1 May 2010 Dear TAGDV members, On behalf of the members of our Executive Committee, it is my pleasure to extend our invitation to you, your family and friends for the TAGDV 17th Annual Cultural competitions and Ugadi celebrations to be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Tredyffrin / Easttown Middle school. You will be delighted to know that this year we invited Richa Gangopadhyay, the beautiful heroine from the popular movie Leader and Miss India-USA (2007) as our chief guest. Natakireeti Dr.Rajendra Prasad is our guest of honor and will entertain us nonstop for one hour and it is our privilege and honor to felicitate him on that day. R.P. Patnaik, a sensational music director, actor, singer and recently turned movie director, will be our special guest. Ravi Varma, an upcoming young movie actor, will join us as our guest. Another highlight of the program is a Musical Extravaganza by Usha and her group with live orchestra. They will be singing songs from the 60s to current for two hours. You will also enjoy mouth-watering Andhra Bhojanam, especially made for the occasion by Bawarchi restaurant. We will have a spectacular and colorful program on that day. The day long festivities will include cultural competitions for Kids, shopping for women (Jewelry, Sarees, Dresses), snacks for everyone (Idli, Vada, Mirchi Bajji etc.), felicitations, prize distribution etc. Please visit our website for the program sheet. TV 9 will record / cover the program from the afternoon and broadcast the highlights in India and USA. From Wayne - travel west on Lancaster (Route 30), past the Devon Horse Show. At the fourth traffic light (Tires Plus on your left) turn right. After you cross over the bridge, the road bends to the left. Turn right at the first street T/E Middle School will be on your left. Turn left at the traffic light to the entrance of the school parking lot. From Paoli - travel east on Lancaster (Route 30), past Boston Market (intersection with Route 252). At the first traffic light (Daylesford Train Station), turn left on to Old Lancaster Road (under the old stone bridge and past the cemetery). Turn left on to Conestoga Road, past the athletic fields, to the entrance of the school parking lot on your right. From Route 202 North to King of Prussia, take the Chesterbrook Blvd. Exit. Turn right at the light on to Swedesford Road. Turn left at the next light on the Bear Hill Road (Route 252). Turn right at the second traffic light on to Cassatt Road. T/E Middle School is at the next traffic light turn right to the entrance to the parking lot. From Route 202 South to West Chester, take the Paoli (Route 252) Exit. Turn left at the first traffic light on to Cassatt Road. T/E Middle School is at the next traffic light turn right to the entrance to the parking lot.
