CHRISTIAN MISSIONARY FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL 2017 DETERMINANT PRAYER AND FASTING CRUSADE KOUME/BERTOUA, CAMEROON THE WAY GOD WORKS: GENESIS OF LIFE AND MINISTRY THEODORE ANDOSEH 04 OCTOBER 2017 Alleluia! 20 people to come and thank the Lord for how God has blessed them in our ministry; for how God has used the ministry to bless them. [Prayers] Two days ago, when we were reading Genesis 1, I learnt something: The way God works. God has a way of working. When you look at the way God works, you can begin to understand everything that is God's work. I told myself; let me look at how God worked in creation so that I may look at how God is working in our ministry. So, I wrote: Day 1: How does God starts his work? God said, let there be light. All God's work starts with a revelation. God starts everything he wants to do (by revelation); he reveals it. Every work of God starts with revelation. That was stage one. And then, stage two: Day 2: What does God do when he has given revelation? God separated the light from the darkness: separation, sanctification. After revelation comes sanctification, God separates things. Every ministry goes through a sanctification stage, of sanctification, so that the ministry is not mixtures. Day 3: God gathered all the waters so that they can form seas and so that the land can also appear. So God created the spheres of life. So the collected waters was one sphere, the dry land was a sphere, and the firmament was a sphere. God defines things. God produces form. Those days, I decided to look at those days as stages in God's work, in order that I may understand what God has already done in our work, and what God still needs to do, so that I may learn to cooperate with God. How did He work? How did God work? Revelation: God starts with revelation Separation: God does not like mixtures - there are very sharp sanctifications in every work of God. In our own ministry, the sanctification stage lasted for about ten years. We were separated from the ecumenical systems and the evangelicals, from the Presbyterian

and all those mixtures stage. Then we were separated from the Pentecostals; that is a sanctification work. And recently, we have also been separated within the house; different consecrations go in different directions. There are many CMFIs, according to consecrations. On the third day, God defined the spheres of life; gathered the waters so that the land can be defined, and so that the firmament can be defined. God first produces form. As the Father worketh, the Son does likewise. Revelation, separations and definition. Clear creation of form, clear form, different spheres - aquatic sphere, terrestrial sphere, atmospheric sphere. But there are two major approaches: Genesis 1:1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. The earth was in 2 conditions{formless and empty} There were two conditions for the earth, it was formless and it was empty. So when God starts working, he starts by producing form, to give the earth form; and then proceeded to give it fullness. Day 1: Let there be light Day 4: Lights: General light and then, later on, lights. Day 2: The firmament, the earth and the seas Day 5: He fills them: organic life for the lands and big fishes and aquatic life for the seas, and then the birds for the air. What he had separated and defined, he now fills. Day 3: God created life; after defining form, he created life Day 6: He multiplied life; the animals after their kind and then the governor, Man. So you see that there are those two approaches: the first three days, producing form, then the next three days, produced fullness, filled it. Form and fullness, because the earth was formless and empty. That is how God works, even (with) chickens, even human life. When an egg is laid, inside the egg, it is formless, formless liquid, and then time is needed for that liquid to take on form; that is how God works. Even inside man, spermatozoids, ova are formless; the zygote that is produced is formless; nine months is required for it to have form. That is how God proceeded with the earth, it was formless and empty, and when God wanted to create, he started with producing form. It took God three days, it may be three geological days, it could be

three literal days, but it cannot be three days literal, because the lunar system and luminaries were created on the fourth day. So those may be the vast geological days. But my problem now is not the science of the Bible, it is how God works; it is to see how God works, so that we may have a reading of our ministry; so that we may be able to understand our ministry and cooperate with God. Alleluia! The formlessness was corrected; so God works in a systematic way. Day 1: Light Day 4: Lights Day 2: The spheres Day 5: The lives Day 3: Organic life Day 6: Orderly life In Day 5, God handles the sea and the air and does not handle the land. It is on day six that handled the land. It is on the 6th day that he created animals and then created man. He proceeds in an orderly way. All biological gestation are approaches. God follows the same approach. [Prayers] That is how God works even in your own life. He grants you revelation of Jesus, and after that, he produces the sanctification and the holiness required for you to be his child. And after that, he defines your life before he starts filling your life. Many of us want to jump to fullness without the negative work of being formed. Fullness comes when form has been given. I wanted to draw your attention to how God works. He did it in creation. When God now wanted to produce a nation that will bless the whole world, he also proceeded in a methodical way, but this time, the days were generations. God also took three days to produce form. He wanted a ministry that would bless the whole world and he gave that revelation to Abraham. Abraham was to be the head of a ministry that will bless the whole world. He called Abraham, he told him what he wants to do with Abraham, and then he starts producing the form and the life that he would use to bless the world. And it took God three days, but God s three days were 400 years, in fact to be exact, 378 years three days. He took Abraham; Abraham lived for 175 years; he had Isaac at the age of 100. Isaac lived for 180 years, and after Isaac Jacob lived for 147 years Joseph lived 110 years

