He created human beings, honoured them above all His other Creation and made their blood sacred to one another. I bear witness that there is no deity save Allah, having no associates. He is the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth, the Manifest. I also bear witness that our Master Muhammad is the Servant of Allah and His Messenger. He made him the seal of the Messengers. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his pure blessed family and companions, and all those who follow them in righteousness till the Day of Judgment.

2 ه ن س ه يا ل س تج و ى ال ح ظو ف ه ف ك ج ث ه ى ح إ ل ا ل له ر جػ ن ف ي ا ح ي وا ه تق ا ي And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will be compensated for what it earned, and they will not be treated unjustly قد ه ري ا ة ن آدم We have certainly honoured the children of Adam وه ل Amr ibn al-aas I saw the Prophet performing tawaf around the Holy Ka`ba saying: how pure and good you are! how pure and good your fragrance is! how great and exalted you are! and how great and exalted your sanctity is! But by Him in Whose hand is Muhammad s soul, the sanctity of a believer s blood and property in the sight of Allah is greater than yours ه ول ي س قخ ن ه ك ن أ ا أل م ه ول ل ف ن ي د اه آد م األ لع اة ا إ ه ال ك ن ق خن ظو س ت ف س ي ج هي None is killed unjustly, but the first son of Adam will have a part of its burden because he was the first to establish the tradition of murdering ش خو ا ق ذ : يا ر ب د اج ت خ ب دي ا حق ل و أ س ب يد ه وأ اص يخ ور ث م اهق ياي اح ن ي ق ق خ ل ة اه ي ج ء ال ن The slain will bring his killer on the Day of Resurrection with his forelock and his head in his hand, and with his jugular veins flowing with blood, and will say, O Lord, he killed me ب ك أ ح دا And your Lord does injustice to no one وال حظ و ى ر اء ي ا ه نلاس ف ادل ض بني ق ا ح أ ه ول ي The first cases to be decided amongst the people will be those of bloodshed

3 ي ه ها ب دل ان ا ل حق ل ن ر ج ال واهن ساء وال س خظػ ف ني ي الر اح و ن ف س ب ين الو ه وال ق ويا ه ك ى ال ت ا ص ري ه ه ك ن نل ا ي دل ا واج ػ ه ه ك و ل ن نل ا ي دل ا واج و ث اه ه ظال ى أ ي ر ذ ه اه ق ر ج ا ي أخ And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help ر ض وي ن ال م ل اء بػ و ػ ظ ى أ ؤ ي ات ب ي ن وال ي أ م ر ون ة ال ػ ر وف غ ؤ وال The believers, men and women, are friends of one another. They command what is right and forbid what is wrong Commanding what is right and forbidding wrong is a responsibility which lies upon all members of society, men and women. The duty of assisting the oppressed people is general, whether they be Muslim or not. ي رأى يكى يمرا فويغريه ةيده فإن لى يسخطع فتوسا فإن لى يسخطع فتقوت وذلك أطػف اإلي ان Whoever of you sees something wrong should change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest form of belief

4 Burma is now known as Myanmar, which is 90% Buddhist. The Rohingya are an ethnic minority Muslim group living in Myanmar for 800 years. In 1982 the military revoked their citizenship and made them stateless. So he should not oppress him, nor allow his oppression. Whoever fulfills the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs ي م اه ق يايث وي ه خ ل ر بث ي ل رب ه ا ل له س ي ي يا ج ه فس ا ل ل رب ادلج ب ث ي ل ر ي ل ؤ ج ه فس خ م س ػ ه لع ي س ي يا وا ل خ رة وا ل له ف غ ه ف ادلج ه ا ل ل ا ست م سو خ ي ن أ ت د ف غ ا ك ن اه د ي ت ن اه ػ يا وا ل خ رة وي ست ف ادلج ي غو Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Resurrection. And whoever alleviates the need of a needy person, Allah will alleviate his needs in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever shields [or hides the misdeeds of] a Muslim, Allah will shield him in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah will aid His slave so long as he aids his brother
