4 Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament Rosary The Rosary is said right after Exposition. Preaching A Priest or Deacon will give a short exhortation to the congregation. Silent Adoration Silent Adoration will occur until 8:45p.m. when in union with the entire Archdiocese of Denver, the Prayer of Consecration will be said. 4

5 Prayer of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Beloved Mary, at the foot of the Cross Jesus gave you to John and he took you into his home. At that moment of your greatest suffering you became the Mother of every disciple! We now desire, dearest Mother, to take you into the home of our hearts as our Mother and our Queen. Beloved Mary, you have shown your maternal love for humanity through your apparitions, most especially at Tepeyac, Lourdes and Fatima, and in so many other places. We turn to you today as we celebrate the 100 th anniversary of your final appearance to the shepherd children of Fatima Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco to consecrate ourselves anew to you, beloved Mother, desiring to be placed under the mantle of your protection, knowing in faith that you will always lead us to your Son, Jesus. We give to you dearest Mother, our hearts, minds, wills, souls and bodies, that we may always keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and give glory to the Father in our words and actions, just as you give glory to the Father! We consecrate to your Immaculate Heart, dearest Mother, our lives, our families, our parishes, and the Archdiocese of Denver. Mary, through your intercession lead us to the Heart of your Son, so that our hearts may become pure as your heart is pure. Help us to have the same trust in God s Word being fulfilled in us, as you trusted in his Word being fulfilled in you. Help us to grow in gratitude, and to pronounce our own Fiat to the Lord s Word to us today, so that we may be filled with the same joy that you sang out in your Magnificat. Beloved Mary, you know the darkness and sin in our world, and how much our world needs today the light and truth of your Son, Jesus. Help us to turn to him who is the Way, the Truth and the Life, so that we may be truly free and able to love as he loved, and be merciful as he was merciful. Help us to grow in the gifts and virtues of the Holy Spirit who overshadowed us in our Baptism and Confirmation and made us adopted daughters and sons of the Father. Help each one of us to live the mission entrusted to us, to give witness to your Son, no matter the cost! We consecrate to your Immaculate Heart, Mary, every country in our world, and most especially, Russia, North Korea, and our homeland, the United States. May every country and every person in the world come to know your Maternal love for them! May their hearts be open and receptive to your Immaculate Heart, that so desires every person to experience the salvation bestowed by your Son alone. Through your intercession, may every human being encounter your Son, Jesus Christ, and become the person he desires them to be. Beloved Mother of the New Evangelization, help us in our time to bring the Gospel to others, most especially the poor, the outcast, the immigrant, and the sinner. You, dearest Lady, have called people to your Son in your apparitions throughout the world, and so we ask you to help us to carry out the Great Commission he gave to us before his Ascension into heaven: to go out to all the world and proclaim the Good News! Dearest Mother, we thank you, and lift our hearts in gratitude to you for your constant love and witness to the love of your Son, Jesus. We honor and thank you for the gift of your message given to shepherd children of Fatima and ask you to help us to carry out all that you asked for there. Help us in this consecration to your Immaculate Heart to always give praise, glory and honor to the Most Blessed Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in whose presence you live, forever and ever. 7 Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament Celebrant: You have given them bread from heaven. All: Having all sweetness within it. Celebrant: Lord Jesus Christ, you gave us the Eucharist as the memorial of your suffering and death. May our worship of this sacrament of your body and blood help us to experience the salvation you won for us and the peace of the kingdom where you live with the Father and the Holy Spirit one God, for ever and ever. All: Amen. The Celebrant will give Benediction with the monstrance. Then the Blessed Sacrament is immediately reposed. Divine Praises (Sung by St. John Vianney Seminary Schola) Blessed be God.
