Jesus has conquered death and opened the door to new life! Easter is an uplifting, energizing, and life-changing celebration but now what?!? Where do we begin? Luckily Easter is just the beginning, and Baptism and Holy Communion are two of the first steps. what lies ahead is life with purpose and a place in eternity. PArENTING COurSE Thursdays, April 24-May 22 6:30-8:30 p.m. $10/person, $15/couple Topics include: setting boundaries, discovering long range goals, developing healthy relationships, meeting children s needs, and building a strong family. Geared towards parenting children under age 12. IMMErSION BAPTISM Sunday, April 27 1 or 2 p.m. If you ve never been baptized, or wish to reaffirm your baptism, come for immersion baptism. HEArT BBQ Sunday, April p.m. HEArT (Hosanna! Emergency Action response Team) is hosting a Spring BBQ. Learn more about HEArT s hands-on work and commitment to assist communities to respond to natural disasters around the world. The team s mission is to share the heart and hope of Christ in times of crisis. THE PArTNErSHIP COurSE Mondays, April 28, May 5, & May 12 6:30-8:30 p.m. Being a partner (member) at Hosanna! is your opportunity to join in what the Lord is doing while exploring your personal gifts and strengths to partner in ministry. Pastor Bill will teach on the Hosanna! mission, strategy, vision, core values, and opportunities for spiritual growth. TuESDAY NIGHT CArE (resumes 4/29) NEw FRIENds CommuNITy 4:30-8 p.m. For those in the community who are financially challenged to connect with others and receive a meal, shop in our clothes closet, and attend care, support, and recovery groups. CElEbRaTE RECovERy 5:15 p.m. dinner Room 10 6:15 p.m. Small Groups and Teaching Chapel Overcome hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Christian principles bring hope, health, and freedom from addictions such as alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, pornography, and spending. Support is also available for depression, grief, divorce, parenting singles, and grandparents raising grandchildren. life HuRTs 6:15 p.m. Grades 4-12 A safe, peer-based, small group experience. Youth dealing with issues such as drugs, alcohol, divorce, abuse, depression, peer pressure, and more, work through challenges and arrive at a healthier place.
