I've read many books on the topic and this one takes the role of the Holy Spirit to a whole new level of understanding. By putting things in the context of government and God's Kingdom it makes one truly appreciate what the Holy Spirit can really do in our world through us if we allow Him to. I'm third generation minister, nearly 30 years in ministry myself and have an extensive background in meteorology/climate studies and university research.
