A letter from your Pastor recommending you to Liberty Baptist Bible College should also indicate the area(s) of Ministry in which you will be serving in your Local Church. 3. Transcripts: Copies from your High and from any College(s) that you have attended. 4. Ministry Profile: Any information regarding Ministry involvement current or in the past that you may desire to be considered for possible credit toward your degree. 5. 4 Personal Commitment: In applying for acceptance in the Liberty Baptist Bible College / Theological Seminary, I agree in spirit and principle to serve Christ, the local Church, and this institution in such a way as to bring credit upon all and in no way bring reproach upon any. I do also agree to abstain from all appearances of evil. (I Thess. 5:22), to separate myself from all evil situations, to do my best to live an upright life (Job 1:18), and to endeavor to live up to the high standards of the call to service (I Tim. 3:1-7). I further agree to submit myself to the leadership of the Holy Spirit and the Local Church. I understand the policies of this institution to be as follows: 1) To avoid the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, and tobacco. 2) To oppose abortion, homosexuality, and other aberrant behavior. 3) To study God s word to show thyself approved (2 Tim. 2:15), all the while trusting the Holy Spirit to lead in directions of acceptable service unto the Lord. 4) To study, adhere to, and promote the King James 1611 Bible (Titus 3:5-8), which we hold to be the true inerrant Word of God as revealed to man. Requirements for Graduation: In the event my application is accepted and I become a student of the Liberty Baptist Bible College, I understand and agree that I must complete all required lessons and examinations, including any required thesis, on or before May first of the year I intend to graduate; I also agree that I must maintain at least a 70% or better grade point average (GPA) in order to graduate; and that all tuition, fees, assessments, and other related costs must be paid in full. I understand that I may elect to accelerate my studies, and complete a two year, four-semester course in only one year, then I must complete all the necessary and required work, including any thesis, within that one-year time frame and also pay the full two year tuition. Monthly Payment Plan Agreement: You can pay your tuition amount in (10) Monthly payments, due and payable on the first day of each and every month. If you choose not to pay by the month you also can pay your Tuition in full at the beginning of the semester. Of course, this amount would be more should you choose to take multiple courses or use the accelerated study method. No exams will be sent or accepted until outstanding installment payments are received. If delays become continuous, then you may be dropped from the program altogether. Likewise, any and all tuition fees, assessments, and other related charges must be paid in full no later than May first of each year. As evidenced by my signature hereto attached, I hereby agree to pay the Liberty Baptist Bible College the appropriate monthly payments until all applicable tuition fees are paid in full. Said payments are due and payable on or before the first day of each month. I also understand that my spouse must sign below if attending Liberty Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary with me. Our desire is to help you become the student of the Word of God that God wants you to be. In our efforts to accommodate more students with our limited staff all our materials are distributed in Pdf format via the internet. Once you download these documents they can then be printed or converted to whatever word processing program you have. Your lessons must be resubmitted on either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works formats. The materials used by Liberty Baptist College and Theological Seminary are copy write protected by their authors. Therefore in compliance with all those who have licensed these materials to us, we require that you the student sign, date and return the form below to Liberty Baptist College and Theological Seminary. This consent does not prohibit you from teaching from these materials, which you have received from Liberty Baptist College and Theological Seminary.
