Speakers and Topics Kevin Bodsworth has worked as a missionary with WEC International in France since 1994 and has served in French Baptist, Reformed and Pentecostal churches. He and his wife, Carol have been working with St.Mark's International Church in Versailles for 15 years. They have 3 children, Nicky, who has been married to the lovely Gemma for a year, Christopher (17) and Emilie (12). Kevin's passions are leading worship, teaching English, drinking wine and he has suffered as a long-term supporter of Oxford United for too many years! Sunday 7pm: Anchored in Hope To say that we live in uncertain and changing times would be the understatement of the day! Terrorist atrocities, unpredictable politics, instant information. If ever we needed to hear Paul's warning to grow up and not be thrown around by every wind and wave (Ephesians 4), now is the time to listen. Our present and future must be anchored in Jesus, Hope for all Nations. Dave Roberts: is a writer, speaker and local church leader based in Eastbourne in the UK. Together with his wife Sharon he is also part of the team at the Bridge International Church in Paris. Monday 9:15am: On Earth as it is in Heaven What is God s desire for us and our communities? What does the Lord s Prayer tell us about the heart of God and the mission of Jesus? This session will stretch our thinking and provoke our hearts. Monday 10:45am: Thy Kingdom Come to My Street How can we pray for our neighbours and our neighbourhoods? This session will share key principles and prompt participants to create ideas and strategies for their locality. Tuesday 10:45am: Creative Prayer in Your Congregation or Small Group How can you use the Bible, song and hands on prayer ideas in your gatherings. After we explore the basic principles we ll road test the ideas in small groups. Come and expand your prayer imagination. Tuesday 7pm: Declaring the Blessing of God God calls us to stand in His presence, carry His presence and declare his Presence. How does that get put into practice when praying for individuals? What does it mean for us to pray In the name of Jesus. Wednesday 9:15am: Peace to this House

What does Jesus tell us about prayer, mission and the gospel in his instructions to the disciples as he sends them out to the towns and villages? (Luke 10). What will the shalom of God' mean for our everyday prayers and actions? Discover new insights into a familiar passage. Lis Mobbs: Lis is a Christian Counselor who has served on the Prayer and Pastoral Prayer teams at New Wine UK and Welfare Team of Soul Survivor for many years. She headed up Prayer at her church in Canterbury, and now attends a Vineyard church in Ashford Kent. During that time 17 she feels she has been privileged to learn from and see God healing and setting his people free in the most amazing ways. Monday 1:30pm: Prayer Training. This is an opportunity for those with little or no experience to receive training in prayer ministry. The Prayer Team leader will lead you through a training session in prayer ministry that will help you understand prayer ministry better, and to become a trainee member of the prayer ministry team at the conference or back in your home church. Venue: Launchpad Corinne Tournay: the Arts Corner creator and co-ordinator for the last 4 years. Following our Lord s calling, Corinne will soon leave her post as vicar in S-E London to move to Cornwall. There, she will continue to work with Art & Spirituality and listen to the Lord for the development of this freelance future ministry. She has been producing prophetic pictures for the last 20 years and also kept up art training whenever possible throughout that time. She works mainly with pastels. She has exhibited both prophetic and secular pictures a number of times, especially locally where she currently lives. Each Session Below: 5.00 for Materials Venue: Arts Corner of Main Tent Monday 1:30pm: Art 1: Praying with Colours: This is about various forms of prayer without words for those who think they are not an artist as well as for those who are confident with art. With paint and/or collage, you will be able to listen to Jesus and embark on a personal prayer journey with him. And also take away some ideas to use in prayer at home.

