4 PRESIDENT S MESSAGE JUNE 2017 Dear Brothers, Sisters and loving young friends, Jai Shree Ram! We are already half way thru in the year of 2017, and Summer is fast approaching. We all look forward to these bright & sunny days, when we can spend some fun time with our Near & Dear ones. We, at HOM, also try to plan activities and events OUTDOORS so as to enjoy some quality time with our Friends & Families of the Hari Om Parivar. Like every year, this year also, we shall ALL be getting together on June 11 at Grove # 18, Busse Woods. I invite you all to come and enjoy the PICNIC.Food, Games, Raffle etc. We had a grand month of celebrations during the month of May.Special Mata Ki Chowki, with artists from Mumbai, India, sponsored by Suga Builders, will always be remembered as a landmark Event in the history of HOM. Special Blessings showered in the form of Rose Petals by a helicopter on the Tall Hanuman Ji s Murti, with Devotees gathered around, will be cherished forever. My sincere THANKS to the Sponsors and my Team of Board Members, who organized this Program in a very professional manner. Another, much awaited program of HOM, is the Mother s Day Luncheon organized by the Mahila Mandal of HOM. Under the Chairmanship of Ms. Nirmal Bagga, this Event has gained immense popularity over the years, and this year was record breaking! On Wed, May 11, Mothers of all ages put up a grand Variety Entertainment Show, which was attended by over 250 people. My Thanks to All the Organizers and Kudos to the Performers. On Mother s Day, May 14, Kids of the Hindi Class came forward to speak, recite poems and express their love & gratitude for their Mothers. Beautiful Gifts were also given to the Mothers, as a token of Love & Honor, by the HOM Management Team. As you all know, Father s Day is coming up on June 18. We shall be celebrating in honor of all the Dads, a gala Evening of FAMILY FUN on Sat, June 24th in the Temple Basement Hall.
