I presided various National seminar programmes organized by Departments like; Dept. of Tulu, Dept. of Telugu, Dept. of English, Dept. of Tamil and Dept. of Comparative Dravidian Literature and Philosophy. I presided as president of National seminar like; Ravoori Bharadhvaaja Literature, Philosophy of Sarvajna, Religious Perspectives in Classical Tamil Literature, Dalit Literature and Feminist Concerns in Modern Telugu and Kannada Literature. As chairman, I conducted for Ph. D viva-voce exams in concerning Departments along with External examiners in the School of Comparative Dravidian Literature & Translation Studies. 15 15 Apart from my teaching, research and publications, I participated at National workshop on Socio-Linguistic Survey of Language Use in Kuppam, jointly organized by Dravidian University, Kuppam and Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore ( from to ). I also participated in one-day Work- Shop on Mahila Janmabhoomi Programmes, organized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the year, Since 2000, I organized Social Awareness Camps in five Mandalas (V. Kota, Ramakuppam, Santhipuram, Gudipalli and Kuppam) of Kuppam constituency, along with all Mandal teachers Welfare Associations and Dalita Seva Samithi. I visited villages, like Sanganapalli, Chikata Palli, Sodiganipalli (Gudipalli Mandal), Balla, Mittapalli, (Ramakuppam), Sivarama Puram, Sogadaballa (Santhipuram), V. Kota and surroundings of Kuppam Constituency and delivered a talk on different subjects like, the Health care, Yoga, Ethics, Social evils, Social work, the Role of Youth, Family planning, Literacy, and Superstitions and so on. Apart from that, I have been delivering my talks on the great Dravidian Saints, poet-philosopher s like, Basaveswara, Vemana and Sri Narayanaguru and their contribution to the society. (S.
