1 Cover Page The Staff and Sword Ministry July 26, 2001 "A WFCI L REPORT'' THE TWELVE YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE Written by: Chuck-JDHNEL (file: Twelve Year Cycle) Insight came in 1998 after years of working with shorter time cycles (one year, two years, five years, seven years) where I understood that the judgment concerning America and this world had a 12 year cycle. The chart (below) is what I drew up in 1998, however, there would be no opportunity to see just "how" this cycle worked until we got into the year 2001 which would be the start of the next (and third) 12 year cycle of judgment. HOW A PARALLEL WORKS: Where you find that a time parallel exists, events that happened previously exert an influence on the events that are coming. Sometimes this "influence" is obvious, sometimes it is subtle. For example: The year 1983 is parallel to the year 1995 and both 1983 and 1995 are parallel to the year 2007 which is just six years away. What happened in 1983? In 1983 came the primary revelation about the coming "Accidental Nuclear Attack " by Russia that would result in a limited nuclear exchange between Russia and the United States in the month of December (Year unknown). However, this chart may be used to reveal that this event can take place in the year This would suggest that President Bush would be reelected to another four year term and that the actual accidental attack would happen in the third year of Bush's second term as President. We may use this to speculate or make that kind of forecast, but one needs to "prove" the merit of this chart well before that can be done.

The year 1977 is parallel to 1989, and the years 1977 and 1989 are parallel to the year So what happened or was revealed by JESUS in say 1977 andlor 1989 can surface or repeat in the year The repeat is rarely identical to what it was in an earlier parallel year, but it is like it in substance. In 1979 JESUS Commissioned me to work to understand the timing of judgment, What I learned was much more than timing, rather, I discovered much of the dynamic of judgment, the laws governing it and the way God's law governs how it emerges or moves to culmination. I learned that after JESUS warned of judgment that we would begin seeing "shadowy events" that conformed to what JESUS said would happen, but these "shadowy judgments" were generally harmless, both non-lethal and not destructive, "Shadow y Judgments" began in April of 1977 and concluded by late August, Next, we would see what we called "Prelude Judgments" (also known as "pattern judgments"). These also conformed to what JESUS said was coming, but these judgments lacked the force of the full judgment. Thus, while they could be lethal and destructive, they were generally only 1% of what the real judgments would be. "Prelude Judgments or Pattern Judgments" began September 19, 1989 and will conclude by August, "The Real or The Full Judgments" will begin this July/August/September, 2001 and conclude in the year AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE 12 YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE/PARALLEL WORKS On June 1, 1989 JESUS told me this, "PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING IN THE EARTH IN THIS AREA, NOTHING OF YOURS WILL COME TO ANY HARM. I LESSEN THIS SHADING FOR YOUR SAKES." In a discernment effort of 1989 it was perceived that this earthquake would strike on June 25 th, 1989 be triggered by volcanic activity, and would range upwards of a 6.1 Richter intensity.

