Validity: Your offer should be valid for our acceptance for a minimum period of 60 days from the due date unless specified otherwise. Payment terms: 30 days from date of receipt of material. Delivery Schedule :Supplies to commence within 15 days from the date of LOI/PO whichever is earlier. All materials are to be delivered against our call up and must reach our respective units within 15 days from the date of call up. The contract will be valid till Basis of selection and Allocation :.The on-line closed bids (Location wise) shall be used for grading the bidders.the lowest quoted bidder in the on-line closed bids shall be designated as L1 and the next lowest quoted bidder as L2 and so on in the grading system. 100% quantity shall be allocated to the L1 bidder for that particular location.
