Kwa kustahili kwake Yesu Kristo Bwana wetu. Amin MESSAGE FROM THE VICAR S DESK: FRIENDSHIP A friend is a person who is kind to you and not your competitor. He/she is an intimate associate. Friendship creates a bond to enable people to tolerate each other and use their time in a way they deem constructive and productive. Bonded people have a love inside them for whomever they are attached to. They have it stored up in their emotional talk, and multiplies itself through a lifetimes. Bonded people know the reason for their work, it is not just piling up possessions but provides a change to have new friend hence ran away from pain of loneliness. Bonding gives meaning to one s accomplishments, it also fuels the rest of our development. Bonding creates more ability to attach to others and enable us develop in all ways God designed. Because people have a natural need for relationship, those who fail to bond go through three stages: 1. Protest. This is where they feel sad, angry and lonely. 2. Depression and despair a state of hopelessness, longing for something yet not getting it. Prov.13:12 said, Hope deferred makes the heart sick. 1

2 3. Detachment This is losing of ability to feel anything someone said. If you can t feel your pain and others pain you, you start feeling dead inside. Some people even cut themselves to know whether they are still alive or dead. OUR COMPUTER COLLEGE is in progress. Those who want to learn computer can register with us. 10. ACADEMY: We are appealing to friends and members of this congregation to market this Academy. There are vacancies in class 3,4 and Confirmation classes are held on Sundays am 12.30pm register in the office, 12yrs and above. 12. There will be Baptism on the 26 th October 2014 after Kiswahili service. Those with candidates to see the Vicar on Tuesdays- Fridays from 9.00am 5.00pm. 13. We are having the medical camp today at the old Academy, services offered: free consultation, free dental check up, free B.P, free Temperature, free weight, free coupons, Blood sugar test will be 50.00/= The services will be provided by Penda Medical Center 14.
