January, 2000 December, 2005 As an intern at the Biotechnology Research Centre, Department of Forestry, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. I applied macro and micro propagation methods for endemic, endangered and economically important medicinal plants and forest tree species like Tectona grandis, Pterocarpus santalinus, Azadirachta indica, Withania somnifera, Rauwolfia serpentina etc. Research areas Plant cell tissue culture Phytoremediation Bioremediation Research project Micropropagation and conservation of endangered toy making species.