[Further explanations about God s work through the sons of Jacob, in French] The commission of Adam was the dominion of the earth Abraham's commission was the blessing of the earth And God acted in the same way, he had to proceed to purification. A first sorting {selection} is made, a second sorting {selection} is made and a third sorting {selection} is made. It is for this reason that when one is not patient with people, it is because one does not know the spiritual work. There was an interesting prophecy about our ministry, the Cindy Jacobs Prophecy; to understand it, you have to understand how God works. The Lord was telling Brother Zach that the purification of the work was not finished, there had been a first shaking - the separation from the evangelicals - that was the first shaking, and after that, our ministry spread all over Cameroon. But we were still mixed with many Pentecostals, we were also in a Pentecostal system, we functioned like that for about eight years. Then there was the second shaking and we were separated from the Pentecostals, that thing that God wanted to use for world conquest went through a second filtration. After that second filtration, our ministry, the books, and everything began to go all over the world. After every shaking, the ministry widens/spreads. After that second shaking, the ministry went all over the world and we began to have spontaneous work developing in Benin and Angola. So, when this Prophetess met Brother Zach, when Brother Zach was ministering, and then she brought a strange prophecy and she told him: Thus says the Lord, there will be another shaking of the house. And it is after that shaking that the ministry will bring revival, that the Headquarters of glory and the details that were given will be built. It will be after that third shaking that the ministry will take off again, into all that God has been promising Brother Zach. When God finishes his separations, he blesses and he multiplies. Who has understood a little so far? I want some people to come and thank God for the history of our work and the producing in our ministry the kind of form and life that God will need for world conquest, to bring people to render total obedience to Jesus; it follows a certain pattern. [Prayers] God wants us as a ministry to conquer the world. Each ministry is fabricated to accomplish what God wants; it is not something general. The way God treats each specific ministry is to produce the type of life that will accomplish the goal. It is not a haphazard thing. In order for God to produce

what he wants of us, what he wants to use us for, if he must have produce a certain type of life - it is not the same thing as what he is doing with any other ministry. Who has understood? With Adam, it was for dominion; with Noah, it was for the preservation of the world; with Abraham, it was for the blessing of the earth: these were global commissions. God said to CT Studd, this your journey will be for the evangelisation of the world. So in the ministry of CT Studd, CT Studd had to produce the obedience to God so that those who would be in his ministry would be people who would evangelise the world. God was in need of a ministry for the evangelisation of the world, that is why his ministry was called, World Evangelisation Crusade. But that is not our ministry, that is just a part of our ministry. What is our ministry? It is called World Conquest. It is not a title; our goal is to get people to know Jesus, and to make of them disciples who render joyful obedience in everything. What type of people would God use in order to bring others to know Jesus and to obey Jesus in all the domains of their lives? In order to produce this type of people, just as he did with Abraham, he would require of the founder, obedience that are in that direction, so that through that ministry, he could produce that which he expected, what he wants. Who has understood? It is not general; this is what defines ministries. That is why two ministries are not the same. Ministries are like trees; each tree is according to its kind. So the tree, Zach Fomum, which a way of saying the ministry of Zach Fomum, must be a certain type, depending on what God wants to use this ministry to accomplish. That is why when Brother Zach said at times, the person who is not accountable, God will get him out of the ministry, he was not saying that he was going to send people away. He was just saying that the type of people, whom God would use to produce the revival God that God wants, would be a people who are accountable. So if you are not of the type that is accountable, just as in the shifting, you will be shifted out. Who has begun to understand? We have said in our ministry that all that which is not built on truth will be uprooted. Where do such declarations come from? It comes from a knowledge of what God wants to use this ministry to accomplish. We may pray such as, O God, You have carried us through these steps so that You can use us to bless the world. It is true because we are going to bless the world by making them know Jesus, but in a technical definition, it is not strictly correct

