4 PRESIDENT S MESSAGE Dear Brothers, Sisters and loving young friends, Jai Shree Ram! I would like to begin with thanking YOU ALL for joining in the Summer Activities held during the month of June.we had a fun filled Picnic in Busse Woods on June 12, and an entertaining Fathers Day program in the temple on June 24. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the Members of my TEAM both the Boards for doing an excellent job in making appropriate arrangements to make these functions a huge success! Picnic turned out to be a great Outdoor Event, as Mother Nature also co-operated by making it a pleasant, sunny day, where everybody.kids, young and old, ladies and gents, participated in several Games organized by Mr. Anil Saxena. Fruits of the season Mangoes & Watermelons, Lunch and evening Snacks were all arranged by our Food Incharge Mrs. Shub Sharma. However, the biggest crowd puller of the day was the Pop Corn Stall managed by Mr. Girdhari Dassani. children & adults, all waited in line to grab a packet of freshly popped corn. The day ended with gifts for all the participants and prizes to the winners. Every Year, Fathers Day is celebrated in HOM as a Family Fun Friday.a cultural evening of Songs, Dances, Shair-o-Shairi, Qwwali, Giddha etc followed by a lavish Dinner. The popularity of this program has grown so much over the years, that artists have started making reservations for a spot already for the next year!!! I owe a big THANK YOU to the hard work of my dedicated Team Members & Volunteers who have helped to put up the grand show. This Fathers Day was also special in another way.the EB & BOT Members decided to Honor the first and foremost FATHER FIGURE of HOM, the most deserving pillar and chowkidar of the temple, a well known name in the Community, Mr. Ayodhiya Salwan with the title of Guardian and awarded him a Plaque of Recognition for his services, contributions & continued support to the temple over two decades. After celebrating Mothers & Fathers Days, now is the turn for our Youth to showcase their talent.i would like to appeal to ALL of you to join us in encouraging our Youth on July 16 th. The Youth Co-Ordinator Tushar Sharma along with his team- Divya Maheshwari, Adi Mohan & Siddhant Singla are working very hard to put up a gala evening show. Please DO COME and join us to strengthen our Future and show them your support. As always, it is my appeal to all the Devotees, to attend the Weekly congregations & Special programs in a timely manner and seek His Blessings. Also, please share your views, suggestions and feedback for the progress and growth of the Temple.
