Our current mission statement was created in the mid 80s and is over 20 years old. Should we be concerned about making a change in a statement that has worked well and stood the test of years and has kept our parish focused? Seems like we no longer name pursuit/commitment to interfaith relationships. There is some concern within the interfaith that with Father O Connell leaving, we are backing away from our interfaith commitments. Do we need to state this commitment to interfaith?