3 Page 3 The Twelve year Judgment Cycle July 26, 2001 We saw a "prelude or pattern judgment" on June 25, 1989 when a 6.1 Richter earthquake struck Hawaii which was triggered by volcanic activity (see 1989 news article on Page 4). Tropical Storm "ALLISON" ( ) In June of 1989 Tropical Storm "ALLISON" (see news comment on Page 4) struck Houston, Texas. This June, 2001 a Tropical Storm named "ALLISON" struck Houston- Louisiana. Just a coincidence? Not really! This is how a parallel time will work in general terms, however, it can be more specific. JESUS' WORD of June 1 S` pointed to an earthquake in the area we lived in that would come (as discerned in 1989) June 25'", it would be a 6.1 Richter intensity. In 1989 we lived in Mt. Vernon, Washington. JESUS moved us to Spokane, Washington in April of At that time I did `wonder' about His June 1, 1989 WORD. The revelation of God presented all of us with a period of mercy (8 years) and Sovereign mercy (3 more years), which ended July-August of the year After that the things He warned us about could begin to happen and this included His Word of 1988 about the major earthquake(s) to level much of the Skagit Valley in Washington State. Fundamentally, the year 2001 is parallel to the year 1989, so what He told us in 1989 could begin to surface in On June 25, 2001 a 3.7 Richter earthquake shook Spokane, Washington and it was quite a jolt! We would thereafter endure upwards of 70 aftershocks in the weeks following the initial earthquake. As JESUS told us June 1, 1989, He lessened the earthquake (from a 6.1 Richter to a 3.7 Richter) for our sakes, nothing of ours came to any harm. IF SPOKANE IS SHAKING SO WILL MOUNT VERNON When JESUS told us to, "PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAIUNG" on June I, 1989 we lived in Mount Vernon. Today, 12 years later, we endured that shaking this June 25, 2001 in Spokane. Washington! When JESUS told me this in 1989 He specified, "IN THIS AREA." Did I assume that He was speaking of Mt. 5 Page 5 The Twelve year Judgment Cycle July 26, 2001 But on June 19,1989 JESUS next said this: "THE VERY EARTH THEY STAND ON IS NOW MOVING BENEATH THEM, SHIFTING, LIFTING, COLLIDING WITH INCREASING VIOLENCE. CENTERED 6 MILES SOUTH EAST OF MT. VERNON A RIFT DEVELOPS AND BEGINS TODAY TO LIFT AND THEN SHIFTS FORWARD. WATCH AND WAIT." Here JESUS clearly states that He is speaking of Mt. Vernon. Further, you may reasonably take the view that this started to happened this June 19, That things are shifting deep in the earth under Mt. Vernon does not necessarily lead to earthquakes at this time, rather these movements indicate that things are setting up for major earthquakes. Then on July 26, 1989 JESUS said this: "THIS VALLEY AND SO THE NATION WILL NOW ENDURE FIVE JUDGMENTS..." Well, Spokane has a Valley and so does Mt. Vernon He could mean one, the other or both. More, JESUS also speaks of what we know as a TINY STAR, an object hurtling through space headed for earth. We know that two such objects are on their way to collide with this earth, one is a shattered asteroid so much of it will burn up in our atmosphere, but some chunks (hundreds) are very large, some huge, and these will come through and impact our earth. Many places across the globe will be hit and the Pacific Northwest is a prime place for impact as loosed by the pastors in By the 12-year judgment cycle this shattered asteroid may well approach and impact earth some time in the year TINY STAR - a broken Asteroid On July 26, 1989 JESUS' said, "IN THE HEAVENS IT EXPLODES IN A FURY, A VIOLENCE REFLECTING WHAT'S BEEN DONE AND SO THE PACE QUICKENS. FIRE IN THE HEAVENS AND FEAR ON EARTH, FOLLOWED BY TERROR AND PANIC AND YET NOT A HAIR OF MY SEALED LAMBS SHALL BE SINGED, NOR SHALL ANY HARM COME TO THEM. FOR THE SAKE OF THOSE WHO ARE MINE, I WILL SPARE MANY AND MUCH. YET TERRIBLE LOSS IS IRREVERSIBLE. IN THE NEXT 8 DAYS WATCH THE HEAVENS AND SKIES ABOVE. ABIDE IN ME." In 1994, five years later, the Comet Schumaker-Levy 9 collided with Jupiter over a period of 7 days at the end of July. This is what we would call a "pattern evidence and warning" that what JESUS told me is near. But this year we have another event in July.

