2 Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Open Letter Many global events these days such as the spread of terrorism, nuclear crises, global warming, natural disasters occurring around the world seem to be increasing in severity and destruction, leading to immeasurable consequences to the poor as well as our succeeding generations. On Thanksgiving Day, we would like to invite former President, Prime Minister, Minister, Princess, and our comrades, as well as religious leaders in Vietnamese communities all over the world to attend this great celebration to express our deepest gratitude to the United States for taking Vietnamese refugees under its wing after the fall of Saigon in We are deeply indebted to the unforgettable sacrifices of 58,000 heroes and Allied forces who fought side by side with South Vietnamese soldiers to defend their territory and population against Communist attacks and encroachments. We sincerely appreciate the unstinting generosity from the noble souls across the globe who have contributed and shared money and supply to the suffering victims in considerable distress after natural disasters. We are much obliged to those for giving up important holidays of your own family and your personal happiness to cross thousands of miles from Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Italy, especially the former President of Ecuador, the former Prime Minister of Nepal, the former Vice President of Kenya and Princess Maria Amore of the Sulu Archipelago (southwestern Philippines). We are convinced that your wholehearted support for the International Committee of the Vietnamese Nationalist Union Council (VNUC) will not be made in vain. Awards. Her affiliations with highly recognized organizations, dignitaries, royals, nobles and heads of states attributed her as a seasoned diplomat and an Ambassador of Goodwill worldwide. Princess Maria Amor is a visionary and has spearheaded many humanitarian projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Malta, USA and still counting. Known as the Traveling Princess in her own TV show with the aim of finding the greatest humanitarians of the world, Her Highness Princess Maria Amor is set to make a global impact by bringing

6 awareness of humanitarianism internationally through her platforms the G.O.D. Awards and The Traveling Princess. Minister of Foreign Affairs and Protocol and Appointment Officer of The Royal House of Baloi, Foreign Minister of The Royal Kingdom of Sulu, Honorary Princess of Melayu Jambi, Indonesia and Minister of International Cooperation and Integration of OSJ Knights of Malta. Despite her young age, the Princess has been sacrificing her time and youth in the fight for humanity globally. She offers herself as a special link to all humanitarian worldwide. HER EXCELLENCY ROSALIA ARTEAGA is the former President & Vice President of the Republic of Ecuador (1997). She is a Doctor in Jurisprudence & Lawyer, Graduate student of the School of Journalism & has a Master s degree in Anthropology. She has been General Secretary, Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO) , Minister of Education, Culture and Sports (1994), Member of the Board of Directors of Catie- Agronomic Tropical Center of Investigation and Education in Costa Rica, President of the Latin Foundation for the Integration and Development-FIDAL & President Executive of Arteada-Serrano Productions. The people of Ecuador are now facing serious Human Rights problems. In July 2012 the officials warned the judges that they would be sanctioned and possibly dismissed if they allowed the citizens to appeal to the protection of their constitutional rights against the state. People engaging in public protests against environmental and other issues are prosecuted for "terrorism and sabotage", which may lead to an eight-year prison sentence.

7 HIS EXCELLENCY DR. STEPHEN KALONZO MUSYOKA is a reputable Kenyan-born global leader. His down-to-earth nature and myriad of humanitarian causes, have earned him the title servant-leader. He is the immediate former Vice President of the Republic of Kenya where he served for a five-year term running from 2008 to Hon. Kalonzo is the current party leader of the Wiper Democratic Movement - Kenya, and a co-principal for the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD), which is the opposition coalition in Kenya. The elections in 2003 were judged free and fair by local and international observers, and seemed to mark a turning point in Kenya's democratic evolution. In 2005, Kenyans rejected a plan to replace the 1963 independence constitution with a new one. The toll of the 2007 Post-election violence included approximately 1,500 deaths and up to 600,000 people left internally displaced. This marked the great value of democratism. HIS EXCELLENCY KLIL RAJ REGMI is the Former Prime Minister of Nepal. He also served as Chairman of Council of Ministers and Chief Justice of Nepal. Khil Raj Regmi was de facto Prime Minister of Nepal Regmi has served as Chief Justice of Nepal since May Regmi has served as Chief Justice of Nepal since May 2011, having been appointed by President Ram

8 Baran Yadav after the expiry of the term of his predecessor, Chief Justice Ram Prasad Shrestha. In 2013, the main political parties agreed to install Regmi as chairman of cabinet on a short-term basis, to oversee elections. He was sworn in on 3/14/2013 by President Yadav. In the 20 th century, Nepal ended its isolation and forged strong ties with regional powers. Parliamentary democracy was introduced in 1951, but was twice suspended by Nepalese monarchs in 1960 and The Nepalese Civil War resulted in the proclamation of a republic in 2008, ending the reign of the world s last Hindu monarchy and marking the victory of the people fight for its republicanism. California Graduate School of Theology ABOUT CAL GRAD California Graduate School of Theology (Cal Grad) exists to prepare men and women for faithful ministry in Church and society. International University About In 2000, a group of professionals started a business consulting company, focusing on training today s leaders to be super leaders through team building, activity-based consulting. They enabled individuals to move beyond their comfort zone and achieve real performance improvement. They decided to transfer their knowledge of business management to the classroom. Eventually, MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY OF AMERICA, INC. was incorporated in the State of California in 2005 and MIA sought CA State approval as a formalized institution of higher learning in 2006, focusing on what it knew best - business. In late 2006, MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY OF AMERICA, INC. legally changed its name to INTERNATIONAL AMERICAN UNIVERSITY, INC., with its emphasis on international business education. IAU s
