to 400 meters form Haram Shariff). Then, the group leaves Makkah and reaches Madina-E-Shariff and stay there for 8 to 9 days from 10th September 2018 to 18th September Then, the Group leaves Madina-E-Shariff and reaches Jeddah Airport or Madina Airport, and arrives at Bangalore City on 19th September Accomodation: For all group 4, 5 or 6 Members in a room (Sharing). Note: The Total cost of Haj package is inclusive of Visa, Bangalore Jeddah Bangalore Air Ticket, Moullim Fees, Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafaath Tent Charges, 3 Times Food, Air conditioned Accommodation and Local Ziarath at Makkah and Madina by A/C buses. During the term of Haj (5 days) at Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah cooking is strictly prohibited The Moullim shall be arranging food for all the Hajis during the currency of the term. The facility extended by the Moullim shall be accepted by the Hajis. Laundry Service: Free at Makkah & Madina, We are not responsible for damage or loss of cloths of Hajis. All local ziaraths in Makkah & Madina by A/c Buses. Round trip Transportation between Jeddah, Makkah, Madina, Makkah, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina, Makkah and back to Jeddah by air conditioned Buses. During the term Haj (5 days) the vehicles are allotted by the ministry of Haj in KSA. In which all the Hajis are required to travel from Makkah to Mina, Arafath, Muzdalifah, Mina and back to Makkah. We are not responsible for the delay and breakdown of vehicle. Hajis are requested to co-operate with us. Travel by standard Airlines from Bangalore Jeddah Bangalore in economy class, 30kg luggage., 7kg Hand Baggage & 5 Ltrs Zam Zam water per passenger are allowed by the Airline, excess luggage beyond the prescribed limit shall attract 75 Saudi Riyals per kilo to be borne by the Haji. We are gifting a can containing 5 Ltrs of ZAM ZAM water to each Haji free of cost. The airlines will allow only 5 Ltrs ZAM ZAM can per Haji excluding the Luggage.

3 Tour Cost based on US 1 $ = INR 65/- and ticket fare effective from 1st April 2018, any revision on the above rates before departure has to borned by the Hajis. We are not responsible for any Cancellation or delay in Flight, missing of baggage, missing connection by Airlines in the Airport. Food Service: Daily three times food arrangements, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Breakfast: Roti, Bread, Kheema, Jam, Butter, Cornflakes, Milk, Honey and Tea, 8am to 9-30 am. Lunch: Ghee Rice, Roti, dal Fry, Motton Khurma, Chicken Kabab, Salad, Juice or Tea, 1 pm to 2-30 pm. Dinner: Plain Rice, Roti, Dal, Mutton Khurma or Chicken, Fruits, 8 pm to 9-30 pm. Note: According to Saudi Govt Rules cooking is prohibited in Hotels, so the food shall be supplied by the authorised catering companies Throughout the currency of the duration of Haj of 37 days, contingencies beyond the control of tour operator Act of God, such as accidental Fire, Stampede etc., resulting in loss of life and limb and properties of the Hajis shall be solely attributed to the above grounds and the tour operator shall not be responsible in any manner to make good the loss. Payments: At the time of booking the Haj Seat advance Amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- shall pay in cash and Balance Payment by way cheque, DD, RTGS and NEFT. 2nd payment 50% of amount has to be paid on or before 15th Shaban 1439 H.( ) 3rd last and final payment shall be paid 20 days on or before the group departs from Bangalore to Haj. Note: GST 5% is implemented by the GST Department Govt. of India and VAT 5% is is implemented by the Govt of Saudi Arabia. The same should be paid by the Hajis. Cancellations: Cancellation of Haj seat before stamping the Haj Vias is the entire amount will be refunded. If the Haji wants to cancel his/her haj seat after stamping the Haj Visa the refund amounts are Air ticket and Moullim draft only. Arrangements for providing orientation programme will be on... at... 4 The tour operator reserves the rights to change the programmes /dates without any notice. Important Note: Due to heavy traffic while reaching for Mina, Arafath and muzdalifah will be delayed by buses and also Tent at Mina will be allotted by the Moullim ( Ministry of Haj, Saudi Arabia) the place allotted to Haji will be smaller so the Hajis should bear the inconvenience caused.