Working with the 12-year judgment cycle chart, 1994 is parallel to the year THE PATTERN OF 1989 WILL INFLUENCE EVENTS IN 2001 The pattern of 1989 which will have a clear influence on what happens this 2001 was that judgments did not move on the U.S. with any significant force until September 19-22, This would translate to approximately September 19-22, 2001 for serious troubles to begin. On gust 13, 1989 JESUS said: "THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN, AND COME IN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS..." We DID see the pace of judgments quicken in 1989 starting with Hurricane HUGO, then the SAN FRANCISCO earthquake, the war with PANAMA, the eruption of the

7 Page 7 The Twelve year Judgment Cycle July 27, 2001 ALASKAN VOLCANO, other killer Storms and then the PERSIAN GULF WAR. However, through this 12-year cycle His Word which was seen in "patterns" in 1989 will re-emerge this year as it did in JESUS also said on August 13, 1989, "NOW, IN A TIME NOT DISTANT PREPARE AGAIN TO ENDURE A SHAKING, AND IN THIS MOMENT THE FORMER IS PAST, AND WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT. WATCH THE 19 TH FOR AN ENSIGN..." I fully expect that we will see another earthquake in Spokane sometime after August 13`'', but when JESUS said, "WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT", spoke to me of an major earthquake (6.3 Richter) in the Mt Vernon-Skagit Valley area. That is what I expected to see in 1989 and except for mercy gotten through prayer, we would have seen. Today this Word can apply as readily to Spokane as to Mt. Vernon, it may in fact turn out to be both. "EARTHQUAKES WILL RE-EMERGE IN THIS LOCALE WITH INCREASING INTENSITY..." (JESUS' WORD ofaugust 28, 1989) I fully expect that we will see some of this happen here in Spokane, as this is the "locale" we live in today; but there are indications that this Word may have multiple application, applying to where we live now (Spokane) and also to where we lived (Mt. Vernon) - both at the same time. It has an even broader application to the nation as a whole. For example, in JESUS' WORD of August He said, "WATCH SEPTEMBER 14 TH DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE WORMWOOD'S POTENTIAL OR CAPACITY TO KILL, THE GRACE PERIOD EXTENDED LYMAN CHURCH IS ALSO EXTENDED THE WHOLE CHURCH SYSTEM, SO THE WHOLE OF NORTH AMERICA..." This is a distinct reference to the Skagit Valley, Washington area where we used to live or lived at the time this Word came. However, you will also find that JESUS refers to "WORMWOOD" again in His August 28 th Word this tends to define the area as being the Skagit Valley area and Lyman, Washington, and at the same time it is a clear reference to Spokane area (where we live now) thus it is both! Am I saying there will be an earthquake September 14, 2001? No, JESUS said "WATCH SEPTEMBER 14 TH,, so do not assume but pray to know and seek Holy Spirit guidance and wisdom in this matter. While we can see much through JESUS' Word and the 12-year cycle, it is still too early to draw final conclusions as to how it actually works. We need to observe, pray, discern and come to have a better understanding of this matter.

8 Page 8 The Twelve year Judgment Cycle July 27, 2001 EXAMPLE OF HOW 1989 DID INFLUENCE 2001 On July 5-13, 1989 JESUS directed us (myself and Nancy-TONI) to undertake a Prophetic Mission to California to break-up and prevent major earthquakes from striking the state at that time. This "mercy covering" gotten through the Prophetic work ended September 19, 1989 at which time judgment began to surge in and led to the major earthquake that struck San Francisco in On June 20, 2001 we engaged and attacked a demon army `In The Spirit and took a chunk out of their numbers destroying 2 million+ demons. JESUS' Angel told me that in doing this we had "broken one whole operative arm of Lucifer's plan." I perceived that it might have to do with the major earthquakes that were heading for California July 3-18, In fact it did and as in 1989 major earthquakes were avoided/blocked for the time being. Now in 1989 it was a Prophetic Mission to California but this 2001 it was a battle `In The Spirit', however, both had the same effect and blocked major earthquakes from hitting California in the month of July. Nancy-TONI's dream of May 25, 2001 (Quoted from Nancy-TONI's notes of May 25"') "In this dream I was looking at a map with someone else of Mt. Baker volcano*. It was a geographical map showing more detail than a regular map. What we noticed was that there were distinct dark lines or faults or crevices showing up on the side and towards the base of the volcano. I remember looking at this map twice. What struck us both (in the dream) was that this was not being reported and it looked like a bad indication of things to come. An eruption did not seem imminent but these black lines amidst a white background didn't look good. *Note - This volcano is located near Mt. Vernon in Western Washington State. Notes: Later on May 25, 2001 we received information from Lyn-ELIZABETH about an article indicating steam vents on Mt. Baker May 25th but with the assurances of scientists that there's nothing to worry about. What caught my attention is that this communication came after I had the dream not before." (Unquote Nancy -TONI's notes) MOUNT BAKER VENTING MAY Lyn-ELIZABETH's communication of May 25, 2001 (quote) "The following news story is from the KOMO-TV regarding venting at Mt. Baker volcano. We have been noticing (seeing from where they live north of Seattle) increased and very visible venting at Mt.

