Order No. 52 DFPF of 205 Dated: Whereas, this office in compliance with the Hon'ble High Court directions passed in SWP No. 24 I6 2OL2 dated 03. O9.2O4 and the judgement upheld by the Division Bench in LPA (SWP) No. I49 2O4 dated -LL-2O4 issued the tentative seniority list of Forest Protection Force Guards of KaShmir region (Except the petitioners in SWP No of 2OL4) on the basis of the merit obtained at the end of the Initial Training Course vide Order No. 945 DFPF of 205 dated Whereas, the objections were sought from the incumbents regarding their placement in the seniority list. Whereas, the objections thus received by this office were examined by the committee constituted vide this office Order No. 43 DFPF of 2O5 dated 4-052OI5 in light of the applicable rules. The objections which were found genuine were accordingly considered and rest of the objections which were without merit were rejected in view of the recommendations made by the committee. Now, therefore in view of the above, the Final Seniority list of Forest Protection Force Guards of Kashmir region drawn under the provision of Rule 38 () of SRO-264 of 2OI2 is annexed herewith as Annexure-'A" with the condition that the date of birth indicated against each shall not be treated as authentic and shall have reference to the recorded date of birth in the Service book on the basis of certificate issued by the competent authority. SenioriW of the petitioners of SWP No of 2OI4 titled Ireroz Aalam Bhat and others versus State and others shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
