1 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SUPPLY OF PISTACHIO SAPLINGS FOR HERAT PROVINCE DATE: December 18, 2017 درخىاست آفر برای تهیه نهال های پسته برای والیت هرات DACAAR invites interested parties to submit their sealed offers for supply of Pistachio saplings for Herat province. The offers must be submitted to DACAAR Main Office Logistics Unit located in (Street No. 12, Taimani Project, Qala-e-Fathullah, in Kabul Province) till December 29, :00 PM. The offers will be opened on December 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM in DACAAR Main Office, Kabul Province and the Bid Winner will be notified shortly. Terms and Conditions for bid winner 1. Delivery place of Pistachio saplings is DACAAR Field Offices in Herat Province. 2. 2 6. The contractor is responsible for the quality of supplied sapling and should provide detailed information/certificate from the main growing source of supplied saplings. The contractor shall also provide a written guarantee on the originality of saplings providing that, if the saplings prove to be of wrong quality, even after cultivation DACAAR reserves the right to claim for compensation of the whole project cost. 7. All items will be based on DACAAR technical specification mentioned in Annex (I). 8. Quotations should be valid for 30 official days. 9. The Bid Winner tender must deposit 10% amount of total contract to DACAAR bank account as contract Performance Guarantee before signing the contract and the mentioned amount is refundable after successful completion of the contract. 12. Award of contract will be based on the price, quality, capacity & potentiality of bidder which will be decided after evaluation of the company. It is the right of DACAAR to make the decision of awarding contract. 13. DACAAR will not be responsible for any changes occurred during the contract such as (increment in custom duties, exchange rates and etc. 14.