9 Page 9 The Twelve year Judgment Cycle July 27, 2001 Lyii-ELIZABETH'scommunication of Ma y 25, 2001 (quote contin and Glacier Pear (near Darrington, Washington) the past several weeks. 1 Baker The news account reads: "SEATTLE - Mount Baker is steaming again. Clouds of steam from the northwest Washington volcano, near British Columbia, are causing concern for residents on both sides of the border. Seismologists at the University of Washington also are keeping an eye on Mount Baker and say there's no reason to worry, Spokesman Bill Steele says Mount Baker is constantly venting water vapor. He says it's a combination of weather conditions that make the steam clouds visible. He says there is no indication of volcanic activity at Mount Baker..." (Unquote) On December 12, 1988 JESUS spoke to me about the sequence of events and mentioned Mt. Baker in that context, saying this: "...NEXT IS ALASKA... ALASKA WILL YIELD, THEN INLAND PARTS OF CANADA...MT BAKER VOLCANO WILL STIR AS IF TO AWAKEN, IT WILL BE VISIBLE BUT LARGELY INSIDE THE RAN GE OF RECENT ACTIVITY - NONE WILL SEE IT AS SIGNIFICANT. WORMWOOD AIMS AT SEATTLE, MT. RAINIER AS A STEPPING STONE TO CALIFORNIA..." (JESUS to Chuck-JOHNEL on December 12, 1988.) [MOTE:!!U NEXT MU TO AN EXAMPLE OF Till! SEQUENCE [AeOYE] THAT TURFACIr TW! The Jul 15, 1990 Vision of Mount Baker Erupting JESUS would speak about Mt. Baker into 1989, and on July 15, t990 1 was given a clear vision of Mount Baker in full eruption stage. The vision was vivid, huge columns of smoke and debris shot skyward and the whole land around this volcano shook sharply. Red hot lava streamed down the slope of this volcano (1 saw this eruption from a vantage that was Northwest of this volcano while on a ferry). Again, that Nancy-TONI was given a vison of Mount Baker on May 25 `'' that coincided with an eruptive stage of the volcano on the same day and that this happened May of 2001 fits generally with the parallel to How is it that a Revelation from JESUS on December 12, 1988 and a vision ofmount Baker erupting in July of ]990 is seen to tie into 1989 and thus to 2001? Keep in mind that we are looking at basically three years of primary revelation about Mount Baker coming in 1988, 1989 and The mid-point between these would fall in 1989, thus evidence to surface parallel to 1989 is more likely than either 1988 or This is one of the dynamics of God's Timing in judgment learned since 1979.

MOUNT BAKER volcano vents steam on May 25, SEATTLE 5.0 Richter earthquake June 10, MOUNT RAINIER volcano signs/routes posted June 15, 2001.* 5. CALIFORNIA 3.4 Richter earthquake June 15, You will note that the sequence is incomplete, something which is common when the actual fulfillment of what JESUS revealed is yet to come. *Note -- This was a non-earth event, but an action by men to set up escape routes and warning systems to evacuate people if Mt. Rainier erupts. As it is related it is included. We are seeing in this year 2001 a number of these sequences appear in physical events, something not seen in previous years. THE MERIT OF THE 12-YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE IS IN VIEW In this brief review of some events or revelations from 12 years ago surfacing this 2001 the point is made fairly clearly as to the merit of the 12-year judgment cycle drawn up in This chart is the culmination of 24 years of studying both God's Laws governing judgments and the judgments themselves as they have surfaced in the past 24 years. We made a concerted, if not persistent, effort to keep a record of everything we could (JESUS' Word and events) from 1977 to the present day, thus we have a wealth of data to draw from in projecting just what might happen, when and where. Nonetheless, there is a need to further study this 12-year cycle to see exactly how it is working and where it is not working before we can draw any final conclusions. This is only beginning. On June 29, 2001 JESUS" told me this: "WHAT COMES TO SPOKANE IS WHAT I TOLD YOU ABOUT MANY YEARS AGO, YOU NOW BEGIN TO SEE THE VALIDITY OF THE 12-YEAR CYCLE OF JUDGMENT. YOU WILL SEE MUCH MORE IN THE NEXT MANY MONTHS. THERE IS MUCH TO SEE, MORE TO UNDERSTAND."

