2 Francophone Africa Ministry Activities Students are the main target audience in our area. During the most recent PAMOJA Africa event, more than 800 students gathered in Ivory Coast for a time of challenge to consider serving as full-time staff members. Wednesday, 1 February Psalm 23:1 Praise God for His protection during the Ivory Coast crisis last year and His provision and care of the staff during the difficult evacuation. Thursday, 2 February Psalm 23:2-3 Thank the Lord God for watching over the moving and establishment of the Francophone Africa Area Office in Benin in July Friday, 3 February Psalm 23:4 Lift up the Area Leadership Team (six families) who moved to Cotonou and have many financial challenges because of the transfer. Saturday, 4 February Psalm 23:5-6 Ask our Heavenly Father to provide the official documents needed by the area staff team in order to stay in Benin (residence permits, etc.). Sunday, 5 February Psalm 24:1-2 Internet access is not very dependable in Benin. Pray for solutions to this problem and for reliable connections to the Web. Monday, 6 February Psalm 24:3-5 May God provide consistent Internet access to the leadership team for communicating with staff in our countries and other parts of CCCI. Tuesday, 7 February Psalm 24:6 Praise God for Celebration 2011 in December: a time of area staff fellowship, thanksgiving, alignment and sharing the gospel in Togo. 2

3 Area Leadership Team The Francophone Africa Area Leadership Team is made up of seven members. Two are serving from their own countries. Rev. Thursday, 9 February Psalm 24:9-10 We join together in praise and thanksgiving to God for the wonderful healing of our brother Abel Dobion, who went through serious sickness. Friday, 10 February Psalm 25:1-2 Ask God to grant us the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and His direction during the planning and carrying out of all our ministry activities. Saturday, 11 February Psalm 25:3 Let us praise God for making it possible for many Francophone Africa countries to acquire a piece of land in 2011, to build a national office. 3

4 Sunday, 12 February Psalm 25:4-5 Offer prayers of supplication for protection of staff members as they travel around their countries and the world for movement building. Monday, 13 February Psalm 25:6-9 Praise God for working through us to send 14 missionaries into five northern countries for three years and for spiritual fruit they are bearing. Tuesday, 14 February Psalm 25:10-11 May our Good Shepherd empower and use us in this area, as He calls and raises up 25 missionaries to be sent to the northern countries. Wednesday, 15 February Psalm 25:12-13 Pray for the effective recruitment and training of 50 qualified, new staff members during this year of building local/national spiritual movements. Thursday, 16 February Psalm 25:14 Praise God for our staff women who were trained and equipped to use computers and the Internet during an earlier information tools forum. Friday, 17 February Psalm 25:15 Let this be a year of thanking God for the many people who are receiving Jesus Christ and growing spiritually through Virtual-led Movements. Saturday, 18 February Psalm 25:16-17 Thank the Lord for JESUS film translations in many languages and our partnerships with Spain, Switzerland, Brazil and South Korea. Sunday, 19 February Psalm 25:18-20 Please petition our compassionate Father in Heaven for the recording and duplication in French of the ministry tool Walking with Jesus. Monday, 20 February Psalm 25:21-22 During this past year of 2011, many new churches were planted in many of the countries in the Francophone Africa Area. Praise God! Tuesday, 21 February Psalm 26:1-5 We want to send 2,000 students and young adults to Pamoja III in Nigeria (Lagos). Pray for God s provision as they are raising funds. 4

5 Conferences typically end with a three-four hour march around the city, praising God and sharing the gospel. Shown is the wonderful experience this year in Lome, the beautiful capital city of Togo. Wednesday, 22 February Psalm 26:6-7 Pray for God s untiring protection over our staff families across the Francophone Africa Area. Thursday, 23 February Psalm 26:8-10 God Our Provider helped most of our staff to improve their weak personal support situation in Friday, 24 February Psalm 26:11-12 Pray for full financial support for our staff by December The challenge is that every staff member would have 100% of his support. Saturday, 25 February Psalm 27:1-3 Praise our Lord! It has been a year of a growing number of national and international ministry partners. Pray for their continued faithfulness. Sunday, 26 February Psalm 27:4 Pray that each country s ministry in our area would grow and move from its present stage of development to the next stage. Monday, 27 February Psalm 27:5-6 Please make a note to be in continual prayer for powerful ministry teams at the different levels, both area and national. 5

6 Tuesday, 28 February Psalm 27:7-10 African countries are facing political crises after presidential elections. We must pray for God s peace after these elections. Wednesday, 29 February Psalm 27:11-14 Pray for the Lord to intervene in the crucial, upcoming presidential elections in Senegal and in Mali this year. My Prayer Life Notes... My prayer requests...
