1 All Liturgical Ministers: This consolidated schedule was developed by the ministry coordinators. If there is a problem with your assignment, please contact your particular ministry coordinator. Ministry Coordinators are as follows: Servers (Ryan Jannise), Lectors (Janice Adams), Communion (Linda Javarone), and Hospitality (Robert Williams) Responsibility. We need to avoid those last minute scrambles to find substitute ministers just as the bells are about to ring for. Please make every effort to serve on your assigned dates and to arrive 15 minutes before. If you cannot serve, it is your responsibility to arrange for a substitute. Please do that by using your contact list to call or your fellow ministers, especially those listed as Alternates. Finally, please notify your coordinator of any substitutions and of any difficulty in finding a substitute. Apparel. Please be conscious of your attire and know that people notice and call the pastor when a minister does not appear properly attired in the sanctuary. Reminder: EMHCs should consume any precious blood remaining in the cup, place the purificator over the cup, and leave it for the priest or deacon to purify. Note: When only two cups are used, the EMCs should stand near the side aisle rather than near the pillar; this will allow more room for the line to form. Hospitality/Ushers. Please note that the schedule indicates the weekends during which a 2 nd collection is held. Also note that the ministers handling the after- refreshments are now listed and marked with an asterisk.
