3 COURSE DESCRIPTION This course is an intensive residential Yoga immersion. The format allows for lots of personal attention and TEACHING PRACTICE. It gives students the opportunity to disconnect from worldly distractions in order to go inside and explore their relationship to Yoga & to themselves. It is a shared experience offering the challenges and support of a PROFESSIONAL GROUP with more than 25 years of experience, dedicated to a common goal: to imbibe and transmit the spirit of Yoga. 4 COURSE LEADERS NORA BELTON Nora taught Teacher Training with SUNRA for 7 years before founding in She was introduced to Sivananda Yoga at the age of 12 and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1984, following a career in dance and music. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master. Originally from Los Angeles, California her travels have taken her to India, Egypt, South America and Europe, finally settling in Ibiza Spain. Meditation and chanting are daily practices that compliment her lifelong search for truth, balance and higher purpose. Training teachers has resulted as the organic outcome of the need to embrace and impart wisdom and tools for happiness in the human experience. Spirit Body Yoga is a YOGA ALLIANCE registered school KIRANA STOVER Kirana is Director of the Integral Yoga Center in Barcelona. She has been teaching Yoga since 1992 and trains Yoga teachers in the style of her Guru who she met at the age of 16, Swami Satchidananda, disciple of Swami Sivananda and creator of Integral Yoga. Kirana, a professional Body Work Practitioner, studied with Yamuna Zake of Yamuna Body Rolling. She is currently training to become an ecumenical minister in the tradition of Integral Yoga. Kirana imparts RAJA YOGA on this course.
