Praise to you, Lord Christ. The Sermon The people sit. The Rev. Carren Sheldon The Nicene Creed All stand, as able. All We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. 5

9 The Presider continues, then saying We acclaim you, O Christ : Presider and Dying, you destroyed our death. Rising, you restored our life. Christ Jesus, come in glory! The Presider continues the Eucharist Prayer, finally saying: We worship you our God and Creator in voices of unending praise. All Blessed are you now and forever. AMEN. Presider We send you forth bearing these holy gifts, sharing the communion of Christ s body and blood with those whom you will visit. All We who are many are one body, because we share one bread, one cup. Presider Let us pray. All Eternal God, heavenly Father, you have graciously accepted us as living members of your Son our Savior Jesus Christ, and you have fed us with spiritual food in the Sacrament of his Body and Blood. Send us now into the world in peace, and grant us strength and courage to love and serve you with gladness and singleness of heart; through Christ our Lord. Amen. The Final Blessing Remain standing.