11 Page 11 The Twelve Year Judgment Cycle July 27, 2001 SOME THINGS ARE IN VIEW It is possible to draw out some areas to be watching as we already have some in view, these being: WORD/REVELATION: When JESUS speaks of or reveals something that is coming, the year He gave His Word may have direct relevance to a parallel year on this 12-year chart. It is equally possible that nut only the year but the month, even day He gave His Word may be pertinent. We have already seen this with His Word of June 1, 1989 about a coming shaking which happened in Spokane on June 25, In June of 1989 JESUS told me to expect a number 472 to show in the Washington lottery, this being an indication of the massive movement of demon power into the Pacific Northwest areas to cause serious troubles. Nothing like that number appeared in June of 1989 in the Washington lottery. Twelve years later in June of 2001 that lottery number 472 was drawn and on the day He said it would be in What need be kept in mind is that not everything He said in 1989 will happen in 2001, as some of the Word he gave then was fulfilled in Therefore some parts of His Word of 1989 may be relevant to 2001 and other parts may not be. Learning to make this distinction is part of the work that lay ahead. VISION: The vision of Mount Baker erupting violently seen on July 15, 1990 can be translated through the 12-year chart as pointing to the year 2002, possibly even pinpointing this event to happen on July 15, But will it? We have known for some years by HOLY SPIRIT insight that often the date of a Word or Vision can tie directly into the date and month of the actual event. The year is usually not revealed, but by this 12-year chart we can more readily locate a time for this to happen if this chart can be used that way. EVENT: An event, which was an "early judgment pattern" seen in 1989 can repeat 12- years later. This is the case with Tropical Storm "ALLISON" which struck the Houston, Texas area in June of Now 12 years later Tropical Storm "ALLISON" hits Houston, Texas again and in the month of June, Now the days this storm hit Texas are not the same from 1989 to 2001, but what is identical is quite impressive and unusual. This is one feature of how a time parallel works and sometimes it can be quite stunning and near identical. But again NOT everything that happened in 1989 is going to repeat in the year Learning what governs this is part of the work before us.

12 Page 12 The Twelve Year Judgment Cycle July 27, 2001 ACTION: This is a little more vague but obvious once you can see a parallel event from 1989 to In this case we undertook a "prophetic mission" to California July 5-13, 1989 to prophetically block earthquakes in California at that time. This prophetic action held until mercy ended September 19, 1989 when Hurricane HUGO turned on the U.S. beginning a fresh wave of judgments on the U.S. and the world. On June 20, 2001 the Net of Prayer engaged a demon army `In The Spirit' and destroyed in excess of 2 million demons, breaking an operative arm of Lucifer's plan as revealed by JESUS' Angel that day. Also, Michael-DAVID on this day did see an earthquake happen `In The Spirit' while we destroyed these demons but was unsure if we prevented the earthquake or caused it. Turns out we prevented that earthquake from destroying an area of southern California in July of Thus the "effect" of the Prophetic Mission of 1989 and the "effect" of the June 20, 2001 Battle `In The Spirit' were identical. Here an action repeated but in a slightly different form. Well, this is as far as I can take it at this point in time. Prayer, discernment and observation is now the order of the day.
