2 KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY DR JUMSAI The earth is our only living home; no other planet is compatible for living We should learn to live together in peace and unity, learn to love one another in everything we do Why should we fight with each other (e.g Ukraine Airline)? Love is so important. If there is love in the heart we will be kind to all.

3 KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY DR JUMSAI We should learn to love those showing anger to us Spoken message is 10 % while the Meta message is 90 % the younger should be taught to uplift their consciousness level through Light Meditation We have to adopt the 3H concept Head, Heart, Hands Swami spends 70% of his time with the youths. It is more easy to change children. His vision is to create good people, above everything else.

4 KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY SISTER LORRAINE Bhajan singers should concentrate on God not only when they are singing bhajans but all the time they should make good use of the tongue Before we speak we should ask ourselves these five questions:- Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind? Will it hurt anyone? Will it improve on the silence?

5 KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY SISTER LORRAINE Swami has always laid emphasis on practising the 9 codes of conduct as they are means to an end; that of oneness. We should be instruments of God like Lord Krishna s Flute Swami says Love is like ice cream, not always soft and sweet but also cold and frozen love can appear in so many forms If we really love God, we should LOVE everyone Women have more divine qualities than men but there are 3 things that put them down. 1. Women forgive but never forget. 2. Attachment. 3. Talking too much Men have only one flaw that puts them down; that of lust

6 KEYNOTE ADDRESSS BY SISTER LORRAINE Swami needs nothing from his devotees but He even begged them to abstain from: Meat eating Alcohol consumption Smoking and Gambling Example is better than precept for Human Values Teachers Love is all pervading

7 1 ST INTERACTIVE SESSION The present age is indeed difficult to live in but problems will end up for sure as the Golden age is approaching with Lord Prema Sai s Advent. The reason behind existing social conflicts is due to lack of love In the new golden era everyone will be enlightened The Lord tests the devotees faith through difficulties, hence, we have to forget and forgive and move on The family needs to discharge their responsibilities properly When the time is ripe everyone will understand that war is not the solution but peace making Human Values should be awakened in the tender minds of the children Even those who are against God are accepted by Him as they are always thinking of the Almighty

8 DEVOTIONAL - RESOLUTIONS We can recognise the oneness of mankind through these spiritual practices: The 9 codes of conduct. Purification of the heart and mind. Secure the love and grace of God. To devote every task to God Love all serve all Treat everyone as your brother and sister.

10 SSEHV - RESOLUTIONS Righteousness is sure to bring: At centre level - Individual transformation At Family unit transformation of family members In the work place good working environment At Community level good functioning of the society At National level law and order will prevail Education should be for life; not only for mere living What we need today is men and women of noble character. Citizens have to cultivate moral, ethical and spiritual values. Do everything with excellence.

11 2 ND INTERACTIVE SESSION Q & A Unlike plants, meat eating emanates negative emotions in us and so, should be avoided While meditating the mind should be well focused on God Television should be used in moderation and under supervision Leaders have to be role models A black hole exists in the middle of the galaxy and through tremendous gravitational force everything will disappear and merge in God Swami simply teaches us that at atmic level, there is no gender issue. 15 LAST INTERACTIVE RESOLUTIONS Q & A Workshop on how to bring up children Prayer is very powerful, hence very important form of service Use a lot of love in words A woman should first of all look after the children, the family then involve themselves in the Sai Organisation People should serve in the Sai Organisation and at individual level quietly More opportunity should be given to the youths Too strict discipline should not be imposed on the youths We need to reach out to the parents parenting course Sathya Sai School is important all over the world to help change in the Educational system, so we have to work in Unity and find solution how we can progress To restrict oneself to dig at only one place

16 LAST INTERACTIVE RESOLUTIONS Q & A When angry calming oneself is important, think of Swami, seek for help from Swami, He will come to one s rescue if one is sincere. Look at the other party s problem and be compassionate send Love to that person.