Wednesday 2:30pm: Art 2: Praying for the Nations of Europe: This multimedia workshop will be based on 1Peter 1:3-6, Psalm 65:5, Romans 15:12-13, Colossians 1:27, Matthew 12:2. Together, we will listen to Jesus and create a large picture of prayer and prophetic vision of God's hope and his plans for the future for the nations of Europe. (Jeremiah 29.11) Thursday 1:30pm: Art 3: Prophetic Art: We will listen to the Holy Spirit and each build a picture with paint, collage, drawing, words whatever he gives you to bless someone else. You will be blessed too! No previous experience of any kind required: all you need is a willingness to listen to God and to follow his promptings. Francis Noordanus: has been pastor of an international church, Trinity, in Eindhoven for 15 years. At the beginning of this year he took a three month sabbatical primarily to study how to understand the non-christians around us and how to reach them with the gospel. Monday 1:30pm: Our Secular Context Why is it so hard to bridge the gap and engage with non- Christians? Some of the reasons stem from deep-seated aspects of world view. Knowing the mindset of who we are talking to really helps. This interactive seminar lifts the lid on why engaging non- Christians can be so difficult and from there looks at ways to over come this. Venue: Youth Barn Thursday 7pm: Hopeful Witness in Dark Times At the same time as our European context groans in various crises the rejection of Christian Faith seems to be on the rise. Inspired by Paul s engagement in Athens (Acts 17) Francis will be looking at hopeful witness in the post-christian Environment. Lauro and Rosane Castelli: are Brazilians living in Belgium for the last 14 years doing Church planting among French speaking Belgians. Before then, we spent 10 years in India where we established a ministry to reach out drug-addicts and alcoholics. Today, this ministry has reached hundreds of Indians, trained many leaders and opened fellowships for the local people. Monday 7pm: What can stop us from BEING a source of Hope to one another? Looking closer at some Bible stories and personal experiences we can learn how to receive Hope from God, from His word and from others. Understanding our calling and responsibility, is a way of becoming an instrument to inspire people, serve our society and this generation.

Tuesday 1:30pm: Church planting in Belgium We plan to share our passion for reaching out to Belgians. What motivates us? What are the opportunities, the needs, the challenges, the vision and the fruits of obedience and of perseverance? In stepping out from our comfort zone, the Hope and Life of God flows through us! Venue: Launchpad Kirsten Mackerras: is from Australia but lives in Oxford, where she is studying a doctorate on the early church. She is also a research associate at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. Before moving to the UK, Kirsten worked as a ministry intern and music coordinator at her church, and in a museum that makes science fun. Tuesday 9:15am: Hope in an Age of Uncertainty Our lives and our world are changing faster than ever before. Things we used to trust in now seem fragile. Isaiah shows us how God is in control of our world, and nothing will stop him rescuing his people. Through the death of Jesus, we all get to join in this hope of a new world. Venue: Big At Breaking Ground: worship team started in 2012 with Sandra Offereins (piano/ vocals) and Fiona Hutubessy (electr. cello /cello), serving within EU English Aglow, church services and small groups. Since then Anja Boone (flutes) and Requelle Rondei (drums / percussion) joined the team. Rachel Irving (guitar / vocals) is a guest member and will this week in the 24/7 prayer tent where they will be leading us in prayers for Europe through (spontaneous) songs and music, centred around a theme or scripture. You are welcome to in the 24/7 tent, check the 24/7 schedule (adult tent) for this. Tuesday 1:30pm: Prophetic Worship Like David. A follow up from last year, as many asked for another session. Here it is! In this session Sandra will share from their worship experiences and lead into singing and playing spontaneous, personal songs of encouragement as the Holy Spirit inspires and leads. Come, bring your instrument and participate to be challenged to step out. Welcome for all; those in worship ministry and those interested in prophetic worship. 19

Kirsten Mackerras & Ibrahim Baidoo: Tuesday 1:30pm: Answering the Tricky Questions An opportunity for everyone to share the questions non-christians have come up with or challenged them with and hear our Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics trained speakers give their best answers. Venue: Youth Barn Jenni Pridmore: leader of Launchpad this year and our coordinator for LifeStream Europe s children and youth ministries. Tuesday 3-4pm: Talking to our children about God, etc. A discussion time for parents of Launchpad children and any others who speak to 4-10 year olds about Christian subjects What do we inadvertently teach children? What are some of the unintentional pitfalls we fall into with kids like making the Holy Spirit sound like a Transformer, or making God out to be some sort of superhero, or not talking about suffering in ageappropriate ways. Come with your own experiences and questions. Venue: Launchpad All Age Communion service: Wednesday 10:45am 12:15pm Josh Bishop: Josh is a recent graduate of the London School of Theology having studied Theology and Worship. As well as leading worship and playing several instruments, Josh has experience in media production and sound engineering. He is drumming for LifeStream Europe adults this year. Wednesday 1:30pm: Bringing Rhythm to Worship An interactive session that explore the basics of rhythm and timekeeping. We will learn about the place of percussion and rhythm in musical worship and have fun as we look at areas including tempo, time signature, dynamics and sensitivity. You will go away with an understanding of how to use percussion effectively especially in small worship teams. Venue: Big Tent Ishak & Christine Ghatas: Ishak Ghatas is an Egyptian-born, he and his wife Christine have been involved in church planting among Muslims in Brussels, Belgium. Ishak is a PhD researcher at the Oxford Centre for Religious Studies. Besides his work as a pastor, he has been involved in inter-religious dialogue at a variety

