Please provide us with the template code which is located under the design/element in this brochure. Or provide us with clear details for your custom design. 3 COLLATE YOUR INFORMATION Text & Poems: Collect all the information you would like in your stationery. We have a range of poems, Bible verses and thank you verses in this brochure. Or simply find on the internet (Google) for more examples. Photos: Try to chose images of high quality. If your photos need scanning, please provide them to us at your consultation. 4 PLACE YOUR ORDER In person: we can come to you or come see us at our studio. Bring along information and images on a thumb drive (or ahead of time). Via to info@ include the name of your funeral home, service date and time, product, quantity and design template code(s), text and chosen poems and verses plus any design modifications you wish. Attach your photos, information and any text i.e. order of service, poems, verses etc using Microsoft Word, or include in the body of your . 5 DELIVERY We will design your stationery and you a digital proof to review and make any adjustments if required. Once approved by you we will print and deliver to your funeral director. 6 PAYMENT Payment is required on delivery or invoice will be sent directly to the funeral directors which will then be included on your account. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? A minimum of 48 hours before the time and date of your funeral service is required. If you require your stationery within 24 hours, over public holidays or weekends additional charges apply. CAN YOU SCAN MY PHOTOS? Yes we can. One scanned photo is included in the price of your stationery. We can scan additional photos and photoshop images for you at an additional price. DO YOU PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES? Yes we do.
