She is a musician, Bible teacher, author, and host of a nationally syndicated program. Christine desires to share her pain and her triumphs as this provides a platform that can touch women profoundly. That provided mountaintops but also significant challenges. She spent much of her forties working through issues of performance pressures, others expectations, and how to handle living life in the public eye. You will hear her speak about the lessons she learned through those years as life came crashing down. She has been known for over 42 years as a musician with 19 albums. She is also the writer of six books. She's been nominated for a Dove Award and long admired for her ability to communicate to an audience. She is an artist with words and her poetic bent is evident in whatever she touches. Her ministry is an outlet for her great spiritual passion. While she lives much of her life contemplatively, she looks forward to the many days a month when her travels take her to a group such as yours. She feels exhilarated when she watches a woman come alive to the transforming love of Jesus in such a way that her childlikeness is recovered. She has been married for 44 years to Ron Wyrtzen, youngest son of the evangelist, Jack Wyrtzen, and they have two adult children and two grandsons, Gabriel and Andrew.

3 Daughters of Promise Conferences are intentionally designed to... Christine loves stories. When she was four years old, she used to put on a pair of red glasses. She would tell her friends, who also couldn t read yet, that her glasses were special as she pretended that her red plastic glasses would enable her to read any book. She couldn t read a word, mind you. But, she wove stories by the hour while her friends listened in contentedly. Later, she would learn that most of Jesus sermons were stories. Today, she still believes that stories are effective because they provide a way for truth to enter through a back door to a person s heart..change the spiritual dynamics of every woman daring enough to take her message to heart. Many christian women think they know what it is to be God s child. They may even know a lot of scripture and significant amounts of doctrine. However, many admit that they just aren t connected to God experientially. Sadly, the result is often anger and confusion. Christine knows. She s been there..present scripture as the living revelation of God rather than as an abstract textbook. Christine s teaching makes scripture jump off the page. Many have said that they heard God s voice for the first time. Their hunger for the Word is awakened out of a deep sleep..proclaim a message that is simple, yet radical, through teaching and music. Christine s music cements the teaching it in the hearts of the women. Many say that the Daughters of Promise day became the first day of the rest of their lives. 6 Yokes And The Burdens We Carry Jesus said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. What does that really mean? And why doesn t it feel like that? Not only does this session explore that but it unveils five other yokes we often wear that eclipse the real one Jesus offers us. 1 hour Enjoying God ~ Is It Possible? Christian catechism says that it is man s end to enjoy God and glorify Him forever. How sad to miss the very thing for which we were born. How does someone enjoy God? How do you?