[because we are not of the Abraham commission.] However, that study is not the focus for tonight. For now, I wanted to bring out the fact that God works in a certain way. The burden on my heart for this night is to review how our ministry was produced. How was our ministry produced, because the ministry has already been produced, and we need to know what the ministry is. Our ministry is not everything that is under the umbrella called Christian Missionary Fellowship. God produces ministry. He produces what he will use. I have shared about how God works in creation and what he did with Abraham so that you may understand something, how God produces ministry, how God produced our ministry. These separations until the fourth generation before God starts multiplying, is a general principle. Even Apostle Paul talks about that principle, he tells Timothy, get our ministry to the fourth generation; get our ministry in seminal, viral, pure form, to the fourth generation. It is the same thing, from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and then Joseph - that generation. Then God begins to multiply it. So he tells Timothy, what you heard from me, you keep, look for faithful men, hand it over to them so that they will teach others. That is taking it to the fourth generation: 1. Paul 2. Timothy 3. Faithful men 4. Others Spiritual life gets to explosion phase in the 4th generation. It is God s way of working. In Matthew 1, the Bible says that when spiritual life is flowing through men, after a certain number of generations, there is an explosion, something dramatic! Abraham Isaac Jacob Joseph: God blesses and multiplies And Paul tells Timothy, carry our ministry to the fourth generation. If I am a son, I must ensure the four generations. I must ensure it, and everyone who is a son must make sure that each one of us who has been a son and followed, that we look for faithful men - and that is what many of us are not doing. We are not looking for faithful men, recruiting them and imposing on them the same duties and demands that were imposed on us. So, when we review our history, I have a goal. I want us to know how God produced our ministry, and the fact that the ministry has finished being produced, because when God took Abraham, he had to lead Abraham from one haphazard/random obedience to another. When God started off with Abraham, he required of him obediences that apparently had no meaning or sense, but each of these obediences had an objective. God was producing the type of life through which the nations would be

blessed and God needed 25 years to solve the problem of a son, according to God, for Abraham. 25 years, because God needed a certain type of sons to be the agents of the blessings. God could not compromise with respect to the son, because a specific type of son was absolutely necessary for that call, because it was through that type of son that God was going to accomplish his purposes that he had promised Abraham. God took a lot of time requiring of Abraham different obediences in relation to the land. He would tell him, stay here, then he would tell him, leave, go this way, walk this distance, Abraham, build an altar in this place, etc. - many obediences with respect to the land, because the land was a factor in God purposes, with respect to the blessing of the world. The son, the land, were factors. The third factor, God established many covenants. God had to establish a certain type of relationship between Abraham and Himself, by covenant, with precise conditions. In Genesis 17, God clearly defines the conditions relative to the covenant, and it is detailly given. God tells Abraham: I will establish my covenant with you and you will be a blessing to all the nations. As for me So God clearly states that which depended on Him and when God finishes, He tells Abraham: As for you He clearly says to Abraham what depended on Abraham, and after that, with respect to Sarai, he enumerates clearly for Sarai what would be required of anyone who would be a helper to a man who had a covenant with God. And afterwards, with respect to Ishmael, he puts Ishmael aside and talks about Isaac. God clearly defined his responsibilities in the covenant, the responsibilities of Abraham, the responsibilities of Sarai; and Sarai is representative of all who are called to be helpers. As for Sarai, she will no longer be called Sarai but Sarah. Every helper must go through the same spiritual experiences as the person the helper is helping. Just as Abram had to become Abraham, Sarai had to become Sarah ; the two must grow up together, they must evolve together. You cannot remain a Sarai when Abram becomes Abraham, and still think that you can be his helper; it is not possible. Abraham thought that all what God was concerned about was having a son. After 13 years, God came back and told him, the covenant I am establishing with you is something specific. As for me, this is what I will do, as for you, this is what depends on you; for Sarai, ; as for the son, this is what will be required. God took a long time to establish the kind of relationship. So, the relationship with God was another factor in the accomplishment of the purpose - a key factor. The son, the land, the covenant. All the many, many obediences that God was carrying Abraham through had a purpose. So, there were four things: 1. The call 2. The son