of levels and with a variety of different actors. Ishak specialises in the different forms of Islam and Christianity. He has written about church planting and dialogue. Wednesday 1:30pm: Reaching Muslims To quote from his writings: The presence of Muslims in Europe is a reality that should enforce any possible Christian concern. Christianity and Islam are two large faiths. Both involve a missionary mandate to be in witness and discussion with others. As Christians work to build the kingdom of God, they need to learn and to relate the message in the context of all spiritual traditions, including that of Muslims. Christians should see Muslims are a part of the European local communities. Muslims struggles deserve Christian involvements. Muslims; the radicals and the moderates, have the right to hear and to experience the Christian message. There should not be any missing faces in the church of Christ. All are invited to become disciples and active members. Venue: Youth Barn Rev Bernard (Ben) Owusu Sachie: was born in Ghana in He became a Christian whilst at secondary school in October He was made a student leader of Scripture Union from 1983 to He was a full time Pastor from 1992 to He obtained a diploma in theology in 1996 and then in 2008 his BA degree in theology. He has been involved in training of Pastors and Church leaders over many years and has helped organize various conferences for pastors and Church leaders as well as evangelistic campaigns. He has also been involved in Church planting. Ben first came into contact with African Enterprise in 2004 when he was asked to coordinate the Sunyani Mission and in 2006 joined the staff. In 2014 he became the National Team Leader for Ghana. He is married to Vida Owusu Sachie and they are blessed with 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Wednesday 7pm: Hope of the Nations: This will include some of his own story. Thursday 1:30pm: Mission Trip In this session we will share the new trends of missions and the possibility of Missions in Africa. Key points: Missions is now from everywhere to everywhere. Connecting Young People for the Future of Missions across the continent of Africa New Africa with great opportunities for short-term and long-term cross-culture missions This seminar is particularly open for youth (with their parents) who would like to consider doing a mission trip soon. Venue: Youth Barn

Ibrahim Baidoo is an adjunct with the Ravi Zacharias International. He recently completed a programme in theological studies at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford and the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. Before studying theology in Oxford, he served as a Teaching Assistant in the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana. Thursday 9:15am: Sharing our hope: allowing God to deal with our prejudices Acts 10 The message of the Gospel is the hope that we share with the nations. Sometimes our prior commitment to certain issues based on race, ethnicity, or beliefs could be an impediment to the Gospel. In this study, we would explore how we can submit to God s authority to deal with our prejudices. Kirsten Mackerras & Ibrahim Baidoo: Thursday 10:45am: How to Share your Faith We have a great hope that's worth sharing, but sometimes it's difficult to know where to start. In this session, we'll talk about why we do evangelism, and how we can do it without it being weird. There'll be practical tips, and a chance to discuss difficult situations and ask questions. Sharon Roberts: is a chaplain at Community Wise in Eastbourne and leads a team of 17 other chaplains serving the needs of the 4000 monthly users of the thriving community hub. She loves thinking about Jesus, hospitality and the 21 role of food, welcome and friendship in embodying the gospel. Thursday 1:30pm: The Radical Hospitality of Jesus What do the stories of mealtimes with the Messiah tell us about the way that God works in our communities? What practical strategies can help us practice radical hospitality? Sharon shares biblical foundations and real life experience that will provoke you to radical hospitality. Venue: Launchpad
