Islamic studies Summary of the thesis Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all, and prayer and peace be upon the best prophet, his family and his companions. Then, This is a summary of this thesis that is produced to get the degree of doctorate in "ossool Elfeqh". The title of the thesis is (Sharho Mokhtasar Ibn Elhajeb fi Ossool Elfeqh) (From the beginning of the Language Principles to the end), study and inquiry. The author of the explanation is Al-Imam Tag A-ddin Bahram Ibn-Abdellah Ibn Abdlaziz A-ddameery Almaleki D.(805AH).This book is an explanation of (Mokhtasar Montaha A-ssoul wa Al-Amal Fi elmai Alossool wa Al Gadal). written by Al- Imam Othman Ibn Omar Ibn Abi Bakr A-ddawini (known as Ibn Al-Hajeb) who died in 646H. May Allah gives mercy upon all. The book (Mokhtasar Al montaha) is one of the most valuable books in Jurisprudence.This book has been spread widely.scientists and students gave it much interest in every country and age.scientists took good care of it by adding explanation, summaries, adding the interpreted Hadith. The explanation of Imam Bahram is one of the best explanations as Al Imam Bahram collected the previous explanations, with high accuracy, obvious statements, simplicity of meanings, preferences, and proofs. Also, he used a moderate method away of boring expatiation and volatize abridgment. This thesis includes an introduction, two sections, conclusion, and analytic indexes. The introduction : It is included the previous researches, the motivation of choosing the manuscript, the followed method in inquiry, the difficulties of the research, and the detailed plan. The first part : It is the part of the study and it is including four chapters: 1. The first chapter is a biography of Imam Ibn Al Hajeb the author of the source book (Mokhtasar Al Montaha). 2. The second chapter is a biography of Al Imam Bahram the author of the explanation. 3. The third chapter is a description of the origin of the book (Mokhtasar Al Montaha). 4. The fourth chapter is a description of the book (Sharh Al- Imam Bahram Ala Mokhtasar Al montaha). The second part: It is the part is an inquiry in which I inquired and published (Sharh Bahram Ala Mokhtasar Al Montaha) from the beginning of linguistic principles till the end. I followed the scientific method in inquiry according to the plan that I declared in the introduction of the thesis. The conclusion: In the conclusion, I've included the most important results and recommendations. The appendixes: I've added analytic index that reveals a lot of the book's benefits and declares its scientific value.