3. The land 4. The covenant When God finished working out those obediences, after that he left Abraham. Abraham after that married Keturah and all those Keturah s many children meant nothing to God. God had finished the obediences required. So, Keturah is not a problem, but you find a long history between God and Abraham, covering the promise, covering the son, covering the land, covering the covenant. By producing each of those, God had finished producing the life, the life that would be required. And when he finished, he called Abraham his friend; both of them were committed to a common purpose: the blessing of the world. God had produced a friend. But [through] that long history, all those long chapters on Abraham, God was producing what it will take to bless the world; and it applies to us. Who has understood? In reviewing all that God had to carry Brother Zach through, God was producing our ministry; and if you understand it, it is very simple. When he came back from Uganda, there was the first phase of his work: evangelism, massive evangelism, with every kind of religious person. After that phase, God ended that phase and carried him into the next phase: the making of disciples. There was the making of disciples, the making of disciples, the making of disciples! And after that phase, God carried him into a third phase: the planting of churches, and after that phase, God carried him into a fourth phase: the sending of missionaries. And after that phase, God carried him into the fifth phase: the battle with principalities that will result in revival for those who are already saved, and the removal of obstacles for the accomplishment of the goal. So, the battles of revival: 1. Evangelisation, 2. The making of disciples, 3. The planting of churches, 4. The sending of missionaries, and 5. Revival Those were the five stages, and in all that Brother Zach went through in each of those phases, those are what define our ministry. Coming back to Santa Cruz, God is telling the CMFI people: I want to start afresh with you, and he wants to do with all of us what he did with Brother Zach, so that, no matter what your spiritual condition is like, just like with Brother Zach who evangelised with Catholics, Protestants, whoever was available, you go and evangelise. What we call phase two is God taking all of us through what he had gotten Brother Zach to go through i.e. God is now applying to the community what he had demanded and taken one person through.

The phases do not come to an end, we will continue obeying the Santa Cruz message, and just as the Lord required, phase three for us, we will come back to the making of disciples now at the level of community - just as he used Brother Zach as a sample. Who has understood? With this reading of our ministry, you can see our ministry right to the end, and you can easily know that which is not of our ministry. It is not something that Theodore has made up, fabricated or cooked up. You can see the ministry to the end; you can know the ministry; so that when leaders go astray, you can know that this one is going astray. At the level of Santa Cruz, some will drop. When we enter into the making of disciples in phase three, many will drop, because many are called, few are chosen; because the net gathers all the fish before we start selecting good fish. The making of disciples is selecting good fish. Many of us have tried to make disciples, and it is every ragamuffin who comes to stay in our house, because he has no food, that we call disciple; that is not your disciple. Nobody can make disciples differently from the Lord Jesus. To make disciples, your ministry must gather many people, and then you chose. You minister to multitudes and you have a large number of those who follow you, then you select those who are qualified, to give them a rigorous training and an impartation of your vision. All these things that when we have been kind to some people, we bind them by the chains of gratitude and we call them our disciples is not the making of disciples. Who has understood me? So, many people have stopped making disciples while they claim they are making disciples, because the people you call your disciples are not! They are people you are ministering to, and Jesus did not call those he was ministering to, his disciples. The people he was ministering too were a large crowd. Let us fill our churches with mega churches, let us gather multitudes through Santa Cruz, then we can choose disciples, according to the price each one is ready to pay. If you have no possibility of dismissing people, you cannot make disciples. That is the next phase. Who has understood me? I want 20 people to pray that the Lord will reveal our ministry to our coworkers, so that we will not be struggling to change it, but we will accomplish it. There is already a lot of work to do to accomplish it, so to waste time trying to change it, modify it, and introduce borrowed ideas from foreign sources [is unnecessary]. Pray that God will reveal our ministry to each one of us. [Prayers]
