8 All rise as able. nicene creed prayers of assembly We believe in one God, Far, Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, only Son of God, eternally begotten of Far, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with Far; through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven, was incarnate of Holy Spirit and Virgin Mary and became truly human. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On third day he rose again in accordance with Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at right hand of Far. He will come again in glory to judge living and dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in Holy Spirit, Lord, giver of life, who proceeds from Far, who with Far and Son is worshiped and glorified, who has spoken through prophets. We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for forgiveness of sins. We look for resurrection of dead, and life of world to come. Amen. We pray you, gracious God, to send your Holy Spirit upon se gifts that y may be Sacrament of Body of Christ and his Blood of new Covenant. Unite us to your Son in his sacrifice, that we may be acceptable through him, being sanctified by Holy Spirit.
