CONCLUDING OBSERVATIONS 7.1 It was one of the serious efforts made by the mission to identify suitable NGOs to be involved in implementing various software activities related with Sub-Project V. Except the Literacy House, (and too mainly for production of CIE materials) the mission, however, did not succeed to identify NGOs relevant for Sub-Project
